I appreciate that he targets my problem areas and isn’t just going through the typical chiropractic routine adjustments. He’s also great at getting people seen quickly, even if you’re a walk-in. It is no exaggeration to say Dr Pittman has changed my life and improved the daily quality of it. After being involved in a car accident, Dr. Pittman (and Dr. Adams) were/are so helpful in helping find the points of most trauma and doing deep adjustments to help alleviate the pain. They also handled all paperwork involved when dealing with insurance after a wreck for billing purposes, which is a huge stress relief when youre shook up from the accident and not feeling your best on top of that! The receptionists at both offices are SO kind, Andrea always greets with a great big hello, and Natalie is so sweet and helpful with scheduling! *I also often have to bring my 4 yr old to my appt and they are great with him!*

I highly recommend 620 Chiropractic! I went to see Dr Micah because my wife and son had great success quickly recovering from this or that injury. I didn’t think I had a real need to go, but I figured since they had such great experiences I’d at least go get a checkup.On my first visit Dr Micah found a few inflamed areas along my spine that I wasn’t even aware of. After discussing it with him I realized there were side effects I was having and didn’t think much about it. I had a shoulder injury that kept me from laying on my right side. I thought I needed surgery and didn’t think a chiropractor could help. I used my shoulder fine I just couldn’t comfortably sleep on it. Anyway, after a couple visits I was able to sleep on my right side like nothing had ever happened. I was amazed I went two years with the discomfort.Do your body a favor and go get a checkup whether you think you need one or not.

Traveling through Austin, I had the opportunity to have a chiropractic adjustment by Micah Pittman of 620 Chiropractic. His technique was competent and his demeanor warm and caring. Leaving the appointment, my chronic neck, back and hip issues were all realigned. Later the same day, while working out on a leg press, I heard a ‘pop’ in my back and instantly was barely able to walk. Micah graciously fit me back into his schedule, identified my problem and verified his findings with an x-ray. He gave me immediate relief and over a couple more sessions completely remedied the injury. He is a wealth of healthful information and has my gratitude and highest commendation.

Dr. Pittman is a life saver! I was in a very bad way from not being able to have a straighting for a few months. X-rays were taken and Dr. Pitman knew just where to fix me! After a couple of visits per week to get me back on track, now I see him once a week to keep me healthy. My shoulders are level and my ROM is better than it ever was! So happy I found him.

Dr. Micah is a caring and compassion Chiropractor. He focuses on the natural healing of one’s body coupled with chiropractic care. I do recommend Dr. Micah. However, I am extremely discouraged by his office manager, Andrea. After my second visit Dr. Micah recommend I use some herbs to help my broken bone heal. Andrea charged me for my visit, and I asked her if the supplements were included in my bill. She said yes. After several weeks of not receiving the supplements, I called back 3 different times to ask where the supplements were. Andrea shared a different story with me each time. Even mentioning in an email that she was sorry for not having a more certain arrival date for me. 8 weeks after not receiving the supplements I called back, and this time Andrea told me I had not paid for them. I was shocked to hear this for the first time. She then went on to tell me that I had called and told her that I cancelled the order because I had found them somewhere else. I asked her if she was talking to the right person because I had never mentioned that I found them someplace else. She verified my name and became argumentative and hung up. Being told a blatant lie about something I did not say or do is quite disturbing from this office manager, Andrea. Office managers are the face of most businesses and this person has the most contact with the public. I doubt I will ever see the supplements and I certainly will not be back to this location.

First off, Dr. Pittman really helped me with pain relief following a psoas strain and years of general back pain. Finally on a maintenance schedule and am feeling great!More importantly, the team at 620 are so personable, warm, and friendly. It is truly a joy to go to an appointment. Plus they’re super efficient and I rarely have to wait longer than 5 minutes past my appointment time. Oh, and their billing/reminder system is so easy! Walk in, get cracked, walk out and get on with your day. All around the best chiropractor experience I’ve had. Awesome!

