I was looking for somewhere other than “LA Nails” and I found this gem. The nail tech took her time on my hands and nails and I felt so appreciated. She didn’t rush my manicure, leaving my manicure, in my opinion perfect! I told her my issues with “other” nail salons and she very carefully took my other experiences into consideration. The atmosphere was great and the other tech’s were friendly and welcoming! I will return before I leave the area!

Great place and friendly staff. Rescheduled for the end of this month. Looking forward to making this a regular thing for the summer!

I have had great service from this salon. Jennifer cuts my hair perfectly and applies subtle highlights. I always feel look I look my best after she is done with my hair. Danielle does excellent work with my nails. They last longer than anywhere else that I have had my nails done. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been getting my haircut from Jennifer for about 9 years now. I’ve never had someone cut my hair as good as her. I’ve started taking my two little boys there now as well. She lets them watch kids movies on her phone while they are sitting in the chair. The prices here are good! I don’t know anything about the salon aspect of the store but I know their hair cutting skills are superb.

They were very quick and the nails came out to be very nice. We did have a little issues but I would go back there everytime I need my nails done. They got me and my little sister & bestfriend out the salon within an hour and 30 minutes. Good work!

The workers are really nice but my nails (acrylic) are misshaped, too thick, noticeably uneven, and the polish is also uneven. Just wanted my appointment to end and went to buy a file as soon as I was finished to attempt to fix them. Always pay attention as they do your nails anywhere and make sure to speak up- youre paying (and tipping) for a service, it should be done well. Unfortunately I wasnt paying attention and trusted them to do a good job for $40 and left disappointed.

I would follow Jennifer around the world. BEST haircuts ever. Very warm and welcoming.

If I could give this place 0 stars in would. They arent good nail techs. Got my kids nails polished they did a shabby job and the Polish was chipping before the day was over. She could have done a better job herself! Will never go there again, nor recommend their business.

I recently moved to the Lancaster area and was in search of a nail salon. My first visit to this salon was amazing. Ashley is now my favorite nail specialist and EVERY visit is very positive and above my expectations. Now i just had Maria cut my hair and cant be anymore pleased with my new style!! If anyone is searching for a complete salon you must check out this place.I wished i could give a 10 as a score.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Its clean and friendly. i wouldnt say they do an amazing job but its my go-to place since I moved here from Oregon. Ive tried other locations and nothing has beat Colour Nails.

Im furious I told the guy at least five times while he was doing my nails and we get to the part he was supposed to pUT the stars on and he was like OK you done now I said are you serious he said he didnt hear me well maybe if you took the earphones out of your ears you would know Im so glad that they didnt have a place on the receipt for tips because that would of been awkward instead I just said sorry I no have cash

Horrible Service!!!We called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter and her bridesmans to have their nails and pedicures done the day before the wedding. They stated it wouldnt be a problem. Well as her bridesmaids sat there waiting they took walk ins before them! Noone even had time for the pedicures except my daughter because it took so long. All the girls nails look like a 10 year old did them and my daughters bubbled. They kept walking away and doing other people and coming back and the whole time they were there they constantly tried to have them get waxed and haircuts!!!!NEVER EVER WILL WE GO BACK THERE.

Asked for coffin shaped nails and my tech didn’t even know what I meant... I pulled up a picture and they came out misshaped and sloppy. I will never go here again.

This is my absolute favorite nail Salon! The ladies are so nice, they take their time, and they play the best music!

THE WORST!! My friend and I both got full set acrylic nails and a simple color polish, TURNED OUT AWFUL. Mine are all misshaped and bumpy. She paid $5 extra for a design when all they did was sloppily put glitter on parts of her nail. I got my nails done yesterday and they already look 1 week grown out, she missed so much of my nail. I cant believe I even paid for it. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I love this place... and apparently so do the other locals. my gel paint manicure lasted 3 weeks no poping off like at other salons. they take there time. even for nail enhanxers that my daughter likes. she wasnt complaining about them accidently cutting her. they are very polite and professional. what I expect in a pedicure and manicure..

Horrible customer service! The guy who did my nails kept his head phones in and didnt even listen to what I wanted! Lady who did my eye brows was rude rude rude! I wouldnt recommend this dirty place! The paint job looks horrible! The floors and all look dirty! Sink looked disgusting!

I will go out of my way to have Jennifer cut my hair. Originally my wife and two daughters went to her, and I tagged along. Now I let her cut my hair, every time.
