My first time visiting this medical office. I do have to say that I was a bit nervous going in with this place having a 1.4 stars rating. I went in with an open mind and let me tell you everyone from the front desk, to the lab technician, the nurse and doctor were all friendly. My nurse was nurse Cam and she was just so sweet and nice. I saw Dr. Weatherly she was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say. The office was clean and everything looked brand new.

Dr. Weatherly and her PA Lori have always been wonderful. They both truly care and have wonderful medical knowledge. My family and I have been patients for many years. You do have to wait awhile to see Dr. Weatherly sometimes but only because she is so good and has so many loyal patients who love her. Luckily, she has trained Lori to be like her. I would highly recommend them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Weatherly for many years. This office has really gone downhill. I called to schedule an appointment and the young lady that answered the phone sounded like she didnt want to be bothered. She then named off two people and asked me which one did I want to see. I told her Im not familiar with either one of them and would prefer to see Dr. Weatherly. She then let out a long sigh and asked me for my name and DOB . At that point I hung up. If her attitude is that uncaring over the phone then I dont want to waste my time going into the office wear I would probably get the same treatment.

This doctor had been my primary care doctor for more than 10 years. She closed one office and moved into a WellMed Clinic. Apparently when the move was made my healthcare records just vanished. With all the security breeches that the medical community has experienced, youd think theyd be more careful with patient records and personal information.During my most recent visits to this new location I experienced numerous problems. I was sent to their in-house lab for blood work. The lab tech left me with 3 bruises without being able to collect a drop of blood. When I reported this to the doctor, she blew me off, saying that happens. Never in my lifetime has a qualified lab tech leave me with bruise without collecting a drop of blood.The doctor ordered a urine test. I provided the sample. Then I received a call to come back to the office to provide another sample because the staff didnt provide me with the proper instructions for that type of urine sample. Really??And the worst issue is the lack of communication. It seems Dr. Weatherly has preconceived diagnoses without listening to the reason the patient has scheduled an appointment. Her last 2 diagnoses were just wrong. Which cost me time and $$--based on being prescribe medications I did not need. When I was finally able to get a referral to a specialist, they were able to successful deal with the situation based on my symptoms and concerns.Dr. Weatherly was a caring and competent doctor. I dont know what happened but at this point, I believe she does not focus on her patients health or well being anymore.

Ive scheduled 3 appointments on seperate occasions only to be called the day of to cancel or reschedule. No compassion for their patients

Never had a problem until now!!! Paperwork Lost! Prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy- the next day!!UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Rude! Irresponsible!!! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there is no such thing as a -0!!!Where is Nmenia and Olivia!!! 😔

I wish I can give a 0 they never have appointments available for they patient. The waiting proud always at least 30 days or more .. They treat the patient like a bomb on the streets with pre judgements

It pains me to write this I started going here years ago and the service was great so since I moved back to the area I decided to go back. Idk who is in charge of the front desk and making the calls to remind you of your appointments but she is beyond rude. When I scheduled my appointment I advised I had remarried and my last name changed she said ugh huh. So of course she calls and uses my ex last name I politely say “ it’s Williams now” she says “ your appointment is Tuesday you can change your name when you come in” her tone was dismissive as it was the day I called. The place is going down the drain if you don’t like your job then leave! I am finding a new dr ASAP!

Please DO NOT go here I am telling you!! They dont even deserve a STAR at all!!!! My nannan went to this office and had to be in there for three or four hours!! When it only use to take her no more than 30 minutes when Olivia and Nmenia was there! She had to pay a $35 Co Payment and before she left she had to pay $30!!! They called her prescription in at the wrong pharmacy and she had to go to another one just for them to tell her it wasnt there!!! I would not take ANYONE in my family to this place EVER!!!

I know you can get an easy prescription of Adipex at this office. I did it a few years back. Regardless of all the bad reviews, I was giving the clinic the benefit of the doubt and scheduling only for the Adipex. Well.... even calling suxed! They were having phone issues and hung up on me 3 times. The lady was very rude, spoke very fast and in a hurry. Apparently, they only take new patient appointments at 2:30. No other time. I rather get the Adipex elsewhere!

