Ive been with Tarzana Treatment Centers - Home Health Division for about 2 years now. I dont know what i would do with out them. They help me with so many aspects of my life such as mental health, transportation, filing grievances, CBEST, etc. They have so many resources and I never feel like Im asking for too much or for something unattainable. They seem to have the answers or resources to my needs to help me better myself and better my life. I am grateful for them and my case manager Brianna Johnson. I live in Long Beach and they make things happen for me even though they are in Lancaster. They are always available to help with just placing a phone call. After 7 years of feeling helpless and on my own, its nice to have someone who has your back. Even if you just need to talk, they are there.

I just tryed to get my certifacate of compleation told them my counclers name and the receptionist on 10th tarzana just hangs up on me cause she cant find his name in the system

This review is for the HEALTH HOMES program based out of Tarzana Treatment Center.I cant say enough for this lifesaving program. To my understanding, they assist you by being a liason between you, your PCP, any specialist, transportation and other services. For me, they schedule appointments ( which at my clinic is horrible, you cant ever get through) and ensure I have everything needed from my providers. I often put my health last being a caregiver among other responsibilities so this service is incredibly helpful and saves me a lot of headache and time.. Carol S and the team are amazing!

They really are very compassionate. There are some staff there that really deserves a good pat on the back. I really wish I could publicly give them the accolades that they so richly deserve.

I was a previous client it doesnt help the staff arent nice accept a couple staff most cheat u of your points there and level drop u the clients there all coo tho

Just horrible (the probation testing part) extremely rude they need to get themselves some manners the operations supervisor has a very poor attitude if you didnt feel like coming to work you shouldve stayed home lady!
