Dr. Miller is amazing with children! He is simply THE BEST!! If your child has anxiety about seeing a dentist, Dr. Miller has a way to calm them by keeping them engaged in a story or distracting them from focusing on the dental work being done.

I absolutely love Cowboy Dentistry! Everyone is so friendly and they are terrific with their patients. My son has certain allergies and they went above and beyond with research to make sure he was safe and that he has a great experience with them. I would definitely recommend them.

Our 4 children have been patients of Dr Miller for about 18 years. Some have aged out and were disappointed to learn they needed to move on to a boring adult dentist. Dr Miller and the entire staff do an amazing job! We highly recommend this pediatric dentist! They are organized, knowledgeable, experienced and fun! My kids always look forward to going to the dentist.

Dr Aaron Miller is incredibly patience with both of my kids and has an office that is warm and positive.

Excellent pediatric dental office hands down. This office wasn’t in network of my dental insurance at the time, but it was still well worth paying in every way. Dr Aaron is fantastic at wrangling both little patients and the nervous parents as a bonus. Also out of many many office visits of a little one, this office was notably the fastest at insurance reimbursement with no mistakes, which was appreciated over many years. Unfortunately we moved out of state and are no longer their patients, I believe my son now has no fear of dentist visits thanks to Dr Aaron and his caring staff.

*A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH*As a dental hygienist and mother of two, one with specials needs, I consider our family as medically well versed or thoroughly exposed to all different doctors and their offices. Let’s just say, we’ve had our fair share of medical experiences both good and bad. My internal mom-anxiety-radar is on full blast and I secretly cringe at the thought of any appointment. After eight years of griping the side of a chair along side my children.... I was finally able to take a long deep breath, smile and enjoy an experience with my girls. Dr. Aaron is truly gifted! He adapts to each of my girls personalities and makes adjustments to their individual needs in order to have a kind, caring, productive, and fun dental experience. We laughed, my daughters laughed, the staff even laughs!!! It’s a fun filled, professional, yet cozy family feel at THE COWBOY DENTIST!!!! There is nothing quiet like walking out of an appointment with your kids knowing that only did your children have a good time but you as a parent did as well. It’s an amazing place and I would highly recommend it to any mom out there searching for that diamond in their “medical” rough!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Aaron and his staff! My daughter needed to have two teeth pulled and I was nervous about it being traumatizing. Dr. Aaron made it so comfortable for her and she was not even phased by the whole thing once it was all finished! This is a wonderful place for kids!

Dr. Aaron did an amazing job with my almost 3 year old daughter. She has said multiple times since her appointment this morning that she had fun when the dentist cleaned her teeth! So thankful for how well they understand children at Kids Cowboy Dentistry!

My super anxious little does great here. Dr.Miller is amazing. He works quick! The first ped dentist we saw wanted to put her under at 1.5 to fill a small cavity. At 3.5 it hasnt progressed. He filled it in under 5 min. Definitely recommend this place!

Our kids love going here to see Dr. Aaron! Going to the dentist for a child can be a little intimidating, but not at Kids Cowboy Pediatric Dentistry! They are professional and knowledgeable for sure....... but they are also they are fun, goofy and exciting! When the kids come back from seeing Dr. Aaron they always have a story to tell me how great it was, and show me some new little trinket they received. We are very happy with their knowledge and customer service too! My wife and I would highly recommend taking your kids here!

This is an amazing dental practice. Kids love it, and I always get a chuckle out of the dentists sense of humor. They are just awesome with kids and they have little tricks to make it all painless. Our kids love going to the cowboy dentist.

If there were 10 stars available I would click all 10. Several friends recommended the Cowboy Dentists to me and I just took my 3 year old in today. There were a few toys in the general waiting area but actually less than I expected. The power of this place really isnt in the toys- anyone can buy toys- it is in the practitioners. On the intake form it asks about childs temperament and their interests and it was clear Dr. Miller had reviewed this. My child is shy, tentative and clingy and the staff were respectful of this. Dr. Miller engaged him while allowing him space to be shy and allowed me to hold him while the exam and cleaning took place. Dr. Miller clearly knew how to work with young children, including really shy ones like my son. There were magic tricks, a motorized horsey ride, and train table, and stickers and trinket presents for a successful visit. These were all nice but truly the beauty of this place is the care that the staff demonstrate toward the patients and their families.

After my 3 yr old son complained of his tooth hurting while chewing gum I immediately took an xray, Im a hygienist. Something didnt look right to me and if my son needed a filling I wanted him to have the best experience and everyone talks about the cowboy dentist so I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Aaron and his staff are all so friendly. They were quick with additional xrays needed and his exam. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the PARENT education he provides throughout the appointment, something Ive now tried to instill in myself when providing care. We will definitely be returning for future visits, my son loves it!!

