Everyone who works here is very friendly and kind. Dora has done my hair highlights and cut, and I receive compliments on it regularly. I came with pictures that gave an impression of what I wanted, and she executed it better than I hoped. I also appreciate that they don’t push product purchases.

They were friendly to me. I got to donate 10 of my hair to Locks of Love. Included with my haircut was a scalp massage, a glass of wine to drink, a wash and style to. I love the way my hair turned out.

Great styling calm soothing place

Donna has been doing my hair for more than 20 years. I’ve lived all over the country and would fly in just to have Donna do my hair for me. I have tried many times over the years to find someone else for my hair to no avail. Every time I come back. I’ve grown to consider Donna, Dora, Jess and everyone who works with them as family. I live in Raleigh, NC now drive up every 3-4 months to visit my Daymaker Studios family. I LOVE DAYMAKER HAIR STUDIO!! And so will you!!

Like going to visit family while getting a hair cut.

Excellent with hair and superb with people!

My family and I all go here to have our hair cut. It may cost more than a chain store haircut but its worth it. Our stylist Dora is great and we never get a bad hair cut. My wife constantly gets compliments on her hair. Small kids the do for way cheaper. Easy parking in one of the Market lots. Everyone is friendly and smiling and the interior gives you less of the sterile clinical feeling you get at other places while still being very clean. For the adults, you are pampered a bit along with the hair cut. After they take your coat they ask if they can get you something to drink while you wait. This could be anything from water to a glass of wine.Once you are in the chair they start with a scalp and shoulder massage before washing your hair. After that, men get a hot towel on their face (The women dont get the hot towel. I guess its so they dont get their makeup messed up). Then, no matter what style I want, I get a great cut. I used to be a chain store haircut guy to try to save a few bucks, but after my wife convinced me to try Daymaker, I wont go back to the cheap cuts again. Its worth the few extra bucks. Try them. You wont be disappointed.
