Awesome choice. Went to 5 different stores and was not able to find color dress shirts. Goodwill had several and for my size. Great prices too

Love the goodwill... What can I say about the Goodwill. You got to love the Goodwill. First of all I got to say that I really appreciate the fact that this is a nonprofit organization. Im innocent, enough to say that I love this place. They are nonprofit because they help the community out. They provide essential jobs for many workers Across the Nation. Especially during these times were jobs is very necessary. They remain open. However they take absolutely care of their employees by making sure that their limit the amount of people that shop at a time. Plus they require 100% cooperation from the customers in that everyone has to wear a mask or a face covering and keep socially distance. This is very important during this time because of the pandemic. Now, I got to say that I love shopping here and I have so for the last 20 somewhat years. I like to come here to see what I can find. As far as being able to sale. Overall the place is always kept very organized. I see a lot of people shopping for clothes and stuff. And all the clothes are color-coordinated. Not sure exactly what the attraction is but this is how they organize their clothes. They also have electronics. And I do appreciate the fact that they offer a return policy. In case the stuff doesnt work, you can always exchange it for equivalent priced item. On top of that they do have restrooms at most Goodwill stores. However the restrooms are not in service right now due to the pandemic. But when they are open they are kept clean and always stocked with hygienic supplies. I really appreciate the supervisors who are always attentive and very friendly and easygoing taking care of the customers. Keep up the great work I really appreciate you guys.

Clean. Organized. Prices a bit higher than expected, but they did have 2 color discounts (Sunday). Oh, they closed at 7 not 8 on Sunday.

I used to love shopping at goodwill but was seriously disappointed. I think they put the better stuff online. They didnt have much of anything but a ton of clothes and their prices are ridiculous.. so expensive .

I love knowledgeable people!I called Goodwill today to ask a zillion questions like I normally do with any company and spoke with Anthony.Wow what a remarkable communicator!Anthony is sharp! Store very clean and organized, but prices are way to high for used clothing. I found 3 items not name brands, it would have been $26 I can buy them brand new cheaper..

It was a clean store. Shoes were kind of pricey and other items seemed on the higher end of pricing as far as thrift stores go, but not unreasonable. Didnt know if the electronics were tested so was hesitant to buy..

The pricing manager must think thrift store means retail prices. Will not return until this person realizes it is a thrift store. Many items at or just under Wal Mart prices. Not good for the folks who are working there or folks looking to get by with used goods.

This place is okay. I feel its sort of expensive, we especially since they opened it after the covid thing. Plus of the 900212employees there are EXTREMELY rude. She is an older woman that works evenings and she just judges people, and is no rude. Anyways still cant beat their dollar Thursdays!

Found some great deals on vintage records, an Alligator Head and some styling clothes.

Horrible customer service and stupid employees.They came after me when I left the store accusing me of stealing CDs after I was in line with a bunch of CDs and only one was in the case and i had just bought it right in front of them . I even told the cashier ,when she asked me if I made sure they were in the cases, that none of them were in the cases that I knew of and that I thought they would have the actual cds up front like other stores do. I was calm courteous and just a normal customer they had no right to act like they did. I wont go here if I were you. I was super disappointed when they didnt have the CDs I had picked out and it was obvious in my demeanor yet they came after me when I just finished the sale and had left the store yelling so all could here. So if you want disappointment and disrespectful treatment go here otherwise shop else where . Below is a picture of my receipt and the only CD in its case that I ended up buying.

Extremely pricey. I would recommend American Way Thrift Store over this place. Their books can be decent priced though!On their dollar day there are never any clothes with the color of the week tag, even as soon as they open.

Goodwills are all pretty much the same. But the consistency is nice. Decently clean. Very good selection. Good prices. Fun music. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate.

I had a great experience in this store. I found some real gems at such cheap prices! And being someone that works in fashion I really appreciate the color coordination of the clothing on the racks. And the set up of the store is well organized and clean. And the store manager was so helpful in helping me find pieces I needed for an upcoming photo shoot. Winning! XO

They actually have a lot of decent clothes & household items. Definitely worth your time to stop & browse. However, Only gave 3*cuz employees here are shockingly rude & offensive, esp.w/kids & any1 asking/needing help!

Tried donating things, one guy told use to leave some of our bigger items to the side as hed look then over. We did a few min later a different person comes out yelling at us about how were dumping trash there. We tried explaining to him we were just doing as told. We ended up packing up everything and leaving it at the Salvation Army. Dont bother wasting your time here shopping or donating.

