I would give this place zero stars if I could. They never accept walk ins so I have to do all my basic medical care at urgent care most of the times. Even then, I’ve had to wait over a month for even a simple pregnancy test and then would have to wait more just for a referral. The doctor that is always there is incredibly rude insensitive as well. Moved to another PCP as soon as it was possible and was helped faster than this place ever could.

Its a rundown clinic, could be worse. If you can find another clinic that accepts your health benefits take it! If you have straight MediCal this place will accept you, otherwise find some other place. The receptionist here are pretty much useless. This health center caters primarily to drug addicts and idiots who cant help themselves. The waiting room is beat and worn, and could definitely use some renovations. Not to mention that the waiting room is full of annoying addicts. Good luck if your coming here.

I called in and they literally had me on hold for 2hrs till they said they were having technical issues smh

This was my first visit with this clinic, and I must say I was very skeptical at first to come to this clinic. I thought it was only a rehab center but it’s not just rehab. They also have primary doctors. As soon as I walked in the clinic Caren at the front desk made me feel so welcomed. She explain very well on how to fill out my registration packet because there was some paperwork that I couldn’t quite understand. She asked how I was doing, how my day was going. Not many people ask or care. The wait was not bad at all it was under 15 minute wait. The Dr was great and understanding, and let me tell you it’s hard to find that now and days. Angela was great, was able to answer any question I had. My first visit was great and welcoming. I’m glad I gave this clinic a chance. I am recommending friends and family.

This office and the staff are all great. Angela is always really sweet and asks questions about your symptoms to inform the doctor before he sees you.Dr. Rich is awesome! Very thorough and understanding, he makes sure all your questions are fully answered and understood before he leaves the room.Office is clean and with an appointment the wait is very short so youre usually in and out fairly quick.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for around 2 years and all staff is great! I always see my usual doctor and get the same nurse but this week I had an appointment and was surprise to get a different nurse by the name of karen she’s usually in the front desk. She was so great very happy and outgoing I liked that she was not the type that just goes straight to asking you medical questions she makes you feel comfortable and at ease before anything. Karen keep up the great work you are very passionate about what you do in your field. I wish every time I ended up in the hospital I could get a nurse like you. Nurses today just see their job as a routine and not something they are passionate for or love. You care about the patients and i love that! I hope you see this. Tarzana great job on your staff.

I have been going to Tarzana for several years now. It is a smaller family clinic run by wonderful people. Stephanie, Carol, Liz and Rosana all care for and show compassion to their patients. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the care and treatment I receive there is top notch. God gave these women a gift and it shows in the way they run their business. It is so difficult to find doctors and nurses you can have a relationship with instead of just being some number on a chart and it makes a huge difference. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Good family clinic. Lady Karen very helpful and sweet, very patient with me because I have too many questions, my wife always want to talk to her because no one else answers her calls and always on hold. The nurse for the dr is very nice too, give us everything we need. This place is very clean and good parking. I like me Dr he very professional.

Dam Good clinic, let me tell y’all Karen has helped me a lot with my insurance issues ever since it got cut because of payment. I was hyped that she informed me about how to get medical. Now am back to seeing my doc. I can be to much at times but she don’t get mad she very patient. Y’all ask for her if you need good service. Great grl!

First time coming here and the customer service was great and it was nice and clean . Staff was so friendly and Alex was the one that helped me and he was so friendly and so helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs any medical services. And I definitely recommend Alex if you need any help.

The doctor is awesome, but the reception staff is horrible, they lost my labs and I had to do them over, and they took almost a month to put in a referral in, so if you need a referral keep calling until you know they did it. They lied to me and said they been sent it last month but really they just sent it a week ago, I Still Have To Wait in pain

Took my mother to the Doctor today, my mother insisted to review this Primary clinic, based on my mother she loved it due to good customer service and the nurse manny being so attentive and caring towards all her concerns. As long as my mom is happy with the service she will continue to be a patient in this clinic. Thanks manny for taking care mom!

