A waste of valuable time and money only to get spun around, go to your appointments on time only for him not to be there and for your appointment information to be relayed. Only its not relayed. Then you have to call and reschedule and go through it all over again. Sad that this is what healthcare in America is like these days. Hopefully this is an isolated issue. Will never return to a place that cannot even do what they say they will for the patient.

They schedule you within 2 seconds, but as soon as your out of the building forget after care. There is 0. I thought this was a professional practice, but they scheduled me for a procedure then cancelled it after I was given clear instructions and told I was going to have the procedure. Ive called 6 times with 0 call backs, and had to complain to even get someone to listen, only to be given empty promises of receiving a call back that I still have not received.. Your better off going anywhere else as all of their procedures are referred to outside networks. They take your money then dont return your calls. They do not even do biopsies there. WASTED TIME AND MONEY, PAY FOR TOP INSURANCE AND GET NO HELP. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Id give 0 stars if I could. What a joke healthcare has become. Sad.

One of my brothers went here for serious help. Did not receive adequate care. Basically left to suffer. This doctor is just collecting insurance payments and copays. Will make empty promises and not return calls. Your word is your bond. No ethical responsibility unless a dollar sign is in front of it. Sad. Go to a hospital rather then this joke that calls himself a professional. Shame on you.

Awful follow up attempts. Office does not call back unless your scheduling and appt or paying a bill. Complications with what they did? Youll die before they call you back. Go to an ER. NEVER AGAIN.

My wife had major sinus surgery jan 12th .The aftercare was horrible and now she has to have emergency sinus surgery again at Penn Medicine in Philly

He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and stayed until all my questions were answered, he is an awesome Doctor! I wish I could find more like him 😊
