As someone who works in human services, its realistic that periodically people will disagree with the way organizations function, or the tough decisions that need to be made in any setting. Constructive criticism is a welcome reminder that we dont have all the answers and can push ourselves to provide better services to our friends and neighbors.And as with all things, you simply cannot make everyone happy. We strive, as a small team with limited means, to be the best professional versions of ourselves that we can be. It is my hope that the countless residents and larger families/communities impacted by the lives served at Clare House remember that every social worker, administrator, director, manager, and volunteer is on this human journey too; Learning everyday how to do better, and be better.We can take the lumps, were pretty tough. And no matter what, well keep moving the needle closer to a community where our mission and vision have been realized.

An excellent nonprofit that provides real help for people in need.

I know about this place, but dont know it personally. However, how can someone give them 1 star and not leave a review? Thats ridiculous.
