Best doctors office I have had! For child or adultPrompt ,They do their best to fit you in last minute,Clean and welcoming.I especially like Sabrina her attitude is the Best!Everyone is just very nice and they help you 😊

Breanne at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She’s kind and respectful and really goes out of her way to try to help you out if you have an issue. There’s been multiple occasions where I’ve called and I would be dismissed or forgotten about. Not to mention sometimes I would be spoken to rudely by other people there due to me calling, because of a doctor forgetting something by mistake. Breanne would go out of her way to make sure I was taken care of numerous times and I really appreciated that! Breanne really cares about the patients there.

This is my doctors office and when I get there either early or on time ⏲️, I can get in and right back out. The people who work here, are nice, but I am thinking about a new doctor because my new doctor is trying to reduce my anxiety meds, and I need those. He retired, unexpectedly and I am with a new doctor, so well see 👀what my new doctor says and does. I will have to move on, if they dont cooperate!

I have never had a problem . In fact one got me on my feet ,after only seeing her twice. Never had a long wait.

Literally the worst!!! I can never make an appointment when i want! I literally have to call 20 plus times to even get an answer. Which is the reason i am writing this review. Ive been calling for half an hour straight and no one is able to pick up??? But go in person all the receptionists are just sitting by the phone having a jolly old time. I arrive 15 minutes early to only have to wait an hour or more to get called back and thats not even counting the amount of time im left in a room for over an half hour waiting on a nurse or doctor. they are always putting the wrong info in their computers when it comes to my kids weight or even their name. The overall experience is HORRIBLE AND I CAN NOT WAIT TO SWITCH PROVIDERS AT THE END OF THIS YEAR.

Definitely take there time to actually care about a patients time nor health IMO.

My name is not confidential so here goes. Iam, Pamela Curry and of, Lancaster, Pa and was introduced to, Family Medicine threw my daughter. But going to, Dr. Warner was not a great ordeal for me as he is good when it comes to fixing pain in the back and siatic nerve conditions and taken tests for certain things. But when he tells me that he wants me to get a colonoscopy which will never happen my body my choice he says. Id rather you live and not die well, I didnt like the way he approached me in that timely manner. I also asked him if going to him over another doctor would be better then bounceing back and fourth he didnt give me a straight answer other then your going to fast and saying to many things to me and shutting me up and then not filling my meds that, I been on a very long time, Im not know longer comfortable with him like, I thought that, I would be... I on the other hand love, Dr, Kumar the man not women because he spoke to me in a manner that, I was able to understand and, I told him that, Im a perfectionist and other little problems and he was like thank you, I like to hear that,, So, If,I need to go back thats who, I would like to see if not, Ill just quit altogether.. My body my choice.....Please dont call me to ask me to come back in and talk to, Dr. Warner because, I dont want to. But I will call to get an appointment with, Dr, Kumar... If, I cant see him then, Ill just find somewhere else to go to for what will benefit my needs. If you can get me an appointment with, Dr. Kumar call me other then that, No sense in it. But, Ill miss my nurse friends they are my buds and sandy and the other nurses are good and try to understand my needs when, I have them... But being hurt isnt what i want from a doctor being liked and helped from a doctor is what, I look for....

Very happy with scheduling and care is average overall generally pleased with them

I take my boyfriend, my son, and I for appointments here, have for years. The receptionists now are rude and snobby. If you dont like your job then whyd you put in an application? My son is premature, he needs good care. He doesnt need snobby receptionist.

Nurse and women at the front desk are great. But not sure how to spell her name but absolutely never ever see dr asyan. I am not looking for sympathy but I had a girlfriend commit suicide in front of me about a year ago. So I take anti-depressants and a medicine that help take away night terrors. Dr asyan told me when it’s time to raise my doses just call. She refused to add that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks before she would answer. She has done this twice now. I understand doctors are very busy people and there job is very hard but I also feel as if to be a doctor you should somewhat care about your patients. Unfortunately dr Asyan does not have that character trait she does not care about her patients. I feel as if I’m just another dollar sign to her. But everyone else who work here are great. And I appreciate them all thank you!

The nurses are so super nice. I give them 5 stars. The doctors are very noce but soooooooooooooooooo slow: don’t book anything else on a day you have an appt. I was here for an appt for myself that lasted nearly 3 hrs. I left without even getting my prescription because I had my 3 restless little ones that couldn’t wait any longer to eat. If they could somehow speed it up, it would be a great office. Yes

Take the time to explain everything.

Waited 2 hours to see a nurse practitioner and all she wanted was to get me out the door asked for a dr note for work at the front desk and they said the note is not for me its for my son Because he was the one that was seen I tried to explain that I was the one seen and they wouldnt even listen to me so I walked out without one hope my boss is understanding but anyway I WILL NOT GO BACK AND CHANGING MY PCP

Only been here twice with my son. Waited over an hour to get called back. Once called back, waited almost two hours for the doctor to come see my son.
