Great experience! From start to finish everything was quick and easy. Staff are super friendly and made the experience feel very personal. Surgery was super fast and surgeons were personable. My vision has gone from around 20/70 20/200 to 20/15 20/20 which is fantastic. Generally a life changing experience. After surgery sleep as soon as possible. When the numbing drops wear off it sucks for about 6 to 8 hours.

My eyes are so much better and they were like that within 2 days. Quick and fairly simple.Just make sure to sleep after the procedure really helped.When I did this, I woke up already with a major change. Im 50 now, and wish I did this 25 years ago.Thank you

I did not have a great experience with this place. After talking with Ruth and seeing all the amazing reviews I was super stoked to book my appointment. However, thirty minutes before my appointment my appointment was canceled without an explanation. I could not answer because I was driving. Thirty minutes before a scheduled appointment is not enough time and not professional. I will NOT be returning.

My experience at Lasik Vision Institute was mostly pleasant. I can see clearly now, which is the ultimate goal! The only negative to report is that they do not sit you down to recover… you get off of the operating table and told “congratulations” and are able to walk out immediately. I became nauseous on my walk out to the waiting room, almost passed out, and needed to sit on their bathroom floor for a few minutes before I could leave. A 10-15 minute recovery period wouldn’t hurt for future patients to ensure that they are alright to leave.

I had my lasik done a little over a week ago and it went great! I felt very comfortable and informed, they provided me with all the information I needed to have a successful procedure. Such an amazing job. Office manager was extremely receptive and very responsive. Everything was communicated very clearly to me and the actual eye surgery was the easiest part. I can not recommend the Lasik Vision Institute in Lancaster more, and almost solely because everyone in there was so kind and understanding. From the front desk to Dr. Brusco, they all were very accommodating and extremely nice and understanding when my anxieties about the procedure surfaced. I dont think I could have had the courage to continue with the procedure without their patience.

I was nervous, as most people are I presume to have Lasik but from start to finish, Joel made the process simple. He didn’t hound or push me to make a decision, he allowed me time to make the decision on my own. He helped me understand the financing options. Joel answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable reaching out if I still had more questions. He never made me feel like I was a bother.Surgery day arrived and again, Joel was helpful and made the process seem-less. I was scared but the technician and surgeon both were friendly and informative. The actual time under the laser was quick ( 25 seconds-ish per eye)but 15 minutes total in the OR. I’m 5 days post op and all is well. My vision was actually perfect 12 hours after surgery. I would do it all over again. My experience was great.My personal thoughts.1. It’s hard to sleep after surgery so make sure you take enough sleep aid to give you a good 5-6 hours of sleep. YES, Even if that means you’ll be off a normal sleeping routine later that night , you’ll want to be asleep following surgery, it’s just uncomfortable.2. I should’ve had a normal cup of coffee that am, but I didn’t have any coffee because my headache made it even more difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.3. I wish I would’ve made this decision sooner but I’m glad it’s done and I’m so happy with my results!

I got my lasik done on 3-18-2021 at 1:30 noon . and i am so thankful it was worth every dollar I now have perfect 20/20 vision . i didnt feel any pain during the surgery. No haze or side effects after . after your surgery go home and take some sleeping pills and try to sleep for at least 11 hours it will help so much to skip any discomfort you may have . my vision was really terrible before lasik that i couldnt even see my face clearly in the mirror from 4 feet away it would be a blur. So if you guessing whether you should get lasik the answer is yes !!!! Thank you soo much !!!!!!

I really want to give 5 stars. I had PRK lasik a year ago, literally just as COVID hit (office closed the day after my surgery). Joel bent over backwards doing what he could to make sure I somehow got in to have my bandaid lens removed. But since then - It has been pretty bad. I’ve had to practically beg to be seen at 3 month and 6 month follow up. And now that it is at a year - I called to schedule and am told that their new policy doesn’t provide for on going visits!! So much for a packaged deal that included annual exams. I wasn’t even notified - had to find out by calling. I didn’t want to leave a public bad review but there were no options to contact anyone or leave feedback on their website. On the bright side...I can see perfectly and I had severe nearsightedness. The customer unfortunately has been nonexistent (except for Joel).

