The worst company to get imaging from. I came in for one X-ray and they charged me $1009.50 for one x-ray, my insurance only covered 80 percent of it and I still had to pay 325 after everything. But thats not the worse part I wanted to pay right then and there and they said they had to send it out via mail, so I waited and waited and never received a bill I assumed my insurance covered it. Wrong. Advance imaging never called me, they kept sending my bills to an address I havent live at for 3 years even though I gave them an updated address. Its been 8 months since the service and not once did I get a call. But miraculously I get a collection notice for the money with interest. Im so upset with this company they never once tried to call me more than once. Absolutely the worst company do business with. Dont do business with them go to a different imaging place you wont regret it like I did.

Staff misinformed me about procedures, I even called to double check and they still told me wrong. It was my first time there and it looked dirty, and the staff was arguing, and no one was smiling. I left and scheduled an appointment with Palmdale. Palmdale location much nicer, cleaner, and safer.

Dont use Advanced Imaging Center. I had to reschedule the appointment 3 times because of issues on their end. Then when I did get my mammogram they said I needed additional tests. When I went to get the tests at another center I was told the tests were completely unnecessary. In fact the other center refused to do the test. When I contacted Advanced Imaging Center they said they were just being cautious. You decide cautious or greedy. I think greedy.

We have referred many people to Advanced Imaging over the years. Patients consistently report satisfaction with service, quality of mri scans and speed of scheduling.
