The entire process was very easy, from booking online (day before, I might add) to detailed directions for free parking.Upon arrival, I’m met with a smile- very awesome.I filled out paperwork for Karen to see what’s best for my body during this visit. The upcoming process was explained to me in detail and asked if any part of it was uncomfortable or not desired.Massage was ON POINT! I have been going to a regular therapist for 12 plus years. She (Angel Downs) is quite a phenomena when it comes to knowing muscles and How/where to Give attention. I can honestly say that Karen is right up there. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone that suffers from minor to major discomfort.What a pleasant experience!!!

I get a massage at least twice a month, once a week if I have time. I have been to top chains, as well as renown resorts, and this was THE BEST massage I have ever received. Karen is not only personable but very invested in her craft. Her technique, utilizing heat, stretching, and pressure was phenomenal! I will definitely be back, and make this a regular massage spot when I am in Lancaster!

Karen G is fabulous at what she does. The stretch massage has a way of making you feel taller. It is the athletes and office workers best friend. Working out tightness I didnt know I had while showing me the flexibility I didnt think existed was awesome. I felt invigorated and relaxed at the same time. If youre hurting her 60 - 90 minute massages will help move you toward healing. No matter which service I get, I leave feeling refreshed and on top of the world.
