Thee absolute WORST. My fiance was admitted yesterday after he fractured his leg at the Mojave desert. He broke his femur, tibia and fibula. This was the closest hospital, unfortunately.For one, I am the primary person for my fiance and no one called me to tell me what was fractured after the xrays were taken. I had to call myself and finally got to the nurse aiding him in his room and he was talking so fast, I had to ask him to please slow down! As I was a nervous wreck and he just seemed to busy to care.This morning (the following day) I called to ask what time he would be going into surgery. Again, no one cared to call me. Such poor, poor communication considering the hospital isnt allowing any visitors. They didnt have a specific time and mentioned the doctor would be in by 5pm and that my fiance would be his/her third patient.I have been calling every hour. I speak to the operator who tells me that he is still in surgery. I asked, how long is the surgery? Her reply. I dont know.Instead of saying I really dont know but let me transfer you to someone who does. I was told to call back in 30 minutes. The name of this hospital should be I DONT KNOW.I wish deeply that he could have made it to Cedars Sinai. Im devasted. I beg of anyone to please go else where. Somewhere where the operators, to the nurses and doctors take in a deep consideration for their patients and the patients family. Especially during these hard and confusing times.

Be sure to arrive 2 to 3 hours late so they will be ready by the time you arrive. dont plan anything else that day even if they state a short procedure. enjoy.
