Unless you are required to use this provider, find an MD as Ive never had good experience with DOs. I worked for a doctor for years and I shocked how poorly this office is run. Their appointment times are not secure, you are supposed to call 30 min prior to, to see whether you should come in or reschedule! So this does not help those who have a commute of 45 min and a schedule to stick to. I waited once for 2 hours 45 min. He may be knowledgeable, but he is patronizing and does not listen. I have had two referrals never make it to the specialists because the staff never processed them correctly. After 6 months, I just gave up asking them to fix. I just called for a RX refill, and dealt with a lady claiming they do not do refills without an electronic request. When I fought with her, because the pharmacy does not do this process and Ive never had issue before, she FINALLY decided to do her job.

☆☆Always have a great experience! Dr. Grief is such a wonderful doctor.....hes my Grandmas primary doctor. The staff here are really awesome.....very kind, curtious, & take great care of you......couldnt ask for anything better! 😀A huge thanks to you all for always taking such wonderful care of my Grandma, whom I love with all my heart... she means the world to me. Its hard to find good doctors these days, as we all know, and Dr. Grief is super awesome...hes one of a kind. He really cares & thats rare.
