This has nothing at all to do with the Credit Union Representative inside the building on Rolling Hills and Pleasant Run..I had a huge problem with Card Services.I had a charge on my account that I was trying to dispute. I spoke to a Representative name Kathy. Instead of listening to my problem she became rude toward me. Yelling and screaming...I politely said please calm down she kept yelling. I said ok I will call back later.. I did just that at 6:05pm today. I asked to speak to a Manager that said she will help me but never got on the phone. She let it go straight to voicemail..
Dont do it. They will charge your credit card anytime they feel like it and you must have auto pay so they can do that. Garbage credit union
Friendly customer service, they were willing to work with me and got me in at 2% interest rate on my auto loan! Thanks ms Belinda
Very outdated, atm never works, super long wait in drive through. They seriously need to update some things.
Worst bank ever. I will be closing this account right after I receive my stimulus package.
They dont even deserve one star.Very unprofessional. I just left there, sat there 30 mins and no one helped me at all. I signed in on the sign in sheet and no one bothered to help me at all. I wont be going back. I signed in at 10:35a.m. and waited until 11:00am without being helped. 0 stars from me.
