I have doctored with Fairfield Medical Associates for almost 20 years. I cant say enough good things about all of them. From the receptionist to the doctor they are all exceptional. Dr. Alley is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Matt does a wonderful job as well.

Dr Laus has been caring for my boys since birth. She has patience with them when answering questions, offers guidance from a medical perspective and makes me feel like she is a trusted friend.

Dr. Alley has been my primary care doc for 20+ years and is very revelent to me making it to 82 yrs young.She and Matt make an excellent team and coordinate my medical care with other specialist as needed.

Dr. M. Graham, my Primary Health Care doctor, is very professional, thorough, and caring. She literally saved my life in 2011 by listening to my health concerns/ symptoms. I do not see her often; but, I think she is great.

I absolutely live the staff at this location! I highly recommend them to anyone! I have a couple favs but won’t say it out loud but trust them all!!

Dr Susan Choe was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t trust her to feed my goldfish. I don’t have a family doctor, I don’t take any meds, unless I’m bleeding and need put back together is when I go to the doctor. Im close to 50 and had a couple things I wanted checked out that’s been bothering me. I made the appointment, they got me in about 30 days, it’s fine, they nurse took my vitals and asked me 100 questions, it’s fine, Dr Susan came in and we talked about my issues. Susan said it could be high sugar, or cholesterol, or this or that. She want to talk my blood work to see if she can figure it out. I get my blood work done, and it take a few days to come back and they leave a message that everything look good In my blood work I’m healthy . But I’m still having my issues that I came in for. I left a message every day for a week and she won’t return my calls. To go through all time and money and insurance and time off work just have to do it again with a another doctor. I called every day for a week and nothing for Susan.

From the time I arrive to the time I check out everyone is very attentive. My questions are answered. I feel that I am receiving excellent care.

I havent seen a physician in over 20 years so I was a little nervous but Dr. Choe made me feel comfortable and was very helpful with my issues.

Thank you for getting me in so quickly. I appreciate how much you care about your patients. In a time when most professionals rush from one patient to the next you always take time to answer questions and make me and my family feel special.

Dr. Michelle Graham has been my doctor since 2007 when I first moved to Ohio from California. She is the best doctor I have ever had in my life! No matter where I have moved to in Ohio , I’ve never went to another Dr! She is the most caring and thorough doctor you will ever find anywhere! I love her and I was very blessed to find her! She has a fantastic bedside manner and has a very loving heart! If you’re lucky enough to have her as your doctor you know exactly what I’m talking about😊 👍🏽❤️

The physician assistant was very nice and professional while taking care of my daughter. She listened to the concerns we had and didnt make us feel rushed. However, they sent my daughter down to the lab to get blood work and the girl down there DID NOT clean her arm at all before sticking her to take blood and then she stuck next to her vein (which she admitted) missing it and then sat there fishing around for it. Wonderful experience with the doctors themselves but I think the people in the lab need to understand the importance of cleaning a location before drawing blood or anything else.

Dr. Alley and her staff took excellent care of me. Everybody was friendly and helpful. As long as I follow the doctors orders, I know I have many healthy years ahead of me.

Dr. Michelle Graham is a wonderful doctor. I have been a patient of hers for about 20 years. I love how comfortable she makes me feel while I am there. She always listens to my questions and explains what ever I need to talk to her about. She doesnt rush you out the door. Great bedside manner. I have been a patient here for probably 14 or 15 years, my daughter since birth (8 years) and my husband for about 3 years. We like the doctors fine, however, the office staff has been continually rude. It’s caused us to seek out a new pediatrician for my daughter, and now I’ll be looking for my husband and myself as well. I’m sad to have to make the change but it’s just not worth it anymore.

Dr. Alley is wonderful! Very down to earth and cares about her patients. Advise is given but not in a pressing manner, meaning she cares about you as a person and not just another patient. Her caring attitude, as well as her staff, about you as a person puts you at ease and you feel very good about advice that is given. I would recommend her to anyone as a primary physician.

Sarah Renko CNP was very nice and helped me... She went above and beyond her job to make sure I understood what I needed to do to follow up with my health care.

Was happy to be able to get an appointment with Dr. Alley on short notice-Matt has a knack for attending to patient concerns with ease while maintaining a professional manner. Sometimes it gets to busy as to where you need to see a PA that instead of the dr which is ok at times but being a established patient it shouldn’t take months to get in to see your primary doctor! The nursing staff is very good also!

Disappointed, went here for a couple of months, now changing to new practice. Does not answer or return calls. Need refills on medications, no response at all from anyone at this office. Then I received a bill stating I need to pay because the doctor did not bill my insurance correctly and it was rejected, now Im expected to pay it, unacceptable!

I know I can always count on good service and quality care when seeing Dr. Laus.

From the friendly office staff to the nurse practitioner Amy, which I saw recently, I have had first class treatment. My concerns are never taken lightly and I appreciate the care I have received.

Been with this office for years. Started with Dr Laus when I was young and now see Dr Graham. Sometimes its hard to get in to see Graham so its best if you need her vs a Physician Assistant to schedule early. Otherwise you can get in quickly. Never had any issues and the staff of nice

Dr. Sarah Alley is a knowledgeable, friendly and caring professional; in short, a great family doctor.

It really depends on what you are going to go in for and who you are going in to see. I always go in to see the nurse practitioners if they’re an option and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them.

Dr Alley and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have been concerned for my health.

Sadly felt I had to leave this practice after many many years. Too many mistakes being made with health issues and in medical records. No longer confident in the care I was receiving.

I just called this office to try to get an appointment because our family dr is no longer seeing regular patients, just to be told we are not taking any of Dr Menosky’s patients! I feel like my family is being discriminated against because of who our previous dr is! I also will be alerting our insurance company to this!
