We want to thank Sears Vet Hospital for the services they provided to our late dog, Bear. The staff provided informative, patient and considerate service to our dog. Although we came to Sears Vet Hospital under unfortunate and sad circumstances, the staff were so kind and patient through the process. They made sure to remain sensitive to our situation and sympathized with our loss. We recommend their services highly and may change the primary vet for our other dog to Sears.

Dr Cheema and staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Dr Cheema loves animals and truly cares about your pet. He takes the time to discuss alternative treatment options and makes sound recommendations. In spite of Covid and being overworked, I believe he gives each patient his best.

After being turned away from AV Veterinary at 12 midnight and VCA Bakersfield Animal Hospital at 2:30 in the morning we came here with my really sick dog. They answered the phone right away, accepted us in right away, and took care of us. They all were very helpful and caring. Gave the best advice and treatment plan for my dog instead of just being in it for the money and pushing for diagnostic testing and surgery like many other vets in the AV. They were very understanding and sympathetic. They helped us out so much. I am beyond happy with their service and will return to them for my other dogs. I highly recommend them.

Truly impressed with the compassion and kindness shown to my kittens and to me. No surprises. Everything was thoroughly explained and expenses printed out before anything was done. So nice to be with like-minded people who genuinely love kitties and all animals.

I have taken my Terrier to Sears Veterinarian for the last 6 years. He is a rescue dog and not social. They have always been understanding of his temperament and treats him gently and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

They are there when my pet needs help. Been with them for years as they were the lowest priced at that time. Wish they were still the lowest priced in the area dont want to but might have to find new vet if prices keep going up.

Dr. Chandler is the best vet Ive taken my pets to see. Shes incredibly knowledgable and sincere. Sears is the sister clinic of All Care Pet Clinic in Palmdale, however because the staff and Dr. Chandler, this is definitely my familys preferred veterinary clinic.

Our kitty was very sick. I didnt get the news I had hoped for, but after a 3 day ordeal he is alive, home, happy and comfortable! Everyone there was super sweet. They took a lot of time to explain everything and answer questions. The Dr. is very straightforward, honest, and I didnt feel like I was pressured.

The vet has become very unreliable and uncaring over the last year. They are now only interested in “quick” money making exams and not treating illness. If you have a sick pet you are better off going to another vets office. I have gone here for over 6 years and sad to see it get so bad so fast. Do yourself and your loved one a favor and go elsewhere

The staff are very, very helpful and the vets are truly top notch. My older pets were cared for like they were family. Incredibly clean too! You cant ask for better care then from these folks. Very popular vet, so be sure to keep your appointment!

I have a pack of dogs, mainly rescues. Sears has been keeping them healthy for the last several years. They even helped cure are really nasty ear infection that multiple other vets failed to make progress on. They do multiple test, then based on the results prescribe a treatment plan. You can opt for various cost options.

Sears Veterinary was recommended to me by a friend. I visited today with my 8 week old puppy. Even with the Covid situation (we had to wait outside) I felt the tech/nurse was attentive, and the process was very streamlined. They booked the next appointment, explained my pups shots and provided me with a puppy packet.

A second experience with Sears Veterinary Hospital for my pug Iris. A thorough exam, medication given, next visit in a week, and already she is doing so much better. Dr. Cheema is patient and kind and the animals seem to sense they are safe and secure there. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the facilities clean, you cant help but feel your pet is being cared for by the best. The staff also is patient and works with the pets parents who seem to be more nervous than the pets themselves. The best vet there is.

From the time I called until the time I left, the staff and vet were very courteous and professional. Wait time was normal, and the time spent with my kitten was sufficient. Utmost respect for the people working at Sears Vet Hospital. They performed the surgery on my dog back in August. The quote we got from a vet hospital in the valley was about $2000. more than Sears charged us! We now take both of our dogs to Sears. They are all very professional and take care of our pets as if they owned them!

