Excellent attention to detail with our facials (male and female). Quiet, chill space. Staff is knowledgeable. Books up quick. A bit pricey. I liked knowing everything they were doing to me, but get ready to be SOLD product. Maybe a little less of that. My face sparkled and felt dewy and fresh for days after.

First time ever with waxing but Amy was super friendly and calming and I had a great experience. Atmosphere is very soothing, seems like the other services would be just as professional and relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Along with knowing what they were talking about. I just wish I could remember the ladys name that did my body massage, because she was totally amazing!!!! Two years in a row we have done a retreat at this spa. Such a cozy atmosphere and incredible staff. Barb did an amazing massage and was so knowledgeable with Reiki! If you are in Hershey, you need to try this place!

Called to schedule an appointment, the girl that picked up while I was talking to her, she was talking to someone else and her tone was extremely annoying and rude. She was very dismissive and unprofessional. A phone call was hard enough wonder what the services and actually experience will be like.

I got my wife a massage here. She enjoyed it but said the tables were cold during her massage.

Great choice for a spa day- did the package with massage, facial and mani/spa pedi. Each treatment was better than the last! Lunch from the nearby bistro is a part of the package. The foot massage with Franscesca was the best I’ve ever had! We took my mom here as a retirement gift, and we were really happy with everything. Highly recommend.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Unfortunately their appointments were running over 20 mins behind, which I was not told about when I arrived. I was only there for a 30 min appt, so running over 20 mins late was frustrating especially since no one warned me; i was just in the waiting room wondering what was going on. Service was fine once they finally took me, but I probably would not go back.
