I’m loving my experience that i had withChris at this branch location!!! Chris wasVery professional & Charismatic while taking care of my transaction. The thing that i was very pleased on with Chris was “ he asked me how i wanted my cash back) that is very important to me as a banker. This was my first time ever banking at this location, which was a great impression, I look forward to coming to this location from now on!!!!

Exceptional Customer Service involves meeting and surpassing expectations. Today, Ms. Tina C. did that for me. I explained my hardship and Ms. Tina went above and beyond to accommodate me. Every encounter I’ve had with her has always been a great experience. But, today was different and she did not stop until she was able to resolve my problem even with limited resources. Ms. Tina C. is definitely an asset to your staff and should be recognized for her EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. By the way she works at the Lancaster, Texas branch. Since the Covid-19 shut down of many businesses where you can not enter some facilities like the bank, we are just using the drive thru.I would like to express the service that I received from Tina C. I bank with Prestige Community Credit Union and am very appreciative of this shared branch in Lancaster.Just visited the location on the 8th and had the pleasure to be served mlby Diana. She was very prompt and pleasant.I didnt give 5 stars due to the 1 hour shut down for lunch that the bank closes... im not opposed to lunch but shutting it completely down is a bit inconvenient.

I have banked with this credit union for five years now. I appreciate how they gave us a chance and approved us for loans with competitive APR. I am however sad to see that app is antiquated and hard to log in. I’m technologically inclined and not a fan of the interface aside from that the log in always has the usual “incorrect credentials” and then after going thru the ceremony of verifying everything it seems to work for one time then go back to not allowing me to log on. Trying to get ahold of someone via phone has been difficult since the start of the pandemic, currently on 11/2/2020 at about 1pm I’m told the wait is 96 minutes. I’m frustrated because I live far away from a branch that is open and I’m trying to maintain good standing with my payments. It seems that this credit union has the demand for more staff, but blaming the pandemic has been the norm to cut staff and continue to not meet their members’ needs.Please address this, NCU. I didn’t think it would be this hard to give you my money.

I had a very pleasant experience with this Credit Union, from the moment I got to the door the guard on duty was very polite, he said good day and opened the door for me. The ladies at the desk were all very courteous, pleasant and helpful. I was helped with my specific transaction by the branch manager, she was very helpful, very knowledgeable and was very diligent in answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. I am completely impressed by the service and ambience provided at this facility. They are definitely angels showing their halos and their wings. I will recommend this credit union to anyone. I am amazed at how the phone customer service is for NCU. I have had to call a few times recently and spoke with Natalie and Jamesha. Both were very professional, courteous and helpful....all of which are great qualities when dealing with the public.

These ladies are very rude at this location. They have poor customer service, I wanted to pay my car note and went through the drive through because I was instructed several times that I could and she just sent my receipt out with saying hello or thank you or anything, like I was interrupting her day. When I do go in, it’s always a wait and a negative vibe, and I’m just trying to pay my car note..

What is the point of banking with a credit union when they’re supposed to be so called better than “big banks” ie. Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America etc, but ive been with this bank 4 years & they give the hardest time trying to get approved for a loan, been with Wells 1 year & they make every concern a ONE CALL RESOLUTION!!! im really annoyed & thinking about closing my account with them & maybe ill get a better experience with another credit union! then the rep in the loan department sounded VERY uninterested & unconcerned! get folks like that OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Completely discouraging- this bank offers very limited technology options as most banks do these days. While the customer service is polite and professional, they are extremely incompetent. They also have some nice perks, but its not worth the headache. There are too many other options for credit unions to spend so much time correcting others mistakes.

If I could give NCU a negative star I would. I have to close out my card every month because of fraudulent transactions on my account. Ncu doesn’t do a good job of keeping your information secured and I don’t want to wait 7-10 to get a replacement card. Also the ATM’s doesn’t work properly... you have to insert your card 8 times before it reads your chip. I won’t be banking with ncu in the future.

Very bad customer service even if you keep your account in good standing. I am a business owner and have a business account with them. They make excuses for their employees incompetence and dont try to make sure the account holders are happy. Please do NOT bank with this low budget credit union! Bad customer service!
