Hands down thee worst MAT facility I ever been to!! Transferred from the Chillicothe BrightView which was a decent treatment facility compared to most. Flies swormed the waiting room which was packed with people waiting hours after their appointment times, with children running around and non stop complaining about how long they all been waiting. The receptionist was very rude even slammed opened her window to shout to all us patients how under staffed they are and how they have a new computer system they are trying to learn and if we cant wait the expected long wait time then we need to reschedule. I was amazed at how unprofessional and unorganized this place was. I know they just transfered from one company to another but instead of closing to better prepare or not schedule so many people they make the patient wait several hours and made to feel like your a burden. Never again stepping into that place Im a recovering addict but Im not that desperate.

Ive been to other offices like this and this is BY FAR the best. I always schedule my appointments for the morning and as long as I do that, I get in and out within an hour, sometimes less than that. I believe the doctors and counselors really care about us, our well being, home life, as well as our mental health. They do a great job in my honest opinion. Some people are unsure if theyll ever get to monthly visits and I can tell you that you absolutely can.

Literally the absolute worst place to try to recover. I get that I’m only one person and my review probably won’t matter but if you actually care about your sobriety and getting staying clean, go anywhere else but here. This place is obviously JUST a suboxone mill and they want your money. THATS IT!! None of them actually care, it’s a paycheck. I’m serious though DONT GO HERE IF YOURE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR HELP! If all you want is someone to give you subs then yes this is your place . If you want to recover, this isn’t the place for you!

The counselors are easy to talk to. Since they started using teleconference, I am in and out within an hour... I really hope they continue using it.

This place really does care and try to help you when you want to get clean and they can tell you are working on your sobriety they will do anything and everything to help you Ive seen both sides Ive seen people come in and fail every week and they still care and try to help them they are very compassionate they get people in and out quickly they are kind and really listen to what you have to say!

This place is a joke. If your appointment is at 1 you better plan on still being there at 4 or 5. So hope you aint got nothing else to do that day cause youll spend your whole day there

Very professional, helpful place. Doctors are respectful of each patients needs, as well as timely and patient with my concerns/ obligations to want and do better with my life. Thanks for being what the community needs in a time when many of us face tons of obstacles in regards to homelessness, depression, anxieties, etc. God bless each and everyone of you.

Been struggling with illnesses and if Ive missed or rescheduled cause of this the second time they wouldnt call subs in. I had five pills to take instead of the one cause I was sick.

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. They act like you have no life to make you sit and wait for 3 hours. Lisa counselor acts like shes all that. Tells the nurse practioner on what to prescribe clients. Last time I checked counselors was to help people not accuse them of things. Will never go back there. There are other places in lancaster to go for help. Everyone needs to check into them and go there.
