I personally do not see these doctors but my father does, this is kind of tricky the only 2 doctors that Ive dealt with that take care of my dad are Everall and Kent both are great! My biggest problem is the office staff, Ive been trying for over 2 months(still have not gotten yet) to get one of his refills called in with help from the pharmacy but I keep getting a run around. Ive been told they havent heard anything about a refill to no reply from messages. Call me crazy but thats not how a doctors office is suppose to run. I think every one of them should be fired with exception of Sandy, who is the only one who knows how to do her job.

I wanted to write this review for the longest time, but I wanted to wait until I no longer go to this practice. I will say that Dr. Bhaskaran was the rudest Primary Care, I have ever seen. No bedside manner, did not listen to my concerns, etc. When COVID first hit, he was EXTREMELY rude to me and actually advised to me to avoid hospitals, but with me being a patient who goes to a clinic to get my medication through an IV, that was unavoidable. Thankfully, I moved out of the area and found a new primary care who actually treats me a lot better. Few months later, I did receive a letter in the mail stating that he no longer works there, if someone does end getting him as a doctor somewhere else, just beware. Having him as a doctor, it literally felt like I was treated as a dollar sign more than a patient, actually thats how it felt like at the practice in general, you are just another dollar sign.

I have been a patient of Dr Everall for quite a few years. He treats you with respect, he listens to you when you have problems or facing difficult times. I like a doctor or believes in God and healings Bill is all of these.Great practioner!

Ms. Maegan Barrs is by far the best ever!! Every time I have came into the office she has treated me as I was family. She truly cares about your well being and takes her time to get to the problem your having. Absolutely recommend her to anyone!!

Ive been a patient before and they were good to me. Here it is over 2.5 years later and the staff is still supportive. I appreciate the empathy and the big help of getting me an appointment right away to help with my issues. Thank you so much Jessica for going above and beyond.

My mom will not be seeing Dr Bhaskaran ever again! ! Do not see him, he’s terrible. Super rude, literally came in the room with his student and didn’t even introduce himself or anything. Very dry personality. He had his student give my mom iron through her arm (she’s anemic) and then told us to come back Monday for lab work to check her hemoglobin. But the student couldn’t perform the task and was just hurting her and all he kept saying was it’s “blowing” and shaking his head. Dr Bhaskaran was just standing there looking at him with his arms crossed and not offering to help or take over. He was just laughing and shaking his head, knowing my mom was in pain while the student was trying his best to get it done. She then refused to get it done and we left. We are looking for a new primary care office now.

I was a patient there for years until my primary care physician moved away. I just resumed my care there this past year and have actually had even better service than in the past. This has always been a good practice,but all of the staff members and physicians are exceptional. They render fast,friendly customer service and treat their patients with kindness,caring and compassion. If I need to be seen for a genuine concern,they have no problem getting me an appointment ASAP,even if its due to my lack of poor planning. Im always treated like a person & not a problem. This is extremely important to me since I worked in healthcare for 26 years. I have no intentions of ever going elsewhere and would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been going here for years never had a problem until now. I had an appointment for months went to my appointment to only find out they rescheduled my appointment and claimed they tried to call me, I did not receive a call from them. So I ask was my provider there and they said yes so I ask why was I rescheduled they said she was over booked. Really when I had my appointment for months. I am really upset because I really needed to see her due to some issues I have been having. Now I cant get an appointment till the middle of May! I think I will be changing my doctors office.

My appt. was at 8:15 and an hour later I still havent been seen. Mary Ann is absolutely horrible, extremely rude, and doesnt care. She was short & didnt want to listen to me at all. She didnt want to give me my medicine that Ive been prescribed for 4 years. I miss Britany Roberts. All the good doctors quit.

Font desk was really nice, however the PA; Brittany Roberts was VERY rude to me once she finally came into the exam room after having been in there for 45 minutes. I could hear her personal conversation with someone outside of the door, fussing and talking loudly. Once she came flying in the exam room, I immediately got a bad vibe from her. She asked me about my problems and then without examining me, she blurted out a prescription. I felt like she didn’t want to help me and it was like she was in a hurry to leave. I left very upset. Will never go into this office again.

