De Brian Gaw is an amazing dr I came across in antelope valley. My twin boys is been going there since they were 6 months. I never had any problems with appointments. He is super flexible with giving appointments and follow up. If I was unable to contact through phone; I emailed him and there was always a reply back from them. All of his staff is really nice. I feelLike some people find the Rude because they are doing everything so fast but honestly they are keeping everyone on track. I 💯 recommend for Dr. Gaw I think he is the best pediatrician for my kids personally.

I have been calling them for months to get results of my daughters labs and to schedule a follow up appt/ physical and of course those lazy idiots won’t answer the phone and they haven’t followed up. Nice voicemail, rude voicemail and still nothing. I’m filing a grievance against them.

I chose Dr. Gaw out of all my network providers because of the reviews. He really does care for his patients!

My wife and I had a difficult time looking for a children’s clinic in the antelope valley, and we found this one. When we walked in it was very crowded and the front desk was not the greatest but we gave it a chance. When our son got called we got a really nice nurse. She was great with our son and very polite with us. the doctor was very nice and answered our concerns in regards to our son. The nurse made our son very comfortable before giving him his shots that he didn’t even cry because she was distracting him by talking to him about his favorite Disney characters before he knew it she was done giving him his shots. As parents we loved how gentle and caring she was we had to get her name and it is Karen. We will be returning to this doctor I hope we get her for my sons next shots.

My siblings have been going to Dr. Gaw for years. He is very friendly and can make everyone feel comfortable. My young siblings love him and know him by name and feel like they are seeing a friend instead of a doctor.

DR. Gaw is amazing, my 2 boys have been going there for about 3 years now ! My one star is for the front office. I have been calling for days to make an appointment and I cant. Everytime I call they put me on hold and never come back to pick up the phone. Then if you hang up to call again you cant get back through because they have the lines tied up from keeping people on hold. This is ridiculous.

Doctor Gaw is very Kind and good with my son. 2 stars is for the front office staff. Terrible customer service. No eye contact when speaking to you and have an attitude all the time. They need better front office staff. Not welcoming at all.

I love how they treat my daughter. She got 2 shots her last visit and she did very well because they made her so comfy.

Dr. Gaw and his staff are wonderful, they all are very kind compassionate people only issue is getting through on the phone. once you get through you’ll be treated great but it is hard to get through on the phones of course that’s a busy office cause Dr Gaw and staff are such great people.

I’m giving a four only because I really like Dr.Gaw, he’s very good and listens to what you have to say. On the other hand I would give 3 stars, I can’t ever seem to get through on the phone I’ve been calling the past couple of days. Now today after two failed attempts, I finally get through and they put me on hold. After being on hold for 10+ minutes they hung up on me. Very unprofessional, if they need more lines and more staff it needs to be worked out. They’re always over booking and over crowded

Good pediatrician. Never get the feeling of being rushed. There is one receptionist who can be rude but they’re all busy & I’ve worked phones before so I understand they dont have the time to be chatty or even look up from what they’re doing

Great doctor. Rude front office!! Always have an attitude. Additionally they have been sending me past due invoices for $5 from two years ago that Cigna has proof they have been paid in full.

I love Dr.Gaw I’ve Been going to him for years he’s always patient and very knowledgeable and open minded he’s always been great at helping me with anything I need the nurses and staff are always nice I recommend this place truly excellent

Gaw is amazing. The staff could be nicer and the office itself could use a makeover its a little dirty looking and out-dated. Just need a good coat of fresh paint and some friendly pictures on the walls

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Gaw. He performed a circumcision on my son and he was bleeding a lot and screaming. Dr. Gaw seemed confused and asked us again if we had problems with excessive bleeding in the family, we said, no. After he is done, a nurse comes in and gives him paperwork to sign and he puts his glasses on. He needs glasses and he just performed a circumcision on my son without them. My son experienced unnecessary, excruciating pain and is permanently physically scarred because of this doctors incompetence. Hes lucky that most lawyers arent too eager to go after doctors for malpractice.

My kids been going here 4 years now. Hes good at what hes doing .thanks dr gaw for always taking care of the kids when they sick.from obebes family.

