I got the worst haircut ever in this place, I showed the old lady the picture (on the right side )of how I wanted my haircut and styling and instead of telling me that SHE COULDNT DO IT She just did whatever she wanted in MY hair! She did horrible waves and left my hair wayyyy shorter !!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Nice people but not good at time management. We waited an hour to get in the chair and when we finally got in the chair she finished the cut and said she had another client and didnt have time to blow dry it. Im not happy that we waited the whole time which ended up being 2 hours total just to not get complete service.

When you show the manager pictures of the highlights shes done before a wants CHUNK HIGHLIGHTS. I was hoping to have super cute hair this weekend but instead...3 hours later...(total mess up) still charged 120. She let me walk out of the salon with NOTHING in the back, she even redid the front just to add more color. Total waste of money and then Im out $120 on top of that. I wont be going back and now I have to pay someone else to fix my hair bc Im now going a week already since this was done!! It looks very very bad and I expected more out of them this visit. Im letting evetyone know this wad a mistake and do noy trust what you think will happen.

I went in to get a haircut cause I needed one desperately and I told the lady I wanted long layers and and I honestly didn’t see my hair when she was finished cause it was wet but when my hair dried up my hair was so choppy and uneven like other layers were longer than other and you can totally tell she didn’t try. She was nice but I really don’t like my hair at allll! Also, they were dying some other lady’s hair there and another employee didn’t even know what she was doing cause she kept asking my stylist what to do next.

My son and I got hair cuts and bought products that were buy one get one and they didnt give me it buy one get one I came back and she said I had to bring product back with receipt which is crazy when yall should have it in the system

I booked an appointment for my daughter for a trim. After showing up on time and checking in we waited 40 minutes before getting up and walking out without any service. A complete waste of time. Multiple people who were cutting hair who couldnt figure out how to check somebody out without help. Save yourself the hassle and go to great clips.

I asked for collar bone length hair. She cut my hair WAY SHORTER. And it’s uneven with pieces sticking out everywhere’s the back is completely crooked. I should have went somewhere else. I can’t believe it. :( I’m so sad. I’m a server so I tipped very well. But I’m extremely disappointed.

Veteran, United States Army 68J. I get my hair cut here all the time and they are always friendly and helpful. I do think its unfortunate that the owner decided not to participate this year in giving vets haircuts for free, however this is not the employees fault. I am a veteran and I can honestly say that it is not being mistreated simply if I do not get something for being a veteran. Its not why I served and I honestly do not know anyone that served just for perks. Please note I have gone to this store for years so I know they have very strict rules on comping haircuts and giving discounts to people and again it doesnt make the store or the employees traitors just for following the rules...people should try to be less entitled, then maybe they can understand part of what it means to be a veteran.

Sophie is the best! She has done my hair for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed by her services. She colors and cuts my hair about every 6 weeks. I have followed her from shop to shop because she is so good. She takes her time and does a great job. I tease her and tell her I want her to come home with me and do my hair every morning. Sophie is great at her job.

A lovely experience all around. Very friendly staff!!! Really cared about having a great final product!!! I will be back and will recommend again. If you want a great new look, or you would like a new color Kristin Vitagliano is your girl.She has been doing my hair for a few years now and I am comfortable enough to say do what you want to do and she never disappoints me. I always feel brand new when I walk out. She listens to you because she wants you to love your cut or color.I have seen some hair coloring that she has done that are amazing. Young or older, male or female, she does a great job. She has a passion for this and you can tell.

My husband needed a buzz cut, so we drove up for him to get it done. It was 15 minutes before closing; we honestly didn’t realize the time until after the rude employee acted. Right after we parked and were getting out of the car, the older lady got up and turned off the open sign then pointed at it. She walked back to the front desk and sat down. It was just rude and unprofessional. I understand it was close to the closing time; however, they were not closed at the time and it would have taken maybe 5 minutes to cut his hair. He will no longer be going there for a haircut.

The girls here are amazing. They are super professional but also super fun.. so welcoming and a joy to be around! They make sure you feel super welcome and walk out feeling so beautiful! Definitely love this place!

I went to this location for a wash and blowdry as I was in town for a conference and forgot my bag of hair stuff at home. Donna was absolutely fabulous and her excitement to do my hair was just adorable...especially since I was stressed out about not having my own hair supplies. Her and the other woman that were there were very sweet and chatted with me the whole time. I told Donna that my hair had a tough time holding curls and its been 3 days since she did my hair and WOW...the curls are still bouncy and present as if I had just gotten it done! Thanks, Donna!

Made an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. They not only cut my hair but washed and dried it.

Terrible. they did the exact opposite of what I said I wanted. I would give it a lower rating if I could an this also caused me to decide to never have my hair cut again. Its also painfully obvious all responses to an rating are automated an management never sees them.

Walked in on Veterans Day to see a Veteran mistreated and denied a special that apparently they have done in the past, but the owner did not run that special this year. So instead of giving a discount or giving a free haircut as a courtesy the man walked out extremely upset. When I asked why couldn’t they do it as a courtesy I was given the answer of “well I have a boss”. I don’t support businesses that don’t support our Veterans that was poorly handled. This was a bad first impression and the last. (I walked out)

Really nice place. I had an appointment with Ruth in South Lakeland on Sunday and she called me to tell me she was going to be working at North Lakeland. I went to the north Lakeland place and got my perm. She did my hair cut a few weeks ago and did such a great job I will now follow her where ever she goes. Ruth did an awesome job on my perm yesterday and in a few weeks I will go back to her for my hair coloring regardless of which location she is at.

Great place for a quick trim, the staff are great, pleasant and efficient. Never a complaint... highly recommend.

I only gave 1 star because i had to. Or else It would of been a big fat 0! Went and got my haircut to donate it. I also cut it because of my college graduation next week. First, the woman denied me a wash after she cut the ponytail off. Then she cut it about 6 inches too short. THEN she was supposed to layer it but ended up butchering it instead. I ended up with a straight line across the back instead of the V look i wanted. And she cut chunks out of the side pieces. I had to go to another salon where they had to take 3 more inches to fix what that lady messed up. I went in with hair past my butt and ended up with hair shoulder length. I returned to get a refund and demanded to speak to a manager, which i was denied. Its been 2 days now and not a word from them. I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau, to fantastic Sams corporate, and seeing what legal action i can take. The woman who butchered my hair should NOT have a license!

Very rude , very poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband took my son here for a haircut. The staff ignored my son and my husband when they said no to a lollipop (my son cant have them,) offered them repeatedly by each employee, and then kept asking and pushing as to why he couldnt have the lollipops.More importantly, though, was the haircut experience: he showed the woman a photo on his phone of a style that would be good for his type of hair. She didnt hesitate and started the cut immediately. He said she asked questions about it that made it seem clear that she didnt know what she was doing, and she kept trying to fix it. After a few times of her working on it, he realized there was no point in continuing. He paid and left.I made an appointment for my son to go somewhere else and called the next day. I was made to believe they would issue us a refund, and the manager would return my call. Two full business days went by with no call, so I called back. I did speak to the manager who said they would not give me a refund and rudely argued with me that she had been there, seen the haircut and thought it looked fine and just like the picture, which it didnt, at all. I told her I wouldnt have minded at all if the Fantastic Sams employee had told them she couldnt do that style and they couldve gone somewhere else or chosen a different style.We were left paying for two haircuts, because we didnt want to work with this awful place ever again.
