Theres usually a little bit of a wait but they are very busy. Everytime I go Im treated good.

I tried to call AV Cardiology to check an appointment time for my father. After waiting about 10 minutes on hold, a lady who answered the phone. I asked to check for an appointment, and she claimed the people who give appointment times had their phonelines down, and would not have their phonelines back until three days from the time I called. I asked if there was anyway to get a hold of the people who book appointments, and she claimed no, even though later on I saw an email I can use to contact them. I asked her again to make sure, and she said she was sure, and started claiming I was yelling at her. At this point, I asked if there was a supervisor I can talk to, and the lady stated she was the supervisor. I asked if there was anyone above her I could talk to, and then she promptly hung up on me.I have never had some one in the medical/health services treat me with such disrespect and disregard for the needs of their patients, or the people representing a patient. If this is how their customer services acts towards customers and patients, I would hate to see how their treat them when they actually go in for an actual appointment,.

I cant speak to the ability of the physicians but if the office staff and after hours answering service is any indication, I will wait for a referral to another cardiologist facility.

I quit this place because my doctor, Dr. Klannal refused to see me because of covid-19 eventhough he could get vaccinated and I had tested negative. I went to Dr. Gill who had me see him the next day, given the severity of the situation.

I was very unhappy with my Dr. at another office and I asked to be transferred to Dr. Eddin, He is such a wonderful Doctor. He truly cares about his patients and he is one of a kind. So happy with my care! I highly recommend him, Thank you so much. 😊

Dr. P Kadambi is my cardiologist met him at Palmdale regional for first time.2012.I was in there because of a TIA caused by a carotid artery in my being almost blocked, in 1996 I had radiation for cancer in throat 66 treatments which left very heavy scar tissue around artery, Dr. Kadambi was one of three doctors discussing what to do about putting in artery other two said surgery, Dr Kadambi said stent and prevailed. I said I want him as my cardiologist saved my life as surgery cutting thru scar tissue had high risk of cutting artery and I would have died before they could have stopped bleeding.Dr. Kadambi has been great with his treatment of my condition and could not ask for better.

Dr Edwin!! my experience with this doctor it was bad...bad communication with family members I did not talk to him until my mother was passing he never came to us to explain any procedures that was done to her prior to her passing. I had to get a diagnosis from a nurse .she needed a triple bypass. The nurse told us that they would schedule her for surgery in few days . But she ended passing that night. At antelope valley hospital. I got to see the doctor that night that my mom pass away .I requested for him because we wanted answers. All they said was It got complicated. We had a autopsy performed on my mother. Her cause of death was coronary heart disease her Coronary artery was clogged 90% it’s was bad she even had enlarged heart. And he never came to us to let us know how bad her Condition was ..shame on you .. and plus my mother was in the hospital a month Prior to all this incident and the reason she went to the hospital it was for seizures.

Dr. Eddin is one of the nicest and caring physicians I have ever had. Im lucky to have found him. His office staff is great too. Ive always gotten in on my appointment time with very little waiting.

Im so grateful I transfer to Dr. Eddin I have diagnosed with cardiomyopathy I cant sleep Im worried about my heart. I go to Dr. Eddin he did some test to make sure my heart is good.. I just see him today he told me my heart is good. He make me feel better. He is a good caring and loving person.. he has compassion to his patients.. I wish all the other doctor be like him.. thank you Dr. Eddin.. God bless you always

First off, the staff in this office should receive some sort of trophy for being so professional and efficient. I walked in expecting to wait at least an hour before I could see a doctor.However, my name was called within 10 minutes. After being placed in a room Dr. Eddin appeared within 5 minutes and greeted me with the biggest smile and confident handshake, as if I was his first patient ever. I walked in with worries but left with hope and serenity.I thank everyone associated with this office. You guys have set and surpassed the normal standards currently being displayed in other medical offices.

I WAS SO BLESSED TO HAVE BEEN SEEN BY DR EDDIN. He will patiently listen to your concerns and questions. He looks at your health history and meds you are taking. He did multiple tests before deciding to do a test where he sent a camera into my heart. It was a simple and painless procedure.He was careful and concerned that I was doing okay as we proceeded. He is the first doctor I have seen, and I have seen many, to make me feel that I am in good health overall. He does not try to over medicate you and he understood my desire to try and improve my borderline health issues with proper diet and exercise first. His nurse is sweet and competent. Most office visits I was seen within 15 minutes.

Dr. Eddin is a gem. A rare find. He truly cares about his patients.

AV cardiology is unparalleled. If you want the best service with the utmost caring cardiologists of the AV, this is the office to visit. The MA’s are incredibly pleasant and they do their best to secure you convenient appointments. Dr. Gadallah takes care of my grandmother and his attention to detail is remarkable. He is able to remember personal details about my grandmother from years previously. If you want doctors that will treat you as individual rather than a statistic, than I encourage you to check out this cardiology group. I have had the opportunity to interact with all the cardiologists of this group and they are all fantastic, knowledgeable, and humble. Kudos AV Cardiology.

Dr Gadallah is the best. His office staff is very helpful getting appointments, refills, etc. I like going to a cardiologist that has coffee in the waiting room. This group includes Dr Gadallah, Dr Kadambi, Dr Khanal, and Dr Eddin. They are all excellent cardiologists.