I brought my dog in after he was attacked on the street by a loose dog. I left unsure about the services but am now writing a review after visiting another clinic.The vet we saw at Sears Vet hospital was combative in her approach and didnt instill a sense of confidence that what they were going to do was in the best interest of my dog. From my experience that is what is required to create and sustain a successful client relationship, especially when it comes to our most valued members of our family. It is possible that it was just an off day but really isnt an excuse.I am writing this review after just receiving a follow up call from our new vet, something Sears couldnt be bothered to do. This was a follow-up call for a unlikely sprained paw (we prefer to be safe than sorry - which is why we took him to the new clinic). It didnt occur to the staff at Sears to follow-up even after trying to prescribe unnecessary opiates and treating my dog for a bite and lacerations. It should be standard operating procedure for a follow-up on a patient but not at Sears (or at least in my experience). Not surprising though considering the front desk staff were not very attentive and as a new client, I shouldnt have to greet you and ask you how your day is before we are acknowledged. I could accept poor customer service in lieu of great vet care but neither were the case.I went to Sears as the reviews were great but our experience was completely different from what is posted by everyone else.Good luck.

Ive been going to this vet a long time. They use to be more family oriented, but now theyve become all business and about the money.Dr. Chema charges double than other vets and triple for medication you can get for a fraction of the cost at your local pharmacy.Most recently I had an emergency situation with my dog that was special needs and was on his case load and Candy told me booked for 2 weeks, cant see him. Then she asked Dr. Chema and she said he would charge me double???? Wow so much for customer loyalty. Your mind set about all business and money is a turn off and your office manager, Gagan, should be fired. He lacks empathy.I will no longer go to this vet and his other practice, ALL PET CARE, is just as bad. Shame on you Dr. CHEMA. THE DAMAGE IS DONE. DONT RESPOND OR CONTACT ME, BECAUSE THE DAMAGE IS DONE. SIDE NOT, FOREST DIED.

We get check-ups, emergency services on a last minute notice, and shots here. The dogs also dont seem so stressed like when we go to other places. I would highly recommend them.

This Veterinary Hospital treats our dog better than our doctor treats us when we use people medical care. We take good care of our dog and the Sears Veterinary Hospital has helped us in every way from advice, care, medical procedures etc. Even our dog seems to like coming there as she comes right in and lays down. When we are called the dog goes right to the weigh scales and then follows the attendant to the examining room. We couldnt ask more of a medical facility. I should also mention that the office personnel take great care to assist us and other animal owners in getting the right billing, personally checking on our animal after a procedure. If this hospital leaves for somewhere else, we will follow.

Hands down, the best veterinary hospital in the Antelope Valley! On monday afternoon after coming home from a 5 hour flight I got home to find my puppy in terrible condition. I took her to a vet in Palmdale that wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money to do surgery on my dog. I decided to ask for a second opinion and came across this hospital, they were able to schedule a appointment the same day. When I arrived I was taken back to a room within a couple of minutes. The doctor came in and assessed my puppy and gave me a diagnosis. The doctor went over what was going to be done ( for me this alone gives them 5 stars) this doctor didn’t have his assistant explain the procedure he did it him self he advised me of the risks involved and gave me a reasonable quote. I paid about $800 for this surgery, but had complete peace of mind knowing they were going to take care of my dog. The following day they saw my dog again for a routine check up after surgery they also called to see how my dog was feeling. They truly care about their patients. Good place to go to. They work with you if you do not have the funds upfront, this is important when you want to give your pet the care they deserve. If you have a problem, let them know and they will do what they can to make sure you are satisfied. If you do not go to them, there is no way they can rectify a situation. I am saying this because, yes, I did have an issue and they made things right. I will continue going here as long as me and my pets are happy!

