Inflexible scheduling. Inconsistent messaging. Sometimes reminders are sent and other times they arent. Tried to reschedule an appointment because Ive been sick. Was charged for it instead and I had a prepaid package. I advise you not to buy those. There are no refunds which was never explained to me. I told her to go ahead and charge me for the missed session but refund the remainder. The sequence was that I was trying to schedule a new appointment for next week to fit within her policy and she had one opening. She called me to say I had an appointment for today that I was unaware of because her appointment system never sent me the automated reminder. Then she said I would be charged. apparently Brittany doesnt feel the need to follow her own policies and stealing money without providing services at all is ok. Just dont go and if you must, dont buy a package with its hidden loopholes.Your smarmy response and accusation of dishonesty are shameful. I always had as difficult time with your appointment making service and you didnt always squeeze me in. You out me in a spot that was open. I dont recall any favors from you In addition I gave you 20% tips or more for your service.When a person is sick, the last thing on their minds is their next service appointment. I never saw a reminder and perhaps a reminder the day of the appointment would be better but it wouldnt have changed my ability to come. I should never have made an appointment but it was you that wanted me to so I accommodated you. Now I am out the remainder of my package and have really bad feelings. I would never have you touch me again. Had I not scheduled ahead, I would not be out the remainder of my package but I might not have discovered what terrible business policies you had. What business person accuses their customer of deceit that had been loyal and tipped generously when they are out the money, not you. If I cared for any of your products you should have offered some to me for the balance but I suppose that is against your policies as well.

I’ve been to two other places to get my bikini waxes done and both were extremely painful and with poor results. I was about to give up on waxing until I came across this place. Brittney was so friendly and made the experience so much less awkward than waxes can be, it was also the least painful wax I’ve ever had and the results were better than any wax I’ve ever had. Great prices, great service, and it’s local! It doesn’t get much better than that.

As a redhead I often have red skin and/or bruising after a bikini and leg wax ...but even worse estheticians in the past have always left ‘peach fuzz’ on my upper legs and think it’s okay because the hair is so light—I do not concur. Evidently neither does Brittany!! 🎉. I had a panty and half leg wax ...two days later no bruising, rashes or unwanted hair! Prices are very reasonable, salon is very clean and peaceful...and I love the location. I will be using her from now on and I highly recommend her!

Made an appt for bikini wax Thursday or Fri for Tues 9am.Treacherous wind and rains. Im in N Lakeland called about 815 for 900 appt. Waited until leaving time to see if it would taper off.Left v/m for Brittany and emailed her.Called 15 min later again left v/m telling her it slowed down and I still could come.She called back 9:50 said Must reschedule and pay upcharge.Said I can come but she cant take me.NOW WHAT A DUMB THING TO SAY!!!!Wanted me there 9:45 before appt.She WAS NOT the least bit understanding.I BOUGHT A GROUPON FOR BIKINI WAX.I did NOT EXPECT HER TO RESCHEDULE THAT DAY.Just wanted to reschedule for whenever and said had to pay a 50% up charge.IT DOES NOT STATE ANY SUCH THING WHEN I LOOKED BACK AT GROUPON.SAID ITS ON HER WEBSITE.BUYING GROUPON HAS ALL INFO AND DIRECTIONS NO NEED TO LOOK AT WEBSITE.I BEGGED HER PRACTICALLY, SHE SAID NO I MUST PAY PENALTY.I ACTUALLY DID ABOUT 3 TIMES, NICE I MUST ADD, AND DISAPPOINTED TO ALMOST TEARS. NEVER BOTHERED HER IN THE LEAST, WHILE BEGGING FOR UNDERSTANDING!SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY IVE BEEN TALKING WASTING 5 MINUTES ON PHONE, I COULD HAVE BEEN THERE. AGAIN, IM 1/2 HR AWAY WITH TRAFFIC.SO BRITTANY COULD NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION, IN OTHER WORDS, I SHALL HAVE GONE IN TRECHOUROUS RAIN AND WIND AND DRIVE 1/2 HR.NOW STUCK WITH GROUPON. AND I EXPANDED I TRY TO SAVE WHERE I CAN AND THATS WHY I DID GROUPON.HAD NO IDEA OF WEATHER AT THE TIME.BEFORE HANGING UP SHE HAD THE GALL TO SAY BE SAFE.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.... I DONT CARE WHAT HER REVIEWS ARE.NO COMPASSION. JUST WORRIED ABOUT HER SCHEDULE THEN A CUSTOMERS SAFETY!!!!

I dont recommend coming here . The owner Brittney made a joke about having a grey hair. I didnt come here to be picked at for my grey hair on my chin. I cant help what God gave me. Will never return here . I found her by her sister on Facebook and I have been here last year.
