Awful place. Ive been going for a little while and today was the final straw. I called yesterday and made an apt for my twins today. I get there and she tells me that I wont be seen as a walk in because they are busy, mind you not one person in the waiting room. I told her I had an apt, and she told me she only had one of my twins down for an apt. Ok? Well I still made them an apt, not my fault yall made the error. Then she tells me that I need to do paperwork and it made no since it was everything they already had on file like my childrens names and DOB etc then as Im filling it out she tells me that my kids medicaid has been cancelled and we wouldnt be seen. So mama bear drives on over to the medicaid office wanting to know whats going on because I hadnt received anything about my childrens medicaid being cut off. The lady at medicaid says no they were renewed back in march and told me she could print out a letter and I could take it back to the dr.s office and show them. I was like 🙅🏼 no Im sick of that place anyways and Ill be getting a new pediatrician today. Its something every time I go there. They tell me my kids are spoiled. I see someone different every single time. The one time my kids were just a few months old and were wheezing so bad and they said they were fine there was nothing in the lungs. However us as mothers know when something isnt wrong. So I called them back and made another apt to come in and the same dr said he called the hospital they both needed to be admitted for bronchilitis. Its always something and today was it for me!