Wonderful Vet Hospital! The staff and Dr. Cheema are the most compassionate, loving and friendly people you will ever meet. We have been coming here for 10 years. Sears Vet is the only place I trust to take care of our fur babies. VERY POOR customer service- When I walked in the Hospital for the first time, I was not greeted nor told I had to sign in and wait to be called. After a few minutes of waiting, a customer told me to sign in and wait. I decided to go ahead with the surgery for my dog and the Doctor requested I return about twice a week for a couple of weeks and out of the maybe 5 times I came in I was greeted only once by the front staff. On one occasion, I told the lady I was there to pick up my dog and she just turned around to look at her computer, after 10 minutes of waiting for a reply in front of her, I asked how is my dog? She replied, Oh the Dr. will let you know. Then, another lady said, Oh yeah, you dont have to stand up and wait, theyll call you. I truly dont believe I will return to Sears Hospital for any services. The Dr. and rear staff were great and friendly. However, I can not say the same for the front staff. I highly believe the front staff needs to improve on customer service, greeting customers as they walk in and customer appreciation skills.

My pets, Chewy Belle and Lola, love Dr. Cheema and all the staff at Sears Veterinary Hospital. Although we visit more than I would like due to pet illnesses and injuries, everyone there make us feel right at home. They all know Chewy is there as soon as we walk in! She announces herself and proceeds to greet all the staff. I cant imagine receiving better care for my pets anywhere. I have recommended that friends and family take their pets to Sears for treatment as well and will continue to do so.

Sears Veterinary Hospital was very good to my babies (Dolce and Sugar) when they were not feeling well. Sugar ended up needing surgery and the doctor and staff made my experience less stressful when I had to leave Sugar in their hands. The staff are great and the doctor is awesome. I have two more that need to be seen and they will be going to Sears Veterinary Hospital.

I needed to get my cats vaccinated. When I called, Laura told me that they have vaccine clinic every day. When I got there they were taking care of an emergency but as soon as they got free they took care of us. They scheduled my cats for dental. Will see you next month.

Sears Veterinary Hospital is an absolutely amazing facility. Finding a good doctor is not easy. When my cat was unable to walk after she had gotten out, I got really scared. I called other vets but no body could take me in. Even though I came in first thing in the morning without an appointment, they got me in right away. The staff was comforting, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr Cheema is a great vet who took his time with me and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Ive been taking Baby here since I found her, and plan to continue to do so. Thank you so very much!

Ive been taking my dogs to Sears Vet for over 12 years. They have consistently been kind, helpful and affordable. I have called them minutes before they are supposed to close with an emergency and they have opened their door for me. I like that they present me with options when my dog needs treatment. Their staff is VERY kind. They really do care about the animals that they treat and it shows. They are many other vets closer to where I live but I always choose them instead. Theyve earned my business for life!

Ive been a client of Sears for about 20 years. I love Dr. Cheema and his staff. He is knowledgeable and shows true compassion for the animals in his care. He knows what hes doing but if theres a situation he does not specialize in, he will not hesitate to refer me to a specialist so my dogs can get the help they need. He or his staff call my home to find out how my dogs are doing if one if them is sick or has had surgery or if he has lab results. I trust my dogs to him completely.

12 years ago I acquired an chihuahua puppy named PNut who came with his 1st shots from Sears Veterinary Hospital. At the time I also still had a 14 year old black Lab mix named Licorice. As well as Snickers my calico not forgetting brother and sister Bijou and Chunky.When it came time for us to say goodbye to my babies I was very impressed by Dr. Cheema and his staff who were extremely caring and gentle during an emotionally difficult time. Over the years from puppy Pnuts cut paw to this latest incident with a serious abscess over his eye.I cant count the times I have trusted my fur babies to him and his staff. I only trust Dr. Cheema....hes the best!!!!

Horrible! Brought in a rescue labradoodle to get a rabies shot so I can get her cleaned up. Called in advance & told staff the situation. Get there, answer some questions, but have limited info. Doc comes in and says NO vaccination until I have an exam done because theres the slightest possibility that shes prego. Planned to get her spayed so any unborn puppies would be removed at that time anyway. Have to agree with other review - seemed like the doc was more interested in money $$ than he was in helping me help dog.