I had my eyes done here recently. Its a very busy place. The wait times are kind of long, but they are very accommodating with snacks and drinks and try to keep everyone moving to the next station in a timely manner. My eyes were done on 3/5/2020 and the next day I had 20/15 vision. Very impressed with the results and also with the people working there. They even had a bear for me to hold during my surgery to help comfort me. 10/10 would come here again!

Had an appointment 10/26/20. Extremely unprofessional manger named Joel Denlinger. He sent me a email the day of my appointment saying I can reschedule my appointment if I don’t want to come in multiple times since I live an hour away. But the email was sent the day of my appointment 2 hrs before I would be on my way. Thankfully I caught the email but if I didn’t check I would’ve left for an hour trip without this information and he did not want to say the word “sorry.” I told him I would have to cancel since I did not expect multiple trips(they originally told me 2 trips which I was okay with but on the day of my appointment, they changed it to 4 trips) to Lancaster from New Jersey and I also did not want to trust them with my eyes since what they did was unprofessional. And the last thing he said over the phone was “we still gave you an heads up before you left.” Like great job you gave me plenty of time to think about it by telling me two hours before on an appointment I have been waiting for over a month. Now they wasted my time for about two months(waited 2-3 weeks for phone consultation and another 4 weeks for the first in person appointment) and I am still blind because I couldn’t look for other places since I trusted them in the beginning to help me with my vision.

The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful. They all make you feel extremely welcomed and valued. I couldn’t recommend this office any more! My procedure was timely, painless (honestly) and I was comfortable the entire time. My follow ups have been wonderful as well. The best I could’ve asked for during this process!

I had a very pleasant experience at LVI in Lancaster, Pa. I had LASIK yesterday and I went for my post-op visit today. As of right now I already have 20/15 vision. The Pre-op visit took longer than I expected and the day of surgery there was a lot of waiting although the surgery itself took less than 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and informative. The doctor who did the surgery was amazing. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend LASIK surgery at this office to anyone who is considering it. Well worth the money.

Great experience, great results. Doctors and staff were very through with preparing and double checking everything. The wait time for surgery day is a little long but they were upfront with that so I expected it. Honestly I think I prefer things take a little longer because lets be real were talking about your eyesight. Rush it too much and things could go very bad very quickly. My LASIK experience was awesome. I have been contemplating it for a long time and finally went for it this past week. I was amazed at how easy and affordable it was. The staff at the Lancaster office was very nice and helpful. They shared their own LASIK experiences as well. I have a complicated work schedule and they easily accommodated me. They were able to get me a surgery appointment the very next day after my consultation. They surgery itself was fairly easy and took maybe a total of 15 minutes. It is a very bizarre experience, but that is just the nature of the procedure. Immediately after I was able to see well enough to navigate the office without my glasses (and let me tell you, I was pretty blind before). Once the initial haziness and numbing drops wore off I was seeing almost normally. By the end of the first day my vision was better than it was before WITH glasses. The follow up appointment was very smooth the next day and they tested my vision at 20/15! I cannot more highly recommend LASIK vision correction. It really is life changing.

Received an ad for “as low as 200 per eye”, so I scheduled a consult and figured it would maybe be even 5x that. Sat there in the waiting room for an hour just to learn their minimum is 2000 per eye and with their recommendations it came to 5200 for both.

Four hours window just to sit in a waiting for 3 1/2 hrs. The overall surgery went well and only took about 30 min from start to finish. They could definitely benefit from more recovery rooms to speed it along

I had the lasik procedure performed at the Lancaster branch. Everything went extremely well. 2.5 months post surgery I can see 20/15. I am not seeing any halos (a few in the beginning at night), no dry eyes (had a little bit of this in the beginning but it subsided quickly), and no other side effects. Everything worked out great for me and it was worth every penny. The staff was also pleasant and helpful.

I had LASIK eye surgery done on 2/20/20 with contoura and the results are amazing, in 24 hours my vision was really starting to clear. The staff was very informative and professional while keep the a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely do it again.

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful answering questions, they told me I wasn’t a candidate. I accepted that for a few days, then decided to get a second opinion. I went to LASIK Plus in Harrisburg, with my wife and the mindset they were going to tell me the same thing. Much to my surprise, I was told I am an excellent candidate for the procedure. My wife had her procedure within the week. I am having my procedure done this Friday. I don’t know why one place couldn’t do this and another said there was no reason why I can’t. Oh well, they could have had 2 new customers instead of a 2 star review. If you went here and weren’t accepted, try LASIK Plus. I did and am excited for Friday to get here.Update: 1 1/2 weeks after my procedure I now have 20/20 vision. Still not sure why this place said I wasn’t a candidate.

