The view of the work force is not focusing on the Youths, its all about $$$The Youth are the future thats having difficulty with there developing.

This Group Home is a horrible group home to work at or to even try to work at. Ms. Lupe had me go get a live scan pull my DMV records and get a physical all of it costing me about $80. I didnt have no communication with her at all. All my communication was through Mr. Black. I was giving a set hours that I was told I would be working due to the fact that I had another job and I was told they would be working me certain hours. They then switch it to hours that I couldnt work because of my other job. When I told them I couldnt work Mr. Black directed me to Lupe. I have not heard nothing back from her and now Mr. Black is saying its not his problem. I would NEVER Recommand anyone to work here ......for they are very very unprofessional, and now in my eyes they are looked as a horrible place as employment. They have no communication with in each other and I am highly upset. I asked for a reimbursement and they refuse to call or text me back. If I could rate this a 0 I would.

Lupe you are unprofessional, you are a a dam con. I am a former applicant, that was of interest to the owner (Lupe Rascon-Maldonado) as it seemed. she sent me to do a live scan, i paid $60 to get the background check completed. Its been two months and i havent heard back for her. and last i heard she has laid off employees.This lady is a freaking snake, shes a lair. i never got my live scan results back and i think thats illegal; after two months, i followed up with her and havent got to speak with her since, its been 2 months. this lady Lupe Rascon-maldonado is unethical.

I was a resident at this group home @ the Cedar House and after my time being here I can say that I had no support what so ever from Ms. Lupe, another staff Mr. Black starts unnecessary issues all the time that turns out into bigger problems the fact that he would document it on paper work and even add lies to it. I had no support or care @ this group home whatsoever.

Lets there kids roam around and have fist fights in the street. Some also tried breaking into a car at one point
