Very quaint and inviting!

I moved my mom into carriage court a couple years ago, I explained to them that she was on a medicaid spend down and they were fine with it then let her move right in. When she ran out of money they kicked my 83 year old alzheimers stricken mother out for being late with a rent payment. Beware of this place and their evil business practices

Had the pleasure of visiting a friend in the memory care unit today for a couple hours. Have been to many of these places through the years. I was very impressed with the good and friendly attitude of the staff. All residents got attention and interaction from all staff members. There didnt seem to be a shortage of staff. No residents ignored. No one sitting alone and idle. Residents chatting with staff and each other. I only give three stars because I was only there a few hours and rated from what I saw. No one seemed to be faking. Very relaxed and attentive. Residents calm and agreeable.

Carriage Court of Lancaster offers all residents a cozy home like feel as well as being a family. Nice facility and staff just need more employes

Walked into the facility for a tour and stood in the foyer for 10 minutes. Several employees walked past me, one employee passed me twice, and not once was I acknowledged. No one asked if I was there to see anyone, meet anyone, if they could assist me with anything. I work in a facility as a nurse, and I couldnt imagine walking past someone and not inquiring as to if they have been helped/assisted yet.

Friendly staff