I went in to the Lasik Vision Institute, wary and nervous about the procedure and nervous about affording it. The staff was extremely friendly, and I actually felt like they wanted to be there. It helped to put me at ease. They were willing to explain the procedure to me, as well as even talking about the basics of vision, near/farsightedness, and astigmatism. Better yet, the procedure and everything was much more reasonably priced than everywhere else I had checked out. All in all, I had a great experience and have nothing bad to say about it.

Had my LASIK Eye Surgery completed 4 days ago and I can say that I am totally impressed!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, and explained everything from beginning to end of what was going to take place. They did multiple scans of my eye to make sure that they had the measurements correct - that was very reassuring.Also anyone saying that it took an extended period of time waiting is just complaining. So disregard any review about time because they were made aware of it before the day of their surgery.I highly recommend the LASIK Vision Institute to anyone! I had an unexpected eye injury while playing basketball and I was able to contact the LASIK vision team after hours even on valentines evening and got to speak to my doctor and get a walk in visit the very next day to be checked. The LASIK Vision Institute team is a 5 star team! Everyone works together from the doctors, nurses and receptionists, everyone is so kind and really cares about each patient individually! I appreciate the staff and all they have done to restore and care for my vision!

I felt thoroughly prepared for the procedure and recovery. The process was efficient and personal, I felt like my time was valued. Finally, and possibly most importantly, the results are amazing!

My honest expectations were to have improved vision so I would at least have less difficulty driving at night and performing simple tasks without glasses. I must say my expectations were not only met but exceeded. The only time I use glasses now is for reading and working on a computer. I can actually read texts and reply on my phone without them. Not too bad for a 58 year old! The staff is great, I recommend their services highly.

I just had my vision corrected here and it was a fantastic experience! The process is streamlined and efficient, from evaluation to surgery to post-op care. The staff and doctors are all friendly and capable. I knew exactly what to expect and at the end of it all, I have the best vision I’ve ever had. It’s incredible. I used a groupon, which made it super affordable on top of everything. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and professional! You feel very welcome. The staff takes really good care if you and explains everything. They listen to you and your concerns. They are very knowledgeable and it seems they have a lot of experience. Everything is well organized from the initial visit to the follow up, I really recommend this place.

I have used glasses since 3 years old. I am now 20 and took the step to do lasik. I was treated respectfully and comforted from the start. This has been an amazing experience and Im so pleased with the entire staff. Day one after surgery and Im seeing better than I would have ever imagined. The process was quite painless.

Very good staff! Had a very unique case where other doctors couldnt do lasik on me but the doctor here is the best in the country and did it yesterday. Less than 24 hours and already seeing better than 20/20. I couldnt be happier, anyone considering it I would recommend doing it, I wish I had done it earlier, plus Monica was great and went the extra mile for me.

My experience was better then 5 stars! From the minute I walked in for my consult, I felt like I had known the staff forever. I was nervous during my surgery and Dr. Rozakis asked me questions to get to know me and make me feel more comfortable. By my post op appointment I was seeing 20/15. The Lasik staff are amazing. So willing to spend as much time with you as needed to answer questions and making you feel comfortable. Everyone was very thorough and kind. Only thing I regret is not having it done sooner.

The friendliest people, they educate you and show great passion for their work and care of their patients. Its been a few months since my surgery Im seeing better than perfect, 20/15 ... Really impressed and happy with my new eyes.Had the PRK surgery, it was uncomfortable for a few days (mildly painful for the first) - but the results are absolutely worth it.

Staff is great. They walk you through every step of the process. The bedside manner during the procedure was fantastic. The doctors and nurses talk with you and explain exactly what is happening. Excellent doctors and an excellent staff make for a great patient experience. I had Lasik surgery performed in 2016 and everything went exactly as planned. My recovery was swift and my eyes have been in perfect health with perfect vision ever since. I continue to go back once a year for a check-up and am always impressed with how competent everyone is with their work and how friendly and caring they are with everyone. If you’re interested, but unsure about the procedure I would encourage you to ask questions - they have answers.