I am so happy I started going to see Dr. Micah at 620 Chiropractic. I had been experiencing severe pain in my neck and back and was having serious issues with numbness and tingling in both of my arms (After carpal tunnel surgery).My x-rays showed why, spinal stenosis, degeneration AND a bone spur. My spine was in bad shape. Dr. Micah assured me that he was going to help me and I can’t be happier I put my trust in him to do so.It’s not quite been 2 weeks and I have had 7 adjustments. My pain has significantly decreased. We are going to X-ray again in a week or so to see the progress so I will try and update with good news!In addition to that, I am always greeted with warm and friendly smiles and can’t be happier I started going to 620 Chiropractic!

Dr. Pittman is a miracle worker. Suffered a bad back injury that I assumed would require surgery. Here we are 4 weeks later and I feel almost 100%. Very impressive practice, I can’t say enough great things about Micah and his staff.

When I first moved to Austin, I was having sciatic nerve pain and my leg was numb. I had a chiropractor that I used to go to in Tampa but now that I was in a new area, I didnt know where to go. My first visit was with The Joint, which was an experience that was not personal and without them using X-rays, made me feel uncomfortable. The pain subsided temporarily, I knew they were just alleviating the symptoms without fixing the problem.Once I moved out to Steiner Ranch, I had the pain and numbness again and knew I had to fix this. I emailed the office to try and get in that same day, which I received a phone call by one of the sweetest voices ever, Andrea. She set me up with a consultation that was in an hour. Dr. Ryan seems to like what he does and it shows. Hes very nice and makes you feel comfortable about everything. Instead of the just adjusting the same old thing on me, like other Chiropractors have done in the past, he evaluates what needs to be done and where. I havent had any sciatica pain or numbness since going to 620 Chiropractor but I do feel like I gained some friends! (So cheesy sounded, but I swear, theyre awesome)

Last week I got injured at the gym and could barley walk and breath. I called Chiropractic & Wellness Center and been told to come over right away. Dr. Smith saw me with no delay. I was really concerned regards this injury and the recovery process. Dr. Smith took some x-rays (glad he had the necessary technology) and already put me in ease by letting me know he can fix it. The moment I walked out of there I already felt a bit better. As far as scheduling future appointments they worked around my schedule making sure Ill be seen as needed. They facility is well taken care of and the staff is quite welcoming. Today (less then a week since my injury) I am completely healed and I owe it to Dr. Smith. Hard to find people that acutely care!I give Dr. Ryan Smith and Chiropractic & Wellness Center my highest recommendation!

Ive waited a long time to find a great chiropractor. I had one and when he moved out of state, I quit going to chroprater. I had experienced some bad ones. Being desperate from a back injury. My favorite chiropractor, and Ive had many (some that I had previously thought were good). I have little use of my legs since I am disabled, so I often mess up my back and need a chiropractor. Most chiropractors will simply do the same adjustments every time, and would often fail to fix my problem. Dr. Ryan will focus on my needs, and he has always fixed my back issues. Finally, he runs a facility that is well put-together and makes you feel welcome. First rate!

Dr. Micah helped managed my annoying dull neck-shoulder pain due to pinched & inflamed nerve. As an RN I believe that fixing foremost the root cause of the problem is the way to go than masking pain with meds. In my case Dr. Micah had to adjust my neck, spine and lumbar area relieving the pressure on the affected nerve. It was/is not a quick fix but I can twist & stretch again comfortably & without that nagging pain. I cant thank him enough. I highly recommend their practice.

My back went out on a Monday evening. The pain was so excruciating that I could barely walk. I knew I didnt want cortisol shots or surgery so I decided to try a Chiropractor instead. My husband called 620 Chiropractic Tuesday morning and they were booked but Andrea told him to bring me in and theyd help me. Dr. Ryan took a couple x-rays which showed I had a bulging disc and then worked on my back. I couldnt believe how much he was able to help in just one visit! (Id never been to a Chiropractor before.) I was still in pain when he was done but, I could walk! When I woke up Wednesday morning, I felt even better. Ive had 7 appointments with Dr. Ryan and am almost back to 100%! No shots, no drugs, & no surgery! I have very little pain, just feels like a little knot now. I am so grateful for finding him! Dr. Ryan and Andrea genuinely care about their patients which is a rare find these days! They have my highest recommendation!
