I came in here with alot of pain and I am going back home with the same pain I had if you hurt dont come here. I have been in two times and I dont like how they treat me like I am making up the pain

We had a great experience at the hospital. The nurse (Ms. Pearl) who cared for my son was so kind and tender. The doctors and other nurses were all so patient and kind. We felt they deeply cared about our son’s wellbeing, and were doing whatever they can to make him feel better. We were also very impressed with the hospitals amenities. We were there for a while, which is common for an ER visit, but they provided coffee and nice snacks for us to get through the night. Small details like this shows hospital effort to provide a caring environment for their patients and families. This is probably one of the best ER experience we have ever had.

I had a medical emergency while visiting my family. The emergency room staff are extremely kind and patient. The cardiac observation team made you feel comfortable and relaxed. A great team of professionals.

I went to this ER for the first time last night with potential pregnancy complications. After reading the other reviews I was worried, but I had a completely different and wonderful experience.I was taken back immediately, and the nurses and volunteers not only gave great care to me, but also provided my toddler with snacks, books, and coloring pages. All of the nurses and doctors were kind and speedy. My ultrasound tech, a young blonde woman, was especially kind and helpful. In less than 2 hours my blood tests were completed, I had an emergency ultrasound, ultrasound results, and was cleared to go.No one patronized or lectured me for coming in, even though the baby turned out to be fine. Instead, they urged me to continue to be careful and come back if needed. It was, overall, the best experience Ive ever had with an ER.

This place is really dirty if you look around, the vent above my bed was filthy, the seats in the ER are broken down, dirty and the floor is not well kept. The walls and pictures in the waiting area are visibly filthy with finger prints, food and Lord knows what else. Also I watched a FMC Police Office give a massage to Nurse Casey who was sitting at the desk the entire time we were there and some people never left the desk. No wonder wait times are so bad. I would think in this area of sexual abuse allegations massage another staff member would be a big no-no. I just felt creeped out and turned my head. I was there on 5/20/1018 with my brother in law and brother.

They think everyone coming in is seeking opiates. So they treat every patient like a criminal or a druggie. Meanwhile the nurse and doctors are playing grab ass at the desk. I laid on the bay for 6 hours they said nothing was wrong with me. I knew they were wrong. Went to OSU had had to have an emergency major surgery, they said a few more hours and I would be dead. At FMC I only got the advice from PA Doug who didnt give a hoot about a black woman in pain. My appendix had ruptured and he told my mother I was being dramatic and making up pain/symptoms to get drugs.
