I couldnt be happier with my haircut by Joadel at Luxe salon this evening. From the minute I walked in everybody was very friendly and helpful. I have long, thick hair and I was becoming bored of my hair just always being long and one length. I wanted to keep most of the length and add more layers and bangs. Joadel did exactly what I ask and kept asking my opinion along the way which made me feel very comfortable. The end result is a combination of what I envisioned and Joadels natural talent and I am very pleased! Thank you all so much!

I loved that all staff who greet you are pleasant. Today arrangements to make my appointment not delayed. Had the most relaxing time at Luxe today at our couples massage. Jessica was the best… addressed my points of tension and I left totally relaxed. I’ve already scheduled another massage for the near future!

I loved what Kate did with my hair! I felt listened to and felt I was in good hands. I appreciated her honesty to help me figure out what I really wanted when I had difficulty expressing it.The receptionist was very kind too and offered me a drink upon arrival. I felt comfortable there and plan to return.

I found Luxe Salon while looking for a stylist trained in the Bumble and bumble method. Charlotte is wonderful! After moving from New York to Lancaster, I tried many local salons. I finally found Luxe and it does not disappoint! Quality, service, and talented stylists have kept me a regular client for years now. I highly recommend.

Hope was great! Super friendly and knew what she was doing. Took the time to make sure all my preferences and expectations were known prior to the start of the massages and checked in periodically during. After our couples massages her and Katie got us some waters and walked us out and made sure we were satisfied. The whole experience here was amazing, we were visiting from out of town for an anniversary weekend and a ton of places were booked months in advance. Scheduling was very easy and when we checked in the waiting area they accommodated us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed prior to starting our massages. All staff was super friendly and the Spa itself was very clean and tranquil. This was the perfect way to end the weekend, we recommend Luxe highly and will definitely be back.

Crystals attention to detail is hard to come by. She took time to listen to me and made sure I was comfortable and felt beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend her for Deva curl cut. She is very knowledgeable and professionally trained, yet attuned to each individual clients unique curl pattern and texture needs. I have more anxiety going to a hair salon than I do the dentist office! More times than I can count, stylists have chopped my hair instead of listening to what I want! My experience with Dasha was amazing! This is the first time I have been to salon and my results were exactly what I asked for. She was so nice and made sure I was okay the entire process. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax so naturally I was nervous. Amanda made me feel completely comfortable and was very informative before, during and after. You can tell she enjoys her job and it shows through her work. I am absolutely going to her again for follow ups!!

I have gotten my hair cut by Scottie before and loved it, he did just as wonderful of a job this time around! I got five inches cut off which has made a drastic difference in the appearance, of which I am convinced nobody but Scottie couldve pulled off. My highlights look fabulous and there is not a complaint I could come up with even if I tried. I will definitely be booking with Scottie again!!

Very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Hunter gave me my first post-covid haircut and she was skilled and professional. Prices were reasonable for such a classy joint - $36 for a mens cut, wash, blowdry, style. I believe Hunter counts as new talent which means shes less expensive than the stylists who have been there longer, but she did an excellent job.No experience with the more expensive spa services, but just judging by the haircut, Ill be going back.

I had such a good experience my first time with Dasha so it seemed perfect as the pre-birthday distraction for my sister’s birthday today. When I made these appointment almost TWO MONTHS AGO, I communicated that we were having a surprise party for her at 4pm and let the receptionist schedule accordingly. My sister, Britini, had a GREAT experience- she was greeted immediately and taken back for service. I, on the other hand, waited about an hour before the stylist, James, was ready. When he finally came to take me back, I said I’d have to cancel because my sister was now almost done and had a full house of guests waiting for her. After telling James that I wanted a wash, cut, and style, he said he could do what I wanted within the half hour we had left. I agreed and we headed back. As we were walking away, he told the (very friendly) receptionist that he was “dry cutting” my hair. I wasn’t in the chair for more than 10 minutes and came out looking worse for wear because now my hair wasn’t even washed or styled. He said he was only charging me for a “bang trim” which I assumed would be around $20. There is NO WAY I would have agreed to services today had I know I was being charged $50!!! I paid $40 for the FANTASTIC service I paid for with Dasha and today’s service was no where near what she provided. I work hard for the money I make and I feel conned.

