When I went in for a consultation at Ultra Med, I was very pleased with how Margaret approached my treatment and suggested the most appropriate service for my skin’s needs. Never once did I feel judged for the condition of my skin and only optimistic about the results. After just a few sessions my skin has shown great improvement. Margaret has been super pleasant and kind. Im grateful for her help and look forward to my next treatment.

Ultra Med Spa SAVED my wedding weekend in a big way! We had an adventure with spray tans and needed to get one after a failed one earlier in the day. They found a way to make squeeze me and my sister in and made us feel SO comfortable. I was so nervous after my first tan earlier in the day and the staff eased my mind, was understanding and just went above and beyond to make sure they could help us. I cannot wait to go back! The new location is so classy! Everything is on point from the front desk to all the many services offered. If you have questions the staff takes the time to thoroughly answer all questions. I would highly recommend Ultra Med Spa. Very professional!

I came in for a lip flip. I was first greeted by the best staff ever, Makella, Evie, and Karen. They were so professional. From start to finish everything was so amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, results were amazing, I will be back.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now with the hopes of achieving an eyebrow lift with Botox. After multiple injections and a couple hundred dollars later.. I still have no results. When I called disappointed with no results yet again, I was told that Boxtox must not work for me and to find another facility.Spent hundreds with no results.

Beautiful environment and kind employees, however for a $150 I expected an amazing facial. I asked if she would do extractions near the end ( my chin needed it) and she said I didnt have much and she would have done it earlier. Just your run of the mill facial.. Disappointed....

I’ve been a client at ultra for a few months now. Morgan always gives me the darkest spray tan without looking like an obnoxious orange, Relaxing facials that give me clear skin for DAYS, derma-plane treatments that leave my face feeling like a baby’s bottom, and not to mention the amazing smile she gives you that you can see even with her mask on! I’ve gotten a lip flip 2 times now from Adrienne and every time she makes me laugh, a great esthetician that definitely knows what she’s doing. However, the girl at the front desk lacks professionalism and is very rude. Not what you want to be greeted with for what should be a relaxing experience.

I have been getting massages for years, and Lexy is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had work on me. I will be coming back!
