HE IS AMAZING! Everyone was so nice and helpful there. My ear was clogged and the urgent care I went to said I had an ear infection and a torn eardrum. They even gave me antibiotics. I went to a Phillip Whong today and he said I just had ear wax on my eardrum and that’s why it was clogged. No infection at all. He cleaned my ear with some water and it didn’t hurt at all. It tickled! Once he was done, I could finally hear again!! Such an easy procedure. He cleaned my other ear too! I would recommend him to everybody and I would totally go back to him. He’s funny and his assistant was super gentle too! I don’t know why he has bad reviews!

I want in there to see if I was gonna have to have surgery for a deviated septum that Ive had for 20 years. I was a brand new patient and he was so rude the entire time I couldnt get a word in edgewise and he seems to think he knows more about your medical history and your lifestyle than you do. I have never been so close to walking straight out of and a doctors appointment and saying were done here youre an a****** but it took every last fiber of will power of being polite not to do so!! DO NOT COME SEE THIS Doctor All he will do is argue with you about your own health and lifestyle. By far one of the worst experiences Ive had with a doctor

Had a great experience at Doctor Whongs office. His staff was incredibly nice and helpful, even when I had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. Doctor Whong was very professional and courteous, answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns.

Went into my appointment with an open mind after reading his reviews. The front office and the nurses are nice and professional, the problem lies with Dr Wrong. Have extreme nosebleeds that last 2-3 hours, blood pouring out even when nose is packed with hospital gauze. Urgent care said it is high up and need to be cautherizied in the ER, a whole other headache. WRONG did not listen to my history just said the air is dry, urgent care doctors know nothing about nosebleeds but he does because he is a specialist, wet a small cotton ball and use that. When shown photos of the gauze and the flow he said I can not do anything for you since you do not want to listen. Excuse me but i good physician listens to his patients. Do not waste your time or money on this man.

He didn’t even touch me and he refused to look in my throat. He was hiding behind his nurse as he said to me “what do you want to be sick?”. Horrible experience. A complete waste of time and money. More like Dr. Wrong!

This Dr. treated my family and relatives. He does a good job.

I went there with my daughter having a number of nose,throat issues.she also haves sleep apnea. He was so rude along with his staff.I was told that the temp in my house was the problem. We went down to childrens for a second opinion, she has enlarged tonsils and her left side of nose has collapsed so her oxygen is only 50%.so glad we didnt listen to whong bull****.He needs to stop practicing!!!

This is a very angry, short tempered man. Not worth even talking to him.

I took my son in to get his tongue tie evaluated due to delayed speech. This Dr told me my son wasnt tied and that maybe he has another issue causing his delayed speech and if we were to clip it that he wanted to wait until my son was 5, goto Av and use an OR and put him under. Thank God I didnt listen to him and Followed my mother instincts about my baby and drove 2hours out to Bakersfield and paid 500$ Cash (also were low income) so that took a big chunk of money we didnt have and borrowing from Family. Its been a year since this Dr told me nothing was restricting my sons tongue and almost a year since his class 1 tongue tie was released my baby boy went from saying less than 50 words at 2 yrs and 11months old to 3 1/2 yrs old and saying WELL OVER 300+ words AND his behavior has completely changed. Thanks to Smile dental care in Bakersfield Dana Yomine ( i think thats how her name is spelt)

The worst medical experience Ive ever had. This doctor is rude and disrespectful. His lack of regard for his patients is mind boggling. I would never see this doctor again nor would I recommend ANYONE else to his practice. Complete and total waste of time.

This doctor shouldnt even be called a doctor. Hes rude disrespectful doesnt know what hes doing ,tries to brush you off by feeding you Bs. Worse experience. I dont know how he can even sleep at night. Needs to go back to medical school. #does not care for his patients health.
