I have been coming here for about 2 years and I couldnt be happier! They were all amazing through by pregnancy, birth, and post partum care. Recently, I had an issue with a change in price of my birth control. These amazing ladies were able to find a solution that didnt change my medication and even turned out to be cheaper! I appreciate their willingness to listen and help no matter the situation. The care Ive received is second to none.

I received multiple massages from Rachel during my pregnancy and she was always attentive and knew just how much pressure I needed. I always walked away feeling so relaxed and reset. We all know how hard pregnancy can be on the body, it is nice to find a quiet moment and some relief that lasts till you see her again.

My only complaint is the wait time once back in a room. After fully undressing and covering up with little cloth top and bottom, it is always freezing cold in there. I noticed last visit, the thermostat on the wall said 68 degrees. My wait was about 30 minutes until the gal came in to do my exam. Other than that, I have no complaints about anything else. The place is very professional and clean and would recommend to others.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Santino. She heard what I was saying and within 2 days I had the medication I needed.Wonderful experience.

The office staff and providers have been so nice, kind and helpful with my teenage daughters. They have felt very comfortable going into an office that can be intimidating for younger girls. OBGals simply are the BEST!!!

My OB and the nurses in her office have always been so great. From annual check ups to having my first child Dr.Barnhart and her team were top notch. I can say nothing but great things about them!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the place made me feel comfortable to come to and be in as well. It was easy to schedule an appointment and if I ever was put on hold, I wasnt on hold for very long at all, I was on hold for less than 2 minutes. Everything was very easy to do, the checking in, the checking out and billing and everything in between. I dont really like seeing doctors for a few reasons, but coming here, I didnt have those fears. I also was able to talk whenever I wanted and I was able to speak whatever was on my mind. The staff does everything they can to make their patients feel comfortable and welcomed in many ways.

My daughter has spent the last 8 years suffering with painful menstrual cycles. We have went to several Drs who tried different methods to help her. She made an appointment with Dr Santonio who listened and decided surgery would be the best option for my daughter. We are so thankful for Dr Santonio . She found that my daughter has endometriosis and helping my daughter and letting her know the options she has . I would highly recommend her to anyone. She truly cares about you as a person . Your not just a number .

My doctor is Laurel Santino And she is very friendly. Shes very professional and gentle. She lets me know everything that shes doing before she does it. The whole staff is very friendly at OB/GYN GALS.The only problem I have is its too cold in the building! :)

I’ve been going to this office for 4 years (2 pregnancies and all the in betweens) and i’ve never had a bad experience. I love the staff and Dr. Barnhart, she is by far the best and most understanding doctor i’ve ever had. Plus the nurses are very sweet and the office staff is always pleasant.

I usually have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the OB/GYN, but everyone at OB/GYN Associates of Lancaster is so welcoming and caring that I felt at ease! I love going to an office that clearly has their patients in mind at every step of the process, and the facility is clean and stylish. I would send anyone to them with 100% confidence that they will have a good experience!

This office offers an experience for the patient. I don’t just feel like a patient, but a valued individual. Dr. Barnhart is absolutely wonderful! Not only did she deliver my baby but personally called me and prayed for me when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am so grateful to have her and her lovely office in my life.

I had my first appointment with the office yesterday. I called the day prior in search of a new OBGYN, and I was having some uncomfortable symptoms, so I wanted in ASAP! Suzanna took my phone call and NP information and was very friendly and informative. She first offered me a later appointment, but once I let her know I was uncomfortable, she checked with Dr. Barnhart and was able to squeeze me in the next day!! I was very impressed with the office atmosphere. Aside from a little wait to get back into the room, I was very happy! Dr. Barnhart and her stuff were all very welcoming and sweet. I’ll definitely be returning!!

Dr. Barnhart is the greatest! Ive seen seeing her for about 6 years. She delivered 2 of my 3 children. I wish I would have known how great she was when I was pregnant with my 1st baby. I recommended her to my sister, and 2 friends. Shes fantastic.

I’m not impressed with this practice at all. Every appointment I scheduled I wouldn’t actually be seen until at least 45 min after my appt time. If you don’t have a busy schedule it might not be an issue but when I schedule an appt I expect to be seen at that time. They made me do bloodwork and ultrasounds constantly only to provide little to no answers each time and sometimes not until days later. At some points I had to call myself to get answers. I also had a brief gap in insurance and told them I had no problem self paying for an ultrasound. The girl told me how much it cost and took my card, when she came back she decided to tell me it was actually $140 more than what she thought AFTER she charged my card without even notifying me.