Glad I was able to come in as a walk in.....being that I’m a new patient most clinics have to see you with an appointment and Karen stated it wouldn’t matter that I can still be seen that it would just be a wait and I was more than ok with that. In the end it was not a long wait I was seen by manny and Dr. Jackelyne and got treated right away for my issue they were both great with me. Glad I found a clinic we’re I was able to walk in with no issues

If it wasnt for Tarzana clinic i dont know where i would be. They have helped me so much since the first day i walked through the door. Rich Karen and Cindy are very patient with me. I have been receiving great treatment for all the health issues i have. They send me for the colon test and i tested for a polyp and thank God for that test i was able to gwt treated right away. Im greatful for the doctor and the staff. I can say they saved my life because my family comes for cancer. Karen thank you for always taking me in when i walk in, Cindy thank you for the patience with the referrals and Rich thank you for sending mw right away for those test and for keeping up with my health. Anyone who needs help please choose tarzana.

I went to the Tarzana on J asking for help for all the pain medication I have been on for years. They didn’t even try to hear me out or help me. They told me to go to the clinic on Lancaster Blvd so I did. Karen helped out as much as she could, she had patience with me and is nice girl. She told me how I can change my doctor to tarzana and told me about the m.a.t program and other services that the Palmdale location has that can help me out with all my health issues once I switch to tarzana. She heard me out and gave me hope and didn’t shut me out like every other place I have gone to get help. She also called her supervisor Ivone to confirm that all the information she was providing me was correct before I walked out. The supervisor came to the window and confirmed that I would get the help needed, was very nice too. There needs to be more people like those girls in this world that want to help and care not just shut you out. I’ve been going clinic through clinic and no help until I came here. Im looking forward to being a patient here.

Wow im shocked by all the negative reviews, must be the pissed off addicts that go here 🤔If your not an addict definitely a good place to see your regular doctor. I recently came in for a check-up because I had not been to the doctor in a couple of years and my girlfriend nagged me to see my doctor. I came in as a walk-in and in no less than half an hour I was seen and had my vitals taken. Saw my doctor right after. The doctor sent me to get my blood drawn at Quest Diagnostics, and gave me an appointment for my results 2 weeks from then. Everything took less than 2 hours (mind you I came in as a walk-in). Proud to say that my results came in and I have a clean bill of health 💪😀

I bought my daughter couple weeks ago for her school check up and shots and first I dont know what to think about the place, it be looking rundown needs more work to look like a clinic and not a drug place. But overall think the girl name was Karin at the desk was very nice and good attitude other places be having rude people. When we were put in a room the dr manuel was good with my kid and the nurse was caring wid her shots. Ill keep bringing my kids here because I like how we got takin care off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I call Im on the phone for 2+ hours and still not able to talk to anyone. Their phone system continually hangs up on you and you have to start all over. This is bs crazy. Havent even been to their facility yet and already think about switching doctors.

They do take medical, walk in hours are 8am-11am, and 1pm-2pm. Dont know why thats so hard to find out.

Its a doctors office. At face value, its frustrating. But what matters is whats going on behind the scenes, and the people working here care.

Very good service, they offer several programs for low-income people or those without insurance. I am grateful to Karen who works for this clinic offered me and I explain about a mammogram program that I need. First I will see if I qualify with the medical and if not at least I know that here in Tarzana they will help me.

My Husband is a new patient in this clinic I was calling several times to the phone on my insurance card to make an appointment for my husband and he was always on hold and they never answered me and when they answered the call they hung my line in seconds. It bothered me a lot and I went straight to the clinic, I received an empty lady that I thought I only spoke English but when I asked to speak with someone in Spanish she answered me in Spanish and I explained my reason to come to the clinic, she apologized It was not her fault and she was very angry with me. Despite being so busy, she registered my husband, gave him an appointment and even gave us the papers that have to be filled to deliver the day of the appointment. Very differete deal that to speak by telephone Miss Karen was very patient and attentive with us and even gave us its direct extension to her for whatever else we occupied. I hope to have the same treatment with everyone in that clinic. I was going to change my husbands clinic but I changed my mind when the lady assured me that the doctors are attentive and the nurses are also alert and attentive. Im going to see how my husband is doing, and if he decides, Ill also change to the clinic in Tarzana.