Very unprofessional clinic ran by a bunch of incompetent individuals. The so called Office manager is so unprofessional and rude. Front desk is horrible they are not patient centered whatsoever but are quick to demand copays which have not been verified with insurance prior to. They give their lame sorry when confronted about it. They reschedule youfor being two minutes late!!!! What office dose that? I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please stay away. I thought Dr Jennifer was decent doctor. But with that staff I pass. Calendars are still two moths behind, the rooms are filthy. I dont see how they still operate.

Beware!!! Went in for weight management in 2016. PA requested blood work and tested for everything under the sun! My bill was $3,000 just for blood work! My insurance claims they were paid and they still tried to get money. I believe they are crooks and took money for themselves. As of today, collection companies are still trying to charge me for this bogus claim.

AVOID. You will never see the doctor. Seriously. All you ever get here are nurses. Evidently seeing this doctor is like spotting a rare bird or something. You MAY eventually do it, but its going take months and months.Staff varies from outright rude to barely caring.Just a horrible place.

Unprofessional, rude and very uncaring. This place treats the elderly so bad. They charge you for everything and the doctors bedside manner is TERRIBLE and she does not listen to her patients.This place should be investigated.

This office charges for EVERYTHING! If you need fmla papers filled out its a $35 charge + copay! If you cancel appointment on same day its a $30 charge. If you come in for a visit, pay co pay...Dr request for you to have xrays done...when you return for results ITS ANOTHER COPAY! $$$$$$$$

Why become a Doctor if you dont want to deal with your patients and have your PAs do all the work. I have always seen the PA Angela you never can get into see Weatherly for months. Long story short I had been coming there for over 7 years. The moment I ran into a tough medical issue and the PA Angela didnt have answers or other medications to give she didnt try harder or refer me to a specialist. Collectivity Angela and Dr. Weatherly completely abandoned me and sent a letter in the mail saying they are not able to meet my medical expectations. With this type of behavior from Dr. Weatherly and her PA Angela it shows no concern to work harder and try to help their patient even if she does not have the immediate answer a letter dropped in the mail saying your on your own shows a absolute miscarriage of medical practice and she should be shut down.

First appt... I should have known I would not have a good experience after I made a appt with a RUDE lady her name was Aston. I asked her how much would everything cost she said she would call and let me know know the day before but she never called. When I came to appt the same lady Aston asked for money I told her she never called and told me price. She then told me to go in room with the brown door and talk to them and closed the glass window. I went in there talked to a nice lady Dion who took care of everything. During all of this 3 people where put in front of me.BTW there was a girl name Christina that was behind the glass as well she said good morning gave me time and smiled. The lady Aston never cracked a smile and just was not pleasant at all. So that was my first experience before being called back.... Everyone in back was nice spoke said good morning very pleasant.... There was a lady name Lakeitha (I think thats how you spell it) very nice offered me water and everything. -------The Doctor (PA) I saw a lady by the name of Angela I saw her because there was no appt avail for Dr. Weatherly. She was (ok) her facial expressions where a bit much. I didnt know what to make of it. After I explained my issues she typed away on this laptop. Im thinking to myself is she on Facebook or what... She then listed to my breathing then said will get you taken care of then left. Im like is there going to be a medical plan for me what are her thoughts on my issues. How can I fix this?? No information like that was given. Then about 5min later the person that checked me in comes with papers and tells me they faxed scripts. I didnt even no what was sent and what it was for. I said ok and went out door got lost and ended up at the back glass window where what do you know the mean girl Aston was there. The lady Christina said bye have a great day. Aston nothing looked right at me and turned back to her computer. Im not sure its a good idea to have a person as rude at her on the front lines (her customer service skill are lacking tremendously). Im kinda grey about my visit there, Not sure if I will go back.

My granddaughter made a appoint. with them , so we ask if they would let this a wellness appoint for her, and was told by the office manager that they would do it. and we should know how to make a appoint. and I stated that they should have ask her if it was for her wellness appoint.she was not ever nice, and I have been with them for yrs . and have other family member there . I guess its time to move on.

The office staff does a terrible job of following up. My cardiologist has been trying to fax over paperwork to my PA multiple times a week for the past 3 weeks and Dr. Weatherlys office claims to never receive it. Once I called and the telephone was disconnected!

Horrible!!! Took my 82 yr old dad and the staff was uncaring and lost his paperwork. Take it this was his first visit. Never met the doctor, and was pushing sleep apnea and thats not why we went.