Great job of being on time. I realize there are emergencies but lately, at some offices, I am adding at least 30 or more minutes in the waiting room. Then an additional amount of time in the appointment room. My appointment today was at 10 45 and I was out in my car by 11 10. Thank you for being mindful of the rest of my day.

Dr Froman has delivered both my daughters. One in 2006 and one in 2012. She has performed a couple procedures as well. I trust her completely. She listens, goes over options and never makes me feel like I’m a #.

Barnhart is the best ob ive been to

Awful service - Dr Barnhart did not review one ultrasound with us, a nurse called and informed us we had an issue and referred us to get a $900 out of pocket ultrasound. The doctor would not speak with us about the ultrasound and why we were being referred, i was just told there was a spot on the kidney. Paid for the expensive ultrasound at riverside to find out that I should be concerned if that spot WAS NOT there. The nurses messed up my due date and had me drink the glucose drink and wait about 20 minutes for them to come out and apologize for giving me the test a few day’s early and my blood could not be drawn to complete the test. The office member answering the phones are also very rude - my husband called to ask about the ultrasound and try to talk to our doctor because I was upset about it all and they told him the doctor was not able to read ultrasounds and she would not speak to us without an appointment - i went about 3 months without seeing her because she was never at my appointments. We switched after these issues to a much better doctor in Columbus - who performed and read her own ultrasound on my first or second visit with her.

Ive been coming to this practice for at least 15 years. Ive always received the best care, the staff are always courteous. These girls definitely know what theyre doing and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

All the gals here are very nice. The doctor listens to what I have to say and give options to solutions.

Waited a month for test results. Got to my appointment just to be told the Dr wasnt there and I have to wait another month to be seen. Messed up to do that to someone. If youre looking for caring people go somewhere else. And Dr.Barnhart refuses to give me my test results. Horrible Dr and human being

I have been going to to OBGYN Associates of Lancaster for years! I was worried when the NP I’ve always seen recently left the practice. They placed me with another NP that is newer to the practice, Ashley Cash. I cannot think of enough wonderful things to say about her! She’s so professional, thorough, and makes you feel very comfortable! I would recommend her any day!

Had my first appontment here and was very pleased with this office. I had some anxiety about going to a new place but whole staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. The office was clean and very nice.

Have been going here over 3 years and have dealt with some medical issues. I have had high blood pressure which my birth control that they have recommended, which was the birth control bar in my arm ended up causing me many issues such as anxiety, high blood pressure, high pulse, and overall feeling of being off and feeling crazy. Doctors found out that I had a kidney issue and needed my left kidney removed so told me I need to go to the OBGYN and quickly get my birth control removed. After informing them this information to add to my chart I go back a couple years later to look for birth control issues that will not affect my healthy kidney. However every time I go into the office they always forget that I have this kidney issue and I tend to have to do my own research to find a birth control that is suitable for me. After finding out that there really is not a form of birth control I can be on, there was the option of a hormone free birth control IUD, that is copper called Paragard. After being informed that it would not hurt that much; I felt like that was my only form of birth control. However, it was extremely painful, I did not receive the medication to open up my cervix as well as no numbing cream. I was unable to drive home because of the pain I was in and when I got home all night and the next days was on my hands and knees crying feeling in and out forms of sharp cramping pains almost like contractions. After informing the doctor about my pain she informed me to take Ibuprofen which is the number one medication I can not take because it will cause me kidney issues. Not to mention that my insurance did not cover this IUD so I did pay out of pocket for it which was over $1,000. After experiencing months of sharp pains that made me fall to my hands and knees and very heavy bleeding that caused me to bleed through super tampons and heavy pads within minutes. I looked at my options, after going back to the doctor about this pain I was experiencing she informed me that we can just take it out, which I reminded her I paid out of pocket for the IUD so I rather not do that. After that she informed me that there was other forms of birth controls I can go on which I had to remind her that there was not because of my kidney issue which she must have not noticed in the charts. She informed me Im a complicated case but the only other option is take ibuprofen (which I can not take). As another month went by I woke up in extreme pain and was about to go to the ER, was up for 24 hours again leaning over crying in pain. After doing my own research I found that there is many lawsuits against my iud, because of it being stuck in the cervics and needing surgically removed as well as damaging other organs, causing reproductive issues and so forth. There has been many cases that the IUD after surgically removed is found to be split in half or loosing the copper piece to the IUD. Therefore, I am going to hurry up to get it removed scared for my safety, but not by OBGYN of Lancaster. They only care about profits with birth controls and do not look at the patients overall health. As well as I believe they have to many patients to handle when my doctor most likely doesnt know my name with out looking at my chart. There is always long wait times on the phone when I call as well as I usually wait over a hour for my appointment even when arriving 30 minutes early. When nearly waiting more than 2 hours before and they simply forgot about me. I never will go back to this doctors office, I have felt like I have to treat myself here and just tough out the pain in which they told me would not occur. I have experienced the doctors and staff care more about their lunch that was being catered Chipotle. than me sitting in the waiting room for more than two hours, missing work. I highly recommend not going here when they do not care as much about womans heaths than they say. When as a obgyn office I think that womens health should be your number one goal.