Clean store and everyone was very nice.

I mostly have stopped by to donate items. Very helpful, and quick no hassle drop off. At this location, you can park in the back, right at the loading area.If you have an email, you can have them send your receipt, and your info will be in the system making drop off easier the next time.At another location they make you park somewhere in the lot and carry your stuff in. NOT here! You park where you unload. And the staff will help you!Highly recommend. They sell the stuff you drop off in that same store. Unless it’s broken. Then it’s sent off somewhere ...

If i could give 0 stars i would. First time donating so i tell them i want to donate some clothes and shoes. Some guy sends me to the double doors and when I arrived this rude young lady with such i nasty attitude tells me to next time bring it to the back doors. Nothing wrong with that but she said it so nasty and gave me such a bad look. I didnt even get thanks. She just grab the clothing like if she was mad. Never again will ill be donating here. PLEASE DONATE SOMEWHERE WHERE IT WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!!

The discounts can be really good depending on the week and what you find. They run a different discount every week and base it on the tag color if not otherwise marked. I have also seen discounts based on holiday, where a couple different tag colors will be on a deeper discount than normal. Good place to get some decent clothes at a good price.

Very good! Was dropping off donations, as were a lot of people. There was an extremely pleasant and helpful young man who made the experience much better!

Prices used to be good but it seems like its no longer a thrift shop. Prices almost the same as brand new considering these where donations and they just got it for free!They dont know how to price items.Update: They change the stickers to some items so you cant buy them half price if they suddenly go on sale for half price. This practice is very bad!

Have shopped at this store since it opened. Used to be a really nice store where you could find some good buys. Now half the employees are rude and seem miserable. Prices on some items are ridiculous. They have brand new in package items original price 2.88 there price 7.99. And some of the customers are just nasty dont get between them and the cart when they bring it out.

The staff is really nice and they try to get to know you. The store is pretty clean and organized, as much as it is possible considering that a lot of customers make a constant mess. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and be more cleaned more often though

This is my favorite thrift store! Its always clean, and the employees are happy and helpful. As usual, I found some great stuff at fabulous prices!!!!

Rudest experience I’ve ever had. I tried to donate clothes and bedding and was quickly ushered off by one of the staff members, who told me to throw all of my donation material in the trash. Don’t go here. Don’t donate here. Instead try donating to a homeless shelter.

I love second hand shopping theres nothing more amazing than finding something somebody tossed out in perfect condition that you can utilize in your own world. I have been to many goodwills and this store keeps their product neatly displayed color coordinated and their prices are beyond fair on most items. I go in with the mindset of shopping for the price tag thats 50% off and I have gotten some amazing things for under $5 Im a shopaholic and this supports my habbit quite well

Store inside is ok, outside shopping center needs help. Its dirty, disgusting is how I would describe the parking lot. Some security in outside parking lot would help shoppers feel more comfortable too.

Man oh man this is the Goodwill to be at ..Overall the atmosphere is great lots of good buys and neat stuff and awesome quality clothes . I can just shop and relax in a clean store.

I love this place, books are mostly .99 and no more than$3 furniture is very reasonable pricing that causes me to check here first before any online second hand forum (e.i. Facebook marketplace, Craigslist...) Most of the staff on the floor is greeting everyone friendly, informative and engaged. The store is organized well a s proper signage is up. Love this store!!!

Prices way better than Salvation Army. Not a lot of appliances or furniture.

Love the good wills in this town the one by 20th and J is great for furniture finds. The one on 10th W I find amazing clothes (although many are good with that), and if you need random office supplies the one on the east side of Ave J is oddly a good place to find business paraphernalia. The 10w and the J and 20th have the nicest staff. The other locations have mostly good. (they usually have one there to make you want to scream, usually staff is lovely)

I dont know the cashiers name there but today was the third time that she followed me around to ask me if I found Jesus yet. She is doing that because she knows that Im Muslim and its not that I dont believe in the Prophet Jesus (PBUH) but that this is the employees 3rd time trying to convert me to her religion when Im trying to have a pleasant shopping trip with my 12 year old daughter who overheard the unpleasant conversation.Im sorry, but I dont think that religion belongs in customer service. Please retrain your employees!

When we arrived the welcome we got seemed borderline I hate my job...we asked for help and instantly was told no we cant help u but on our own we found what we were looking for. Once we got to to register the cashier still was rude, especially to the elderly woman in front of us..hope this gets fixed because customer service should be a high priority...
