Been going here for a couple years, I had a change in insurance and found out that they were charging me for services that I never even received…..I don’t trust them at all anymore, go at your own risk

Dr Ogwu is amazing!! He is very attentive and has staff is great, especially the ladies at the front. The wait time is sometimes too long but other than that its a great doctors office!

This Drs office is superb the staff & doctors are. Very professional courtesy and attentive. I thank God i found them.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ogwu since I was 13 and he’s never let me down the staff is amazing and helpful. Remember to keep patience because it can be a little long , but totally worth the wait.

They did not want to see my son. Each appointment they had an excuse as to why they couldnt see him. So we came on walk in days. They would not see him then. We came today. Thursday They said we dont take walk ins on Thursday. But I remember they took me..on a Thursday. Br ause I had United Health Care. My son has Medicaid. Thats the difference. They are just like all the other Doctors. Stuck up and on pedestal, and treat according to insurance.

Dr. Ogwu is the best. Hes not only concerned with my physical health he is also concerned with my emotional & mental well being. He takes the time to listen to any questions.His staff follows his example.Alpha Medical is the best.

This doctor is horrible had to take a friend here who is disabled. First time we set an appoint for a doctor on a Saturday and there was no doctor there just a nurse practitioner. The second time(today) we had an appointment set for 2 pm we waited till 4 pm an the doctor still did not even call us back there at this point is when I told them we were leaving. If you wan to wait 4-5 hours to see a doctor when you have an appointment set this is the place for you. I doubt anyone is looking for that so just stay away from this place obviously they have no idea how to run their own practice and just want to make waste everyones time.

The first time I came here was a week ago as new patient. At 2:30 p.m. on July 16th I didnt get out of the doctors office until 6:30 I was highly pissed and then found out I had swine flu and bronchitis. ... The staff is slow and not friendly at all theyre into there own conversations with each other..... The doctor on the other hand is very nice and was upset that I had been there that long and for the fact that I was a new patient...

I was 5min late for the appointment for a refill and only saw the doctor 2hrs 15min later. Completely ridiculous waiting time.

Staff is knowledgeable but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Whats the point in making an appointment when ur still going to sit there for 3+ hours before ur called to the back.

Find a different DR.So I get there. I have insurance but the visit is still going to cost me $170?!?!? After paying that and sitting for an hour and half to be seen Im THEN informed by the nurse that to move forward with our appointment I have to go pay another $88 for a blood test, ekg etc. (why isnt this covered in my initial payment of $170?) she says do you want to move fofward?So then, before Ive seen anybody Ive paid the $170 and the hidden fee of $88 if Id like to move forward. (No mention of this extra fee when Im paying the initial charge). After ALL this I never see a DR, its just a nurse practitioner.Im given my prescriptions which are phentermine and a herbal concoction invented by the DR (basically just caffeine pills) I wasnt aware that you could prescribe herbs legally because theyre not governed by the FDA, AMA etc. ???Itcost me almost $400 to get out of there. THEN, yesterday I received a BILL from LabCorp for over a $100 for the blood test I paid for in the office!!!!!!!!! Im reporting this company to the AMA they are running a scam Do NOT waste your money or precious time.

This place is terrible i had a 9am appt and didnt leave till 1pm...i wait 2hrs for them to call my name just to go to the back and wait another 1hr for the dr to see me and say come back on monday...they are worst then Parkland please reconsider..on top of that they didnt have all my pills for my prescription i was supposed to get 60 but gave me 30 n told me to come back Monday keep in mind this was o a Thursday very unprofessional. I was in a car accident when i left that dr office i was ready to settle my claim cause that was they worst office ever

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE 2011, HERE LATELY IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PURE TRASH.... I LEFT A PAPER THAT NEEDED TO BE FILLED OUT FOR MY INSURANCE, DR. OGWU TOOK HIS SWEET 3 WEEKS PLUS TO FILL IT OUT (AND INCORRECTLY) THAT NOW MY INSURANCE HAS BEEN CANCLED, THEY NOT TAKING APPOINMENTS, WALKINS ONLY, MAIN DR HAS BEEN OUT, THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR FOREVER, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS OFFICE I WILL NEVER RETURN TALK ABOUT INCOMPETENT

Three hour wait... walked out... this place is a joke.

I called as a referral for a follow up visit due to a hospitalization. I called advised that I currently did not have insurance, I was never advised of any fees and when I arrived on 4/12/16 I was greeted by the nastiest receptionist who insisted that I provide her with an expired insurance card only to tell me lately it was inactive and that I had to pay $110.0 today. Well I do not believe this is a premier 4 star facility in fact I was insulted by the entire experience and due to this bad experience I would never go back there when my insurance does kick in. That place is a meat market no care and concern for their patients and they need to get people that sit in the front who do care about patients. Horrible experience from the sign in until I exited the place.

This place is a joke! If you have other options, use them! An appointment was made and we waited an hour to be called back. Waited another hour to be seen by a Dr.

Fatal wait for you to only get an antibiotic 😠😠