I was unable to make an appointment nearly 5 years ago when I was 16 so they have refused me an appointment. Any office who turns away a pregnant woman in need over an missed appointment several years ago is one I have no desire to be associated with anyway. Highly unprofessional and rude staff.

Ive been a patient here for over 8 years. They have always been kind, professional, and overall wonderful from the staff to the physicians.

The way they operate their business is ridiculous. There’s supposedly only ONE person who does scheduling and it’s bad enough that person is difficult to reach. What’s everyone else doing? Here I’m expecting my first child and need to schedule my first appointment, and NO ONE but the scheduler can assist?? That’s beyond ridiculous and I now see why they have low reviews and despite how close it would be to me, I’ll drive miles more to another place that will PROMPTLY assist me and give me the care my baby and I DESERVE!!!

Staff are wonderful, caring, and efficient. Highly recommend for any woman looking for a new women’s health practice!

Ive been to this office for 2 appointments as I am pregnant with my second child. The first visit was a 7:30 am appointment and I waited 45 minutes before even getting into the exam room. Second time my appointment was during the day, about 11 am, and again I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room alone then waiting in the exam room another 15 minutes. On top of that, the billing department was unresponsive and the office staff are incredibly rude. The worst office staff, including the sonogram department, I have ever experienced. Dr. seems like a decent man/doctor but the staff, the wait times, etc. are horrendous.

Awhild ago I had an appointment scheduled, received a reminder call from them, when I showed up they said I wasnt on the schedule and had to reschedule. Had another appointment today. Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes before they told me the doctor left and I had to reschedule. I had to take an entire day off work for the appointment. Nery upset.

Everyone is very nice and very respectful. I highly recommend the OB GALS!!!!

I went in for my annual checkup and to inquire about birth control options, specially seeking information about the patch. I spent about an hour just waiting for Dr. Froman to come in and see me. I felt that she was impersonal. She gave me very vague and generic answers to my questions about birth control options and spoke with her back to me the entire time. I was then scheduled to go in more recently as a follow up to see how the medication was working. I again waited 45 minutes for someone to even get me from the lobby and was then told it would be a long time before Dr. Froman would see me. I elected to see the nurse practitioner which was at least only a ~10 minute wait. The nurse practitioner then told me she was concerned that based on my weight the birth control I was prescribed could essentially become ineffective if i weigh over a certain amount, so I needed to be careful. Rather then addressing any other birth control options I was just told that I had a year prescription of my medication and they would see me again at my next annual checkup. I will be switching OB/GYN providers to a different office. I felt like nothing more then a number to this office.

I recently moved to America and fell pregnant much quicker than I had planned. So when I found out I was pregnant I needed to see a doctor ASAP to have my blood pressure medication switched out as it was not safe for pregnancy. I contacted this OBGYN center and explained that I had ceased my regular medication as per my Australian doctor’s orders, I needed to see someone’s urgently to be put on pregnancy safe pills, my blood pressure was 160/120, I was dizzy etc. They took all my information, my due date etc and said they would call me back ASAP. 2 days later they return my call and tell me they won’t accept me as a patient... 2 DAYS!!! By then I’d had to go to an emergency center. I do not know why they wouldn’t accept me. We don’t have insurance but I told them we would self pay all appointments and visits and that it wasn’t going to be an issue.Absolutely disgusted that these “doctors” would leave a pregnant women with dangerously high blood pressure for 2 days while they decided and then tell me I wasn’t accepted. Australian doctors would lose their medical license for neglect.

Dr. Barnhart might be a good doctor, but I have never met an office more concerned about making money, rather than actually helping people. After 3 bad appointments, my decision to find a new Gyno has been solidified.