Hes a great doctor. Both my children go to him, one is 2 years old and one is 12 . Whatever the concern hell make sure to ease you by doing what will make you feel better all in all.

Dr. Is the best Dr. He always gives me all the info I need for my son. I love Dr. Haw and his. Nurses are very nice.

Dr Gaw is AMAZING. He is such a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor. We have been going to Dr. Gaw since 2009, for all 3 of my children. My reason for the 3 stars is his FRONT office staff. They really need some lessons in customer service. Ive never dealt with an office whose staff is as consistently rude as this office. The back office nurses/staff are wonderful and always super friendly. I really wish that he would do something about the way the front office is run.

The Dr was really good with my son and very nice as were the women there I saw the previous reviews about the front office women and they arent exactly welcoming but nothing too bad but I enjoyed my visit sucks I have to move because I liked the pediatrician.

Dr. Brian gaw is an amazing and great doctor. He listens to your concerns and doesnt rush you out but his staff are terrible especially the front office. They can be rude at times and careless.

I always seem to have a problem with the staff at this location, not only are they rude but they are downright unprofessional.I dont have an issue with Dr Gaw himself but I do have an issue with the staff and how they handle patients. Overcrowding is always an issue and they dont call in prescriptions fast enough and referrals take forever through them because they pass one note to another staff member who sits on it and nobody seems to have a title that they stick to and are good at.You have to question who actually runs this office the staff or the doctor, I have since changed providers and I wont give the doctors name because I rather not have their office turn into what Dr Gaws office has turned into, which is an overcrowded mess.Just know, people, that you do have a choice in who you choose to handle your childrens care and if the staff is unprofessional then file a formal complaint and let it be known.Goodluck getting ahold of anyone and even if you do expect to wait on hold for a while.Like I said, the doctor isnt the problem but his staff is. Good riddance.You have to wonder with all the reviews expressing dissatisfaction with the staff why he insist on keeping them on, in my opinion any doctor who doesnt bother to read reviews on his practice clearly doesnt care enough to pick the right people and the staff is easily replaceable. They are lucky to have a job with a boss who clearly overlooks what they do.

I saw Miranda Gaw and she was really friendly and patient. She has helped alot and I will be returning! Ive read bad reviews about the front staff but fortunately I didnt experience that today.

I called and asked if this was a homeopathic Clinic the girl told me she doesnt know what that is. (they are listed on Google as being homeopathic)I told her basically is the doctor one who pushes vaccines and she said yes cuz its against the law to not vaccinate.Someone please tellI me what happened to the customer service and the education in this town!!!

This place is awfulThe doctor is very nice and polite, but the office staff and assistants are horrible! they are rude and nasty. I had to redial their office for 20 mins straight to finally get someone on the phone just to have them put me on hold for another 20 mins until i finally had to hang up! they clearly dont care about their patients or helping them. Its sad such a good doctor is being ruined by such horrible staff!

New to California and motherhood. I loved how he wanted to get to know me and baby. I didnt feel like just another dollar sign! Dr.gaw was patient and kind of funny. I trust him with my baby. Even did my babies well baby check up. Although apointment was a follow up for a circumscion. Nurses have been nice and helpful. One nurse helped me get insurance papers filled out and a temp medical card.

Everything. Kids been going to him since 2004. He is excellent with them.

MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. GAW FOR 10+ YEARS.HE WAS SUPOSE TO DELIVER MY 8 YR OLD BUT GOD HAD OTHER PLANS LOL.. BUT THEY STILL SEE HIM AND I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED.. WE LOVE DR. GAW.

I had an appointment for my daughter today after waiting three weeks to get the appointment. I arrived on time and waited for twenty minutes just to get told they didnt pull her chart meaning she couldnt be seen today. I was told quite rudely by the receptionist that there was nothing they could do and I would have to call back in and wait another three weeks for an appointment. So after taking off work and driving in the rain with a 4 month old baby, I was told she couldnt be seen because they didnt pull her chart. Ive decided to change physicians instead...The front staff at this office is very rude and unprofessional.

We had an appt at 3:20 for flu shots. After sitting and waiting for 40 minutes we had to leave as one child had a game to participate in at school. 40 minutes sitting and waiting. To say I am angry is an understatement. This shows no respect or regard for patients.
