Was brushed off by every staff member, my kids were throwing up in the waiting area and no help was provided! When someone did come clean up the spill they used a rag and then simply held it out in the open and walked it across a very busy and crowded room of patients, very poor hygiene, no prior screening for COVID, and extremely rude staff members with zero concerns to help or provide care. After waiting for hours to get checked they do a basic simple exam and try to brush my kids off again, I demand for better examination and in waiting for it and results they then want to send us back to a waiting room, seeing that I have 2 sick kids to the point where they are basically passed out from how bad they feel and they want to send us (4 people) to sit In 2 chairs, when refusing to they say it’s either that or we can leave, we left without any results of care provided for my kids. Again we were brushed off by everyone including the doctor, and after waiting for hours and receiving the worst care possible we went home with still 2 sick babies and no help what’s so ever

Terrible!Spent 6 hours to talk to a doctor which was a nurse practioner who looked like she needed to run out of my room. They green zone nurse was rude offered everyone else blankets but not me. She was also very condescending.Dirty and disorganizedI hate this hospital I cannot believe I spent all night hereNext time ima just drive out to herny mayo

Horrible they don’t know how to do their job I wasn’t even seen by a doctor just nurses and they wanted me to pay before giving me my test results. I went there because it was the closest place to go but won’t recommend going here I’ve also seen people that actually wanted to be discharged because how horrible the nurses were and if you want to be in your own room well the waiting room is your room! They’ll keep sending you back to the waiting room.

Patients wait for several hours to get lab results. Doctors are slow in getting back with patients. Mother-in-law hadnt eaten in several hours waiting on a Doctor just to release her.

I brought my husband awesome experience Angela from registration so nice the doctor was so friendly from ER from the security there ok and registering once in the receptionist was ok and not that friendly but we can let it slide on triage the nurses two tumps up everyone has been good to my husband and friendly keep up the good job

Last night I had to go in because my son Swollowed a penny and I was so afraid it was stuck in his throat. They took care of us right away and got a x ray pretty fast. The guards, nurses and doctor were great. Thank you for taking care of us ❤️

The doctors I saw were very thorough. I spent the whole night in the er waiting for a room. The lights were bright, no one bothered to check on me once (nurse John) to ask if I wanted a blanket, the light turned off, my bed lowered so I could lay down instead of sitting up all night. It was 2 am the next morning before getting me a room. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave and go home! I was in there for a pulmonary embolism! Even after I got in a room, I was totally ignored. Never got any of my meds except for the blood thinners. Im glad I didnt die in my room, Id probably still bewaiting for a nurse tocome ( pressed thecall button 3 time, no one responded) After an hour waiting, I finally pulled off all the wires I was hooked up to (the machines were beeping and blinking with not one person to come see why) I got dressed and went to the nurses station to ask what was up? Just crazy negligence with lots of eccusses.

I was at palmdale hospital and the nurses were laughing at patients , very rude and condescending they told me there were 9 people ahead of me even though I had been there for 5 hours already. I left in excruciating pain and came to AVH. Was in a room in less than 40 min. My nurse was really nice, polite and helpful. Doctor was very thorough and actually took the time to listen to me.I know alot of people hate this hospital but I have had nothing but good experiences here since my MI.They saved my life and continue to make me feel better.Thank you to the nurses and doctors for everything you do.

Worst emergency room ever and it’s sucks because it’s the only one in the city so u have no choice but to deal with them or die guards are unfriendly and problematic nurses are messy and rude af I rather die than ever go here again

This place should not be open I’m from LA and the ER is golden compared to this nasty unsanitary facility it was over 75 degrees in the waiting area and more than 20 people waiting close together I pray that I did not get sick in there because when I left and got home I had a headache and feeling not so good being that I went for my elbow I don’t advise this place to anyone wish my phone wasn’t dead because I would have too pictures

This hospital is crazy. Came in for chest pain.Clinching my chest. They do an Ekg and set me out in waiting room(35min). Now I heard about this before and that person died. That family sued.If I died sitting here during the covid pandemicOf heart attack. Just and believe my family will sue.. lawsuit waiting to happen.AVH IS CALLED THE HOSPITAL OF DEATH..

Grossly incompetent doctors who do take the time to perform the due diligence on your condition. Came in with extreme dizziness experienced over several weeks. Get a CT scan and no diagnosis or further trouble shooting. Would not recommend.

This place is ridiculous. I will never step foot in this hospital again. Poor service not organized at all . I dont care if Im half way dying I will drive to another hospital other than this one to get treatment. They need to get a better system, better people.

This place has some serious issues to address. We spent 7 hours here plus 6 hours in Tehachapi only to be sent home with the same diagnosis that Tehachapi had told us. Some of the nurses need to go back to school to learn bed side manners. We waited and waited and then patience has gone out the window. You have to be on them to give you any type of results. Then THEY are upset that you finally cant be patient any more because its 2 a.m. What an awful experience!!!

Awful experience in every way. Dont go here. Instead of informing me from the start Id be sent over to the womens pavilion they made me sit there for 3hrs and then informed me I couldnt walk over myself but instead had to take the ambulance (literally to the other sides of the parking) lot or I couldnt be seen which was a lie.

PATIENT DUMPING! They dumped a lady out of her wheelchair onto the pavement with a spit mask on who obviously needed medical attention, they just left her there! Absolutely heartless people! The video is hard to watch.

These nurses dumped a patient having a seizure into the hospital parking lot. Do not leave your loved ones here.

Dont bother come here my mom has been there since 5pm.. Didnt get any treatment since 9ish then to top it off I asked a nurse how long does a cat scan take to get results she said an hour yet they didnt even take her till 1135pm to get her cat scan. And the reason why i asked was because i asked her what was wrong with my mom she said she didnt know till the results came in.. Dont bother come here go to the one on Palmdale Blvd they have better service there..

DALIA, is a complete disgrace to this facility and has serious anger management issues. She resides at the front desk at the ER and is the most rude and culturally challenged staff there. If you ask her to check to see where you are on the ER list, which is her job, she tells you in your face that she is not going to help you... simple as that.... then she tries to harass you while you are waiting in the hallway, by intentionally keep crossing paths with you and giving you dirty looks.

The only real emergency department in the AV. The other ED in town does a wallet biopsy before seeing you.