Staff requested 24 hour notice to put a label on a box of pills that they have in stock at all times, then sometimes make you wait when you go to get them. Staff can be rude and uncaring. When I had to put a dog down that had been coming to them for a long time, they wanted me to make an appointment. Unfortunately for this veterinarian, I found this very offensive given that I had been a customer since Dr. Sears was in his first building across the street. I will not be giving them my business any longer.

I was reluctant to change my vet when I moved from Washington. When I moved to Lancaster, I saw another Vet in Palmdale and did not have good experience. Then my friend referred me to Sears Veterinary Hospital. I will not go anywhere else. They are the best. I did not know that until I tried them. Hands down.

I WAS IMMEDIATELY HELPED AND MY BABY GIVEN AIDE .THE DOCTOR EVEN HAD ANOTHER VET GIVE ME A OPINION MY DOG IS UP AND PLAYFULL AS EVER!! I CANT BEGIN TO THANK THE DOCTOR ENOUGH!!

Dr. Cheema and his staff have provided my 2 cats and 1 dog with various preventative disease procedures. Every 6 -9 months all 3 get their teeth cleaned and routine check ups. After visiting many vets in the area, I found Dr. Cheemas office to be the most professional and reasonably priced. Keep up the great work!

Love them! Originally I went to the vet on N and 10th west (roughly) and they could not handle my cats (I was rudely told that they are feral--which they are not - they just hate the vet). I yelped and found Sears Veterinary and will not go anywhere else. The staff is so sweet and did whatever it took to make sure the cats received a proper check up. When they had a GI issue, the staff even called afterwards to see how the treatment was coming along. They truly care =)

We own over 200 animals and about 100 are dogs and cats...Dr. Chema is not only well educated if he is not 100% sure he will always double check with a specialist. That is a sign of a great Veterinarian. he also has a great repore with the animals and they know he cares.

False information they DO NOT offer a low income for euthanasia. They were not to friendly with their answer. Im not sure if Id actually go there based on my call.

Just went there for the first time and I am having my dogs vet permanently changed to Sears. Dr. Cheema takes his time with each patient and even spoke to me personally via phone when my dogs results came back. My dog was really scared, Dr. Cheema and the staff were incredible patient with him and were able to perform all procedures without muzzling him or restraining him. It may have taken a few extra minutes in the waiting room to be seen, but once I got back there and saw how he was treated it was all worth it.

I took my cat to one vet for swelling in both ears. Dr. diagnosed her with double ear Hematoma & suggested that I leave it alone. I kept an eye on her for a few days & both ears filled to max capacity & I felt she was uncomfortable and in pain. She constantly scratched at her ears to the point of them bleeding. I then took her to see Dr. Cheema and he suggested surgery ASAP. After doing some blood work the surgery was performed the next day. The staff kept an eye on her during surgery and recovery and treated her as their own baby. She recovered well and kept her hearing and now has 2 folded ears like a Scottish fold cat. She looks so CUTE and is very happy. Thank you so much Dr. Cheema and Staff for saving my baby. I wont go to any other vet... Dr. Cheema is my vet!!

We have been with Sears Vet Hospital for over 30 years. We have seen many changes through the years and yet never has our furbabies care ever suffered. We have always found the staff to be caring and gentle. Dr Cheema is very thorough and does not hesitate to make recommendations for various options available. When our Hunter broke his neck, Dr Cheema gave us excellent advice and referred us to VCA All Care. Hunter runs like the wind now. If you are ever in need of a vet, I highly recommend Sears Vet Hospital.

Ripoff charges 10 times the real cost of medication, tries to get you to do un-nessary procedures and tests and medications putting your pet at risk.

Absolute worst vet clinic Ive ever been to. If I could give negative stars I would. The vet was useless. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of him to save my pet. They care more about making money than saving your pet. I would not recommend going to this vet clinic.
