My sciatica is 99% better since I’ve been getting a massage regularly; I go every 5 weeks. The Medical field wanted to give me an injection. Yikes!! 😳

I have been getting a massage once a month for a few years now. The staff at Ponessa is very nice. The therapists that Ive seen have all been very considerate of my physical health needs and my stress and worries. I know my insurance doesnt cover these visits and Im not sure if any insurance would cover a visit. Its probably best to ask your insurance provider. The price of an hour massage is very fair and reasonable.