Dr. Ward is amazing!! However Maryanne is not.. Ive been a patient there for 3 years and love Ward!! My husband went for his first time ever and saw Maryanne... she was rude, short with him. Did not listen to anything he had to say about HIS body...didnt even bother explaining to him what to do with a call in medication... unacceptable!!!!

I have taken my Mom to see Meagen Barr on several occasions. I only have positive thoughts of her as a physician. She takes a lot of pride and compassion for her patients and family. She had been very supportive especially with us dealing with Alzheimers and our Mom. I also, thank Kim Funderburk for her support as well.

I visited Dr. Pierce at Palmetto Tri-County for an on the job finger injury in August 2018. Dr. Pierce said it was just arthritis but was actually a sprained finger. Dr Pierce recommened physically therpy which consisted of shoulder, bicep, and tricep exercises at a different facility. In less than two weeks my finger folded in a closed fist position and remained that way. Stay away these incompetent doctors if you want whats best for you.

I love Dr bill he listens to me and talks to me he cares about his patients they are a little slower from time to time but they get things done

I love the nurse practitioners but when I have doctors appt @ 8:15 and Im still here waiting on blood work and its currently 11:10 am...not doing this again

I will not waste my time with Dr. B anymore, if you know something is wrong you better get a Dr. It takes 30-45 mins for him to come in and then he is in for a minute or minute and a half. I have had the luxury of running across some great doctors, and that is exactly why I am looking for another. I can tell the difference when a place is about the dollar more than the patient. When there are other patients complaining in the waiting room about the same thing, its time for a better change. I normally read reviews before deciding and I didnt with this place beacuse I was in a hurry, and I paid for it. There are a lot of reviews on different sites, but many point to the same thing.

Love the text msg reminding me of appts. I usually only have to wait may be 10 minutes in waiting area before being called back, then my NP, Meagan Barr, is usually in within 5-10 minutes. She takes her time, listens to my needs. Front staff kind and helpful with appt making and checking out. They always get my scripts called in quickly. Patient portal allows me to view my test results. I love this place!

All the staff is so nice and friendly, especially Bill NP and Maegan NP!!!! They rock!!! They really do care for their patients.

I may have the flu I was vacationing and flying yesterday. I have insurance where you can’t change doctors on short notice .... I’ve been on the phone since 4:20 it’s now 5:05 they kept answering the phone saying let me check the schedule then sending me to their voicemail . I called on someone else’s phone they answered said they have one person working front desk and check out and to hold on and she sent me to voicemail after. I’m really sick and I am getting sicker I could’ve scheduled something now I have to wait longer being this sick and work because I can’t get off work without a doctors note. I don’t think I’ve ever been so mad.

Made an appt on line for the following morning thinking that I may have the flu. Arrive at dr office with plenty of time to complete all the computer questions. Once completed, the receptionist, whom I had overheard calling pts for later that day and rescheduling, called my name. She informed me that my NP wasn’t in the office today and that she would be happy to schedule me an appt for another day. I showed her the multiple confirmations I had received about the appt. Her only words were “we are booked for today. I can make you another appointment for later this week. I guess it was a computer glitch.” Told her I really needed to see the dr and be checked for the flu. She just looked at me. I left and saw and different practice, and I did have the flu. Not happy at all with my recent experience here, would be no stars but you have to give a star for it to post.

Some statf members are friendly, but when there is 6 people trying to sign in and nobody knows how to use it, it would be smart for someone to show them/ sign people in at the desk instead of just watching.

Very dismissive, very slow. If you feel like waiting hours on end to be treated bad this is the place for you. They just run you through to get your insurance money. As for me Ill never go back.

Good luck making a new patient appointment, put me on hold four times. I can only imagine what the wait time at the office is.

Says on the windows, accepting walk ins..... walk in to be told that they dont want walk ins, what kind of world do we live in when a man needs medical attention, and is turned away because hes not a member of your club... this should be against the law
