This is the slowest and most non professional place ever I have waited over 2 weeks after already waiting for 14 days to receive some important paperwork to get me back to work. They have no sense of urgency or the care or time of the patients. I will no longer be using this location as my doctor I will be fling some where else after today DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED THINGS DONE ASAP

Very impressed with this office. Ive gone through a number of neurologists over the past few years. Janumpally impressed me more than any Ive had in the past. He was very knowledgeable, to the point and answered my questions without hesitation. Also, the staff were on the ball and professional. This is a very well run office.

I have seen this Dr. More then once. You wait up to an hour in his waiting room. If you try and talk, he talks over you. About 3 months ago he told me I had a large mass in my belly. He stated that he would call me with results. To this day he hasnt called me.I now know from another Dr. there is no mass. Then he wants to send me to a surgeon with no explanation. He had the nurse call with the referral. All I can say is I found a wonderful Dr that actually listens to your words and he actually explained and found a solution. I do want to add that I asked Dr. Polly for Physical therapy, he said its not going to help. When I told my new Dr. he had a look of shock. Needless to say I am starting physical therapy next week. Dont put up with Dr.that dont listen!!!

Dr Janumpolly was wonderful. He went through all of my results and tested my reflexes and more. He eased my fears and help me understand what was going on. I find it very hard to believe he rushed anyone out of did not take all of their concerns in and help them. He is a wonderfully kind and extremely knowledgeable Dr.

I have no such issues as in the other review.Dr. Polly is a very polite and quiet spoken person.He has diagnosed a brain tumor in years past as a calcium deposit, and provided several nerve conduction test.On my way down now to have him assess a radiology report of a lumber MRI.I trust his opinion on medical advice hes given in the past and am a returning patient.With any physicians office, there are days when patients have their appointments backed up due to unforeseen or emergency events the doctors must attend to.

The staff is so friendly . Dr Janumpally is great . Only have been there twice but we were seen right away.

Terrible office, with a long wait time. Staff are friendly enough. Janumpally is a very busy (overbooked) doctor and it shows. Straightforward and to the point. If you have questions they better be short and straight, and be ready for curt answers.

Im writing this review on behalf of my husband. He went to see Dr. Janumpally for severe headaches hes been having. He had him jump and walk, twisted his head from side to side and told him he had a bulging disc and arthritis in the neck. How can you tell that by those tests. He called the Doctors office after the visit and asked for a MRI to confirm. He agreed and wrote the prescription for the MRI. The day before the test, he received a call from Jeannette in the office stating that she declined the MRI because there were no notes in his chart. She didnt bother going to talk to the doctor to find out more. Its now been a week of leaving messages for the doctor with no response. Speaking to Jeannette its like he doesnt even matter. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Rushed us through the appointment. He asked alot of qestions that we didnt have the time to answer because he went way to fast. Out of 25 questions he ask we were only able to answer 1 and next thing we know we were out of the office. Felt like a meat processing plant. Would absolutely not recommend.

Janumpally is terrible. My dad had a major stroke and janumpally was his neurologist. I left him message after message and he would not respond. Camped out next to my dad bed for three day waiting to speak to him. The nurses at av hospital placed a large sign over my dads bed that read patients family needs to speak to you dr. Pally, no reply. Finally five days later janumpally was doing his run at an adjacent ward an a nurse came to get me so that I could talk to him about my dad. Was not a good conversation. Horrible doctor, total lack of respect for patient and family. Thank you A.V. nurses you ladies are fantastic.

The address in Google maps is incorrect. AV Neurology is now located on the corner of L-12 and 10th street west, 3rd floor of the building that SJVC is located. The office is absolutely beautiful. Their staff are all very friendly. My Neurologist is Dr. Kareti and I was very impressed. He is genuinely interested in your condition and treatment. He is aggressive with MS treatment, which I have been looking for since I moved to California. I am very pleased with the care i have received and very thankful for Dr. Kareti and his team.