Surprised there are not more reviews! This place was mind blowing. It was my daughters first dentist appointment and the dentist made them feel so comfortable with the way they interact! This is highly recommended and we will be back in 6 months for a follow up!

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a dentist! We saw the son (as the father was out of town for the winter.) We went for a consultation on filling my daughters cavity. During the consultation I was pressured regarding vaccine status and told I MUST use amalgam fillings and nitrous oxide (even though my husband has had bad reactions to nitrous before.) We were told he would not help us when we said we would prefer a composite filling on her baby tooth and try it without the nitrous. He then took it upon himself to write up a psychological evaluation about my daughter (he takes you in a room to watch your child play to evaluate their psychological state for how to handle them) and he sent that to her pediatrician without my knowledge! This man traumatized us! I would NEVER recommend someone take their children to this man! Instead we found an AMAZING dentist in Hershey. Worth the drive! Took care of my daughters filling with no stress on me or my daughter (she was freaked out by The Cowboy Dentist....we thought he would be fun and instead just felt creepy!) The dentist in Hershey was worth the drive. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the drive to this guy!!!!!

Our first visit yesterday to the Cowboy Dentist was a good experience. I knew my daughter who will be 3 soon would scream and fight during the visit (which she did lol) but Dr. Aaron Millers techniques of distraction and calmess definitely helped her visit from escalating! It helped immensely having all of the fun toys for her to play with while waiting, prior to sitting with me in the dental chair, and after she was done. I also appreciated the fact that Dr. Miller read the paper I had to fill out about my daughter, including her interests which he incorporated into his exam while talking with her. I definitely would recommend bringing your children here!

My kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience however I chose to leave the practice after receiving a nasty letter stating I cancelled too many appointments notating 6 cancelled appointments back to back. I have 2 children who I schedule at the same time thus actually i missed 3 appointments... however 2 of the 3 were missed due to weather over the winter months. I felt this was very unfair and rude to send a letter when they were snow days.

If there were 6 stars available wed give 7. We cant express how happy weve been with Dr. Miller. He takes the edge off nervous children by performing magic tricks. The cowboy motif makes it fun to goto the dentist! We even saw him at the Lititz Airport Air Show and he went out of his way to come over, get down to the kids level, do a magic trick and give them a prize. On top of that hes just agreat dentist. If there is a better pediatric dentist out there kudos to them because Dr. Miller is tough to beat. HGHLY recommend.

Since my husband is a general dentist, dental care for our kids was never something that we worried about. That was until our 20mo old son developed horrible holes in front teeth. After bringing him to a well recommended peds dentist in Harrisburg, I left that appt feeling sick. They said at his age any work would have to be performed under anesthesia at a hospital! I was so scared!!! But then I decided to make the hour drive to Dr Miller in Lancaster after my husband was told all about him. And his father. Well, let me tell you... NO matter how many great things I had heard, they paled in comparison to the experience of being there!!!Not only is it a fun office (as you would think all offices directed solely at children would be) but EVERY detail was thought of to provide an exception service! From the amazingly warm and friendly front desk staff who instantly make you feel welcomed, to the jungle gym and toys in the waiting room which make the kids excited to be there, to the dentists office with even more toys to entertain the kids and again put them even more at ease, to the assistants that are helpful and enthusiastic, to the actual exam rooms which will blow your mind!!! They are literally a toy room, complete with a working mechanical horse. Other than the fact that there is a dental chair and tools in the room, you would swear that you were just in a childs dream playroom!!!! So again, not only is this designed to be fun, it clearly is there for the purpose of taking as much of the fear and intimidation out of the situation as possible. And it works!!!Lastly, I cant say enough kind and positive words about Dr Miller... I have not stopped singing his praises from the very first appt on. His way with children is nothing short of magic (which he also does to put kids at ease)!!! He constantly speaks to them throughout the procedure to keep them as focused and calm as they can be. He sings, talks nonesense, jokes, anything and everything he can do... it almost mesmerizes them... he lets small children lie on you to again put them at ease (and help to hold them down) and works his magic as quickly and effectively as possible! How he maintains his concentration I am not sure, but at the speed of light it seems he is done... and the outcome is AMAZING! Again with a dentist in the house, they can be tough critics, but he too was amazed at the results!!! ALL of which was done with minimal to NO PAIN, NO HOSPITALIZATION, NO ANESTHESIA, NO TRAUMA, and NO HOSPITAL BILLS!!!I would recommend this practice (and do to anyone I have spoken with since the first appt) more than I have ever recommended anything or anyone! I dont take my childrens health lightly, nor am I someone to often go online and write reviews, but I honestly have never felt so strongly compelled to do so.Please dont waste your time, money, or risk your childrens dental health to ANYONE ELSE! They are worth the trip... they are honestly priceless!!!
