Dr. Carter and his staff are wonderful. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Carter was professional, kind, honest, and very easy to talk to. I was a first-time patient and will definitely be back. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone interested in medical cosmetics.

The front desk receptor is very rude, I called to inquire about the services and tried to make an appointment. She asked me to provide my bank account information in case I don’t show up, I said I am not comfortable to provide my bank info to a stranger before my services, then she directly hang up while I was saying “thank you, bye”. Soooo rude!!! why letting such a rude person to be the client facing worker? So disappointed, will never ever choose this agency because of the poor service quality!!

Great results with Botox and fillers! Dr. Carter has a great touch with the needles. I hardly felt anything around the mouth, which is a very sensitive area.

He is very caring and gentle with the process. He explained everything about what he was doing. I barely felt the injections for botox.

My office visit was very pleasant with the Front office and with Dr. Carter. I was however disappointed that no one followed up with me to see how I was doing. I was very nervous doing this procedure and I was hoping they would have followed up. I called and left a vm about setting up a follow up appointment and was never called back. I am probably due for another appointment but I am not sure if I will go back.

I first went to see Dr Carter at the Hummelstown location for laser treatment of flushing from Rosacea. I let him know that I was very sensitive to the treatment when I had it done years earlier, and it was not because of how it was administered, but just how I had responded to it. Dr Carter did not want me to have another experience like that and so he first tested the laser on himself. When he felt the machine in Hummelstown would be too strong for me, he invited me to their Lancaster office to have it done there, instead. Even with all of the precaution and care by Dr Carter, I still ended up having a reaction that is not typical to most people. However, he kept in touch with me and even called me to make sure I was doing okay. I took longer than the average person to heal from the treatment, but the results were just what I wanted.
