Just finished rebuilding our deck, putting a roof over our deck and concrete patio, and screening in the deck. Great group to work with. Got the job done on time in spite of recent challenges acquiring materials, gave lots of good suggestions in the planning process as well as throughout the build, crew was very nice, kept the job site clean every day, and price was fair for the quality of work done. Would recommend 100%, and well definitely be reaching out to them for other remodeling work we have planned down the road.

Home One renovated our small powder room and installed lighting fixtures throughout our condo. We felt the pricing was very fair, and found Tom and Roberta to be responsive and professional. The end product is exactly what we hoped for. In todays environment, you need to be patient and organized as materials are slow to arrive and qualified workers are busy. For us, it was worth the wait. We definitely recommend and would use Home One again.

Home One Home Improvements were able to install screening and doors around our lower patio. Although we have several screened in patios in our complex, this was the first of its kind on a two level condominium. We had Dave sand and paint our front door and surround. He repaired a wooden deck swing for my husband as well as installed vents after a bee problem we had. Dave was very professional, courteous, and congenial. We are very satisfied with this company and in particular, Dave. We will definitely be calling Home One for any of our needs in the future! Ive used HomeOne for years for a wide range of services. They have always been responsive, friendly and highly skilled. The latest task was installing a different ceiling light and dimmer switch. The crew arrived on time, was cheerful about the project, worked very fast, and did a perfect job. The new light looks great and its nice to be able to adjust brightness.

All you need to know is you cant get better service, We had drywall repaired and there was no mess left for us to clean up, and the installer removed his shoes at the door and respected our home. They did such a great job, that we had them back the following week to install new baseboards. AWESOME!!

They are one of the few that actually do interior doors. The person that came out was friendly and did great work. The price was also cheaper than than the other businesses that I got estimates for. I highly recommend Home One!

Had last minute touch up work done before house was listed to be sold. Needless to say we had to go over every room again to make it look presentable. When I received a bill an additional amount was added and when questioned it could not be explained just that it was added and needed to be paid. What is it like to communicate with someone who thinks they are in the right and will not listen or read anything to the contrary. So if you find yourself in this situation just pay the bill.

The standard of work and craftsmanship was exceptional! We made a few changes on the fly and HomeOne didnt blink an eye. They created an amazing basement/man cave for a fraction of what a basic finished basement would cost through other companies. We couldnt be happier with what Tom designed and Mike built. Installed a new front door

Great staff! Quality work! Interest in pleasing their customers!

Kept on delaying when he would come to install safety bars in our shower stall. We are now still waiting even now. Explained that these bars were 100% necessary because my mom has fallen in the shower and needs them to hang onto for balance. Cannot understand why it taken several weeks and he still has not shown up or called even after we had paid his down payment as required. Will not hire him again!

I have a relatively new home, however I had a problem with a defect in the original construction. A large amount of water had wicked into the foundation/trusses and caused some rotting wood. I called the folks at Home One and they made the necessary repairs efficiently, correctly and quickly. They kept me informed of the project all along, as I was waiting for a cement pour, which was already behind schedule. Home One did the repairs and I go tthe rest of the work done. I have been using Home One for 10 years now. They are the best.

I cant say enough nice things to portray how good an experience Ive had with Home One: Tom, Mike, Andrew and Dave. Tom was able to think outside the box on how to fix a problem at our front stoop. He is genuine and up front. Mike, Andrew and Dave are all hard workers and care about the work they perform. I had a sewing table constructed, a new door installed and a new front porch constructed- over our existing stoop. We will be sure to call them again. My husband is already conjuring up a list of things for them to come back and help us to fix/repair!