I am so in love with my hair. This has been my best salon experience I’ve ever had. From the color and style, to the stylist…I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely be back to see her!! Thank you Kelsie!!

My services were amazing as always! Only issue I had was with my checkout. I didn’t ask for anything extra on my bikini wax but was charged for a modification during it. I asked at checkout and was told that because they did extra I was charged that-just confused since I never asked for extra! I’d say that the actual service is 5/5 but be weary of pricing not being reflected as to what’s online!

Staff professional and extremely friendly. Masseuse took her time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was cautioned to take my time getting up after my deep tissue massage and she offered me a bottle of water. I will be visiting again!

Not only did she listen to every detail of what I wanted, but she instantly made me feel like I could trust her to do her thing and feel comfortable with her. She was friendly and patient. Her focus was on me and my hair the whole time, which isn’t something you usually get from stylists elsewhere when you’re there for a long process. I loved the atmosphere, and the salon’s Covid19 protocol made me feel at ease as well.

From the moment I arrived to the time I departed that was only one word that can describe the level of service - superlative.After avoiding a haircut for more than a year I went to Luxe to get a fix. Kody greeted me at the door to take my temperature and I knew from his lovely temperament that I was going to be in for a treat. Courtney was my stylist and brought a metropolitan sense of style and panache that is not often found in Lancaster County. Shes now one of the few stylist I trust to groom my unruly mane. Once Courtney finished my superb cut I was passed off to Ashely. Ashley did my brows and - surprise, surprise - did an amazing job.All in all, it was a glamorous experience and Ill surely return for my next haircut.

Their covid precautions are good and the salon is clean. Overall my hair wasn’t bad, but for $300 it should have been amazing. The roots weren’t close to my scalp, and the highlights weren’t all even. There was a small block that stood out, made more obvious by the color being too light. I would still have gone back, but I had been told the price before we started and they added $40. They didn’t confirm this with me before proceeding or check I was happy to pay more than I agreed to. Who’s to say next time they wouldn’t add $100 to the bill without asking first?

My hair was done today by Scottie and I LOVE the results ! I started out with platinum blonde hair with a lot of root/regrowth . I wanted to add some color and also blend the roots . He gave me so many awesome suggestions and we ended up doing full low lights , toner , and left my money pieces platinum blonde in the front of my face . He provided genuine and very relatable conversation AND did his best to hurry while still doing top quality work since I had a massage appointment directly after my hair at 3:15 and he only started my hair after 12:30 lol . I cant remember the last time I left a salon so satisfied with my hair results . I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be requesting Scottie again ! Thanks LUXE !!

Im just back from Luxe Lancaster LLC. Read my review here.So the is my 2nd in a 3 step process. Trust the process. 3 hours each time. I walked in to afternoon appointment wanting to go from years worth of deep dark cherry reddish black to silver. Any other hairstylist would have ran from this endeavor but not Scottie. Now that is not to say he wasnt cautious and made sure to really make sure my hair was protected through out the process and taking great care and time to make sure I got what I wanted but my hair would survive the process. As I said earlier, Trust the Process and TRUST Scottie! I have one more step to go but even now I love my hair and really feel beautiful. Round 3 in 2weeks 🤞 cant wait! Thank you Scottie!Anastasia

I get deep tissue massages occasionally because of knots in my neck and shoulders. Many times the deep tissue is lacking. Jessica did an excellent job, and ill be going back to her in future!

Really clean nice atmosphere, lots of great stylists and aestheticians. Jess in particular has a really good understand of working with long thick hair and angling in such a way that accentuates a persons face. She makes sure that everyone is on the same page about the length. I highly recommend ✨
