I’ve been coming to this facility for 8years.Today I was 1 min late after driving 40 mins mind you I called in advance and told them I was in traffic . Arrived 1 min over the allotted grace period ..which was 12.55 I arrived 12.56 to an empty waiting room ...No one waiting and they refused to see me..I explained and explained in 8 years I’ve never been late and they would not work with him..Super disappointed at the facility and Emily for that ... Today I change my PCP and do not return ..You lose a loyal client for not working with me ...mind you there was no one even waiting to be seen... Very disappointed at the disregard and treatment....

No one is ever on the same page in this practice it’s a nightmare. Being high risk you would think the communication would be better but that is entirely too much to ask for around there. I wish I could find a new practice at 36 weeks along.

I just recently moved to the area and one of the hardest parts is finding a good doctor...well Dr. Aukett is hands down the best doctor that I have ever seen! From the moment she walked in to the moment she walked out I felt so at ease and like she genuinely cared about me and my concerns! I am so thankful that she took the time to listen to all the concerns that I had and gave me good next steps so see if we can resolve the issue!

I love this clinic, I have been a patient here for many years and ive always been pleased with the care that Ive received, the office staff and nurses are always professional and friendly and the doctors genuinely care. In the last year many things have changed including some of the staff, I am still Happy with the practice, however my last visit was a bit confusing, I was giving a urine sample and the nurse handed me the plastic cup and asked me to write my name and D.O.B on it then handed me her pen, other than the intake info on some specialist offices I have never been asked to write my information on anything at a doctors office, I thought to myself isnt this her job and wrote my information on the cup.

I am very disappointed in this practice. I was referred by my PCP and when coming to my appointment I was told by Katherine Abelo that my procedure was unnecessary today. I would not be charged and was able to leave. Then I received a bill in the mail that I did get charged because our appointment took 20 minutes. A majority of that was spent waiting on her. I am not pleased that I was told one thing and then they did not follow through on that. I would have never came to that appointment to get charged if I would have known it was unnecessary. I am very disappointed in my one time experience here and I hope the next time she states to a patient that they will not be charged she follows through on that.

The ultra sound technician was rude saying she doesnt like people standing behind her to watch the ultra sound you have to be sitting at all times to see it because the rooms are to small well then maybe you should upgrade and get bigger rooms or get a different job then we all would like to be present considering we just lost a son
