The staff was helpful. They didnt have the product I wanted, unfortunately, but they were willing to tell me that and didnt pressure me to get something I didnt want.

Rhubarbs is an excellent market. They have a wonderful selection of vegan and organic food and supplements, tons of things you cannot find at a chain grocery store. They can be a bit pricey, but they are an independently owned business, and we all know eating healthy is, by far, more expensive than eating fast/processed food.As far as the friendliness of the employees, Ive never had a bad experience. When I first started going there, they always stopped to ask me if I needed help finding anything and wished me a good day when I left. Now that I go there somewhat frequently, we converse and they always ask me for feedback on the new products they get in.I love Rhubarbs and recommend them to anyone that is looking for healthier alternatives or vegan/vegetarian food.

I would definitely give them 5 stars if the people working there were not so snobby and rude. The product selection is great and I have been shopping there on and off for about 3 years, but you walk in and nobody says hi or even has a friendly smile for you. Wonderful products, staff could be friendlier.

Rhubarbs Market is a quaint, organic and natural foods focused grocery store. They have a produce section, some health and beauty, freezer items, and aisles of canned and boxed goods. I had looked around all of Lancaster for something similar to this, and I think this is the only grocery store like this around here (excepting a few in the city). Its homey, and the sales people are friendly and knowledgable. Its great to support small, local shops - so I would definitely recommend Rhubarbs.

Such a great little market! So many organic options, and it feels so good to shop locally. The owner and employees are very knowledgeable, and friendly.

I find everything that I want that is vegan and it not very expensive has great pricing on most things.

1)I walk in...no greeting. 2)Im looking around...no offer to help find anything 3)Two girls working there were whispring and smirking... I believe about other coworkers or customers. 4) I go to leave...The two girls stare at me and look down their noses as I walk out...NO have a good day and a smile at their market. 5) Good product selection but pricey. I CAN ATTEST TO THE SNOTTY AND RUDE AS MENTIONED IN THE PREVIOUS REVIEW. I would much rather spend my money at one of the Amish/Mennonite Health food stores in Lancaster!!!
