Im a petite lady of 59 and hes always made me feel comfortable and will always answer any questions I may have or fears that i may express is eased away by him explaining everything to me. I have recently been diagnosed with Osteoporosis and he showed me what exercises I can do to strengthen my bones again. My husband and I have been seeing him for 5 five years. I was playing gymnastics with my 5 year-old daughter after she watched the Olympics on TV and, wait for it, I pinched a nerve ☹️. I couldnt sit or stand without the pain running through my body like a lightning bolt. I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr Ferrell and after a couple visits I was finally standing upright. It was a huge relief since only a few days after I pinched the nerve I was to take a 4 1/2 hour flight to visit family for a reunion. He was able to ease the pain so the long flight was actually bearable.

I love the convenience and efficiency of this office! I had a bad fall from a horse and they fixed me up in three visits. Very clean and well run. Five stars all around. Thank you Doctor!

Dr.Ferrell was absolutely amazing! He got right to it, I got there about 10 minutes early to give them my insurance and ID. The receptionist was super nice. He took me back almost 3 minutes after I got there, and we did x-rays first and then he explained to me what it is he does and how it helps. Then he adjusted me and I was out by 9:50 and my appointment time was at 9:40! Definitely recommend!!

I had fairly severe neck pain for five months before finally deciding to get help. I was 90% better after just one visit and 95% after two. Im looking forward to the next few visits and being 100% again.

Ive been a patient of Dr Ferrells since he first opened his office here in Lakeway. Hes a personable and friendly guy, and I appreciate that unlike some doctors, he doesnt overbook...so that you usually dont wait more than a few minutes before he sees you. I have a trick back that slips out (badly) on occasion, and it seldom takes more than 1 (sometimes 2) adjustments before he has me back at 100%. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient at Lakeway Health & Wellness Chiropractic for over a year now. I was initially seen by Dr. Ferrell for shoulder pain. After a thorough exam and discussion, we recognized I had a neck issue. Dr. Ferrell created a treatment plan to align my neck and subsequently lessened my shoulder pain as well. We continued treatments and ultimately relieved all pain and movement challenges. I continue to see Dr. Ferrell on a weekly basis for general alignment and adjustments. He has since treated my hands, and feet as well. Not only am I thrilled with the results, I plan to maintain my weekly visits as I now feel better, have improved balance and stability. Dustin is fantastic. My daughter saw him for injuries due to cheerleading then I started to see him to get help with migraines. He worked wonders with both of us. I suffer from chronic migraines but since seeing Dustin I have had very few issues. I highly recommend Dustin and his office staff is wonderful too.

Dr. Ferrell is kind and patient. My son says that he knows how to make us feel special. Speaking of my son, he is 8 years old and Dr. Ferrell has really helped him. We went to him for my sons asthma. Dustin Ferrells practice, as a Chiropractor, as well as a great wellness advisor, is stellar. I am in the throes of a back/hip issue and, with his input, moved on up to my Orthopedic surgeon, due to the pain, issues there. In the meantime, Dr. Ferrell has me on a regimen of stretching, some gentle adjusting on the drop table (due to tingling pain, tenderness), traction and exercises. My neck has improved remarkably, and I hope with the orthopedic we can heal a little better and step it up. Dr. Ferrell is not too agressive as some chiropractors can be, nor is he too gentle. He works based on your condition, your pace and your motivation. Helps that he works with our insurance, so I will never doubt when Im contending with issues to go see him. He doesnt try to do what he shouldnt, but does everything he can - thats what you want in a Chiropractor.

Dr. Ferrell is great! I have to say that I was skeptical of chiropractic care, but suffering from chronic neck pain for over a year and then injuring my neck this summer, I decided it was time to find a remedy for my discomfort that did not include taking medication. Dr. Ferrell took initial x-rays and then consulted with me before any adjustments were made. I really appreciate him taking the time to educate me and to walk me through my care plan. He does truly care about his patients, and you feel that from the moment you walk in!

Dr Ferrell is just plain awesome! He’s very accommodating as far as scheduling & was actually able to see me the day I called (He answered the phone which was super nice). I was in terrible back pain and he definitely helped relieve my pain almost immediately and now 12 weeks later my back feels better than it has in years. I would without a doubt recommend him!!!

Dr. Ferrell and his office team are terrific. I have been seeing Dr. Ferrell for approximately 6 weeks for treatment of a recurring lower spine issue which has been causing me pain. Dr. Ferrell was able to quickly diagnose the cause of my back pain and performed an initial adjustment which greatly reduced my discomfort. Dr. Ferrell took a digital X-Ray before treatment started and will take another X-Ray at the end of the scheduled treatments so that we can quantitatively measure the improvement in my spine and neck that he has been able to achieve. Not only is Dr. Ferrell an excellent doctor, he is an even better person. He is genuinely concerned about the health and well being of his patients.

I searched for a nearby chiropractor in my health insurers provider directory, and stumbled across Dr. Ferrell. While I initially chose him based on location, I now wouldnt go elsewhere - even if someplace new opened up next door! From the clean, modern, and welcoming office, to the actual care and attention I receive, I could not be more satisfied. Double points for the automated text message reminders I receive prior to my appointment!

Went in with a tight neck and pain in my low back with low expectations (most chiropractors I have visited do nothing to help). Dr. Ferrell is leaps and bounds better than the average chiropractor. He gives a great adjustment and also has excellent tips on how you can help yourself at home with a few minutes each day. Within 3-4 visits I had definite improvement in the pain, and after 6 weeks of treatment all of the pain was gone! This man is GREAT at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone with neck/back pain.
