It was the best experience I have ever had in Florida with a hair salon. When I called to make the appointment they were very friendly on the phone. On the day of the appointment I got lost and they were so helpful in getting me there. The stylist that did my hair was Lucia. Very beautiful young talented woman, she listened and asked for what I wanted and she delivered. its been 2 years since I have been able to find a good stylist and I finally found her and found a great place. The atmosphere is great and everyone seems friendly. I would highly recommend everyone to give this place a chance.

I have very thin and fine hair on the top of my head.I went to this store to get help.They recommended me the tape-in hair extention.I really trusted them.Then I spent 200 dollars on this in the pictures below.It can not be covered at all.My hair is too little for the hair extention.I can easily see them.They really did a bad job.If you can not do it,do not do it.Don not lie to me,they said,you are really tall.Nobody can really see the top of your head.Are you serious?I really did not know what to do. That was not professional at all.I trusted them.Because I thought they were professional instead of being liar.Lying to themselves and their costomers.I did not know it would turn out like this.They did not know what to do.They siad,you need to organize your hair.Wait,What?Why do I come here to pay you 200 dollars!!!!They did not show any regrets at all.I paid and they just took it.I shouldnt have paid,Definitely wont go again.They even took some front pictures of me to trick more people.It is rediculous.Why would I let them?They really just care about money.Nothing else.People have eyes,I hope there wont be more costomers get tricked!!

Lidia, yesterday, has been the best hair professional Ive experienced in a decade. I love her skills, and Im overjoyed and so blessed I found her. I will be seeing her for all my hair needs in the future. A Godsend!

O.M.G. I just had my eyebrows done with Frances, owner at Palermo Asthetic and wow she did a great job. I have eyebrows now!!! And I barely had no hair at all. She did an amazing job, very clean and professional. Very good prices too! Totally recommended!

Roxy saved my hair! I attempted some highlights at home and Lord! I messed up so bad. I honestly dont know how she got my hair to look so good but God bless her hands!

I went there to get my nails and my nail tech, Karla, did an amazing job and they lasted me a very long time. I was able to enjoy my time there and come out with gorgeous nails, definitely will come back!

I called and made an appointment for a pedicure with gel polish and a full set of nails. When I arrived they started my pedicure and about 5 minutes into the pedicure told me that nobody was there to do my full set. I sat in a very uncomfortable chair with a Walmart foot spa as my pedicure. I asked how long this would take and she informed me 1 hour. I started my appointment at 3:15 and didn’t leave until 5:25. The lady doing my pedicure was also doing somebody’s hair while she was doing my pedicure. I am going to post some photos to show you how my pedicure turned out. My 4 year old daughter can paint nails better than this, and she couldn’t even cut my nails straight. They are jagged and pointy everywhere and the gel polish looks like she took the bottle and squirted it on my nails. And I paid 55.00 dollars for this. Don’t waste your time or money. I will never be back and should have never paid for such a hack job. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist and nail tech for over 14 years and the worst of the worst nail techs did better than this. Very very disappointed that somebody could run a business like this and rob people of their money and time. I will make sure to let everybody I know how horrible of a service this was.

I highly recommend that you request Chrissy to do your nails. I have been getting my nails done with her for over a year. I have no complaints I get beautiful nails every time. My nails never beak or chip and the color never fades, chips or peels. I can show here a picture of what I want and she will duplicate it and make it better she is the best. She kind, sweet, respectful and very professional and you can always see that she loves what she does if it isn’t to her standards she won’t let you leave.

Went to this place August 20th 2020. I drove 45 minutes to get to the place, the girl giulya did coloring, cut my hair and blowdry. I took advantage that i was there so did my eyebrows and lip also my nails. Paid 400 in total for the service and 25 tips.. Paid 70 or 75 for my nails plus 10$ tip..Two weeks go by and color fades without washing my hair. I sent her a msg she gave appt for 11am following week. Got there had to wait almost 2 hours. I got charged again so i tipped her 20$ this time. She dyed everything again but only dried my hair with her hands. I showed her how BAD she burned my eyebrow but she didnt care about the SCAR that I will have who knows for how long. So disappointed with the place and how unprofessional of her part by not showing anyconcern. Never, Never again. Here i am in another place having to pay again so my hair can look right. What a shame....

Got a keratin treatment by Giulia. She did a great job making sure my hair is completely straight. A bit of the treatment got on my skin but she quickly stopped, gave me a wet cloth so I can dab the areas I felt was stinging and the sting went away after a few mins. She asked me many times if I was okay and if the stinging went away. I felt I was taken care of. I love the result of my hair. She did a great job.

I was in to get a hair cut, explain to the girl to following what I already had. She started cut in a total different hair cut, Francis manager come over to help. Was suppose to get a refund but as of yet nothing, you talk about disrespect, which is not truth. The only comment I have to say is she could not understand what I wanted maybe she should not have been greedy and have excepted me as a client (greedy.) And also I was told that you would not give me my money back because a bad review.And you never said to bring my card back.Just a very bad experience all around.

I trusted this salon because it was in the Lakeland mall. I was very disappointed. The services I requested were eyebrow wax and gel manicure. My eyebrows were so messed up. When I said something she tried to fix it but it didn’t help. I wish I could post pictures...I would show you. My gel manicure ended up being very sticky and the sides of the nails not all the way painted. All my nails are have small bubbles. I am extremely disappointed. I did pay for it simply because I did get services but I vow to not ever go back there!

Came here today to get my toe nails done I asked for gel she painted all over my toes and skin bubbles was still on my toe she also kept cutting my skin!! Grabbing my foot roughly and seem to have some sort of a attitude I came back again to get it fixed and she made it completely more worse 35$ not worth it I just wanted a refund a this point

Awful customer service. 3 employees were too busy eating to take customers. We wanted to get haircuts, eyebrow waxing, mani and pedi for 2 ppl. But were told only a haircut would be possible . You shouldnt have a sign outside promoting services you cant provide. Maybe you shouldnt have all 3 employees taking a 2 oclock lunch at the same time,especially the weekend before school starts. Js. You lost out on over 200.00+ because you couldnt be bothered enough to put down your fork.

The stylist cradled her cell phone with her shoulder and talked loudly throughout the entire cut. I asked for face framing—didn’t get it. By the time she started drying my hair and put the phone away, I had such a headache from loud talking near my ears that I didn’t ask her to go back and do what I had requested. What I did get was the right side of the back of my medium-length hair cut at 1/2 inch longer than the left side (angled).

I visited this hair salon for the first time and my experience was great. Lucia gave me a hair hydration treatment with a dry blow out. She does a great blow dry, she’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I do recommend her to anyone.
