Yale lighting has been a staple of the community for a long time. I recently needed some lighting and looked online to find some options but wasn’t sure what I wanted or what the quality would be. I went into Yale and Kim helped me find exactly what I was looking for! The showroom has a ton on display, they have catalogs for any style, and their extensive website has so much to look at! It was a great experience and I’d recommend them to everyone.

Looking for unique lights isnt easy - restoring an older home we didnt want the box store exterior lights that anyone can get. Yale has a truly terrific selection - not just in the showroom but online as well. My favorite thing was shopping during lunch breaks online & emailing questions I had & having them answered quickly and accurately. Selection alone and the online communication was awesome but....What prompted me to write a quick review was a glass panel in our back porch light broke on the 2nd evening it was up. Nearly 99% certain from an extreme change in temperature and a default in the glass. I called Yale who called the manufacturer and the glass panel is being shipped free of charge. No hassle. No rudeness. No way in the world one of the big chains would have been able to handle it like this.

Poor telephone unfriendly by those that answer the phone - appointments needed also makes no sense.

The showroom is open 8-5 M-F. Not sure how they expect to sell anything.
