I recently saw Dr. Long for my shoulder. She is by far one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Dr. Long is kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained in detail why I was having pain in my shoulder, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Dr. Long is a very caring person, and I am so thankful for everything she did for me.

Dr. Long was excellent! She is thorough, she actively listens, and she explains the issue. We discussed next steps, whether I had questions, and confirmed my overall plan of action. Dr. Long quickly earned my respect as a human and as a doctor/surgeon. She brilliant without flaunting it and has the respect of her staff. I recommend Dr. Long to anyone who needs an Ortho/sports surgeon!

Although running late, each and everyone from my intake to the nurse who led me to sign out (including Dr. Long!), was kind, attentive and accepting. I couldnt recommend this practice more. Well, maybe a 5 plus! Thank you.

Excellent orthopedic surgeon. She took the time to go over every option possible for the surgical intervention that I needed. She made me feel heard and paid close attention to the goals that I had hoped could be reached postoperatively such as my desired activity level, sports involvement, etc.

I went to Dr. Long for a second opinion after meeting another orthopedic surgeon multiple times. It was day and night. She took time to listen to every concern, she sought to understand by asking questions, she explained my MRI very well and easy to understand. Still cannot believe the repair she did on my shattered clavicle. If youve broken your collar bone very badly, this is the person to need use for your surgery.

She never seems rushed, though I know she is very busy, and takes the time to explain, in detail, in a manner that is understandable to a layman. This Dr gave me a joint injection, gave it wrong and immediately when I got home my knee swelled and got baker cyst. Wish I had waited and had my regular orthopedic Dr do the injection.
