Let me start by saying I am a hairdresser and that makes it all the harder on a stylist to be taking care of another stylist who can be extremely picky. Farren took great care of me and did one of the best haircuts Ive had in a long time! She was very professional and very personable all at the same time! Thank you again so much for hooking me up!

I was visiting my grandparents from Myrtle Beach and decided that I wanted to get my hair colored. I didnt want a natural color and I dye my hair frequently so I was looking for a blue color. My hair was a faded bleach blonde but the nice ladies there had no issues with and mixed the perfect royal blue color for me. In the end I was highly satisfied and loved my blue hair!

The hairstylist are wonderful. Especially Ashley. She does an extraordinary job, is very friendly,and a very good hearted person.

I dont feel that I was treated very kindly. I had been a client before the new salon opened and I feel that their professional demeanor has changed since. The services are always well done, but the professional attitude of the staff feels rushed and dismissive. I will not be going anymore, even after having been a client for so long, simply because I dont feel that I get the attentiveness one should get at a business like this one. I, personally, felt very overlooked as a person and individual. That said, the salon services are always professionally done. I only had one bad outcome. Other than that, my hair was always nice.

A Salon you must try!!! A polished salon with skilled stylists and great customer service. Never waited over 5 minutes and I always get compliments on my hair. I highly recommend Ashley and Cheyenne. I love Salon Nine. I have Cheyenne or Ashely do my hair, and Im always happy. They make you feel welcome, do excellent work and are just the sweetest ladies. The salon is very nice.

I have been to my fair share of salons in Lancaster and you will find no one better than Salon Nine. Farren is my hairstylist but all the other girls, assistants included are super nice. The salon is kept clean and it’s just nice place to also relax while getting your hair done. I’m very satisfied with my hairstylist and am amazed at the updated knowledge she has when it comes to hair. I walk out feeling like a new person every time!

I had my 1 year old daughters hair trimmed & Amber was so patient & sweet with Bella. I would recommend going to see her & I might go back to have my hair cut the next time!

Salon 9 was highly recommended by a neighbor and after my very first visit I could see why. Had Cheyenne cut my hair and it looked great, just how I wanted it, actually better. Just returned for my 2nd cut and brought my wife and she looked fabulous. You should definitely go to Salon Nine, the girls are all really nice and know what theyre doing.

This salon is GREAT. I’ve been to different salons around Lancaster and this one is my favorite. My hairstylest is Farren. Y’all check her out on insta: hairbyfarren. She is so talented and makes sure you are satisfied and love your hair when you leave. Also she does bomb eyebrows. As far as the other hairstylist in Salon Nine they are awesome and friendly as well as, with making sure you are pleased by what you get done. Y’all go check em out and make ya appointments!

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because thats what i think this place deserves. I came in ealier today wanting some long layers cut and my hair thinned. It took her all of 5 minutes to cut my hair and she didnt even let me look at it before i left. She told me to “feel it” and and see if i liked it. She charged me 20 bucks for her to literally trim my hair. You cant even tell she thinned it or even layered it at all. I could have done what she did for free and it probably would have looked better. Im not at all happy with the way it looks and i will definatly not be coming back to this place.
