I dont understand. I came in for a simple blood draw and it took almost an hour.

Dont get me wrong, the staff at this lab is typically INCREDIBLY NICE and VERY EFFICIENT; however, it seems as though since theyve changed hours, its hit or miss whether or not its worth it to go in. Due to the change of hours from I believe 7AM to 8PM weekdays to 7AM to 12 noon weekdays, if youre on first shift, coming to this lab will likely be a hassle. One morning, there may be a full waiting room, and the next its completely empty. My suggestion is, if its busy, leave and return another day. Staff informed me that theyre not consistently busy enough to have later hours, despite broader hours being convenient for consumers. I give the staff 5 stars, but the convenience 1-2 stars.
