She amazing . I had my hair done somewhere else like a week ago. They bleached my hair to get a lighter tone . She ruined damaged my hair and the colors , Terrible . I came to this salon and I didnt think that would fix. But she did a incredible job. I recommend anybody to go there . She knows her job very well. The price I will not complain . Its worth it.

More men should go to this place. Best cut since New York. I had horrible cuts in Florida. Im going back to this place. Women do it properly.

Stopped in for just information to potentially give her business. I asked nicely, the lady responded rudely and sarcastically when I asked for price ranges for hair styling and color. You would think she is interested in new clients but did not bother to greet me or respectfully talk to me. I would certainly not go here to get my hair done. We all have bad days but the treatment was uncalled for.

There is a new nails area, she is so nice. Even tho she don’t speak English that well shell make sure that the work that you want is done, I really recommend the nails area.

Not my cup of tea... Didnt have anything done here but had an appointment for 9am only for the lady to tell me that what my mom wanted was going to be expensive and it was going to take a long time. We just said forget and left. Came to another salon and guess what the impossible was made possible. I didnt tell her that I didnt have money, I told her what my mom wanted!

I saw such good reviews so I decided to treat myself for my birthday and go in and get a much needed haircut. It was the biggest mistake Ive ever made! My hair looked like it was chopped by a blind person with a weed wacker. If she wouldve done a great job, this would have been my go to spot and I wouldve gone regularly. Absolutely disgusted. Luckily, I was able to get to another salon where they did a phenomenal job! They were embarrassed for the hack job at Grand Salon and that I had to walk around like that.I saw good reviews, so I decided to treat myself for my birthday and go for a very necessary haircut.
